:00:07. > :00:09.The Belfast Health Trust has confirmed to the BBC that

:00:10. > :00:12.its emergency department at the Royal Victoria Hospital is

:00:13. > :00:17.100 people are waiting to be treated or admitted.

:00:18. > :00:41.A spokesperson for the trust says it is busier than normal.

:00:42. > :00:49.This Monday night, they say they are busier than normal. Earlier this

:00:50. > :00:54.evening, around 90 people were waiting at the emergency department

:00:55. > :01:00.here and within an hour or two, that number had written -- had risen to

:01:01. > :01:02.112. The spot five people have been waiting for almost 20 hours. The

:01:03. > :01:08.trust admits it is very busy and under pressure. Some reports suggest

:01:09. > :01:12.there are more than 20 people waiting on trolleys this evening,

:01:13. > :01:17.the longest wait for anyone being 23 hours. Triage, assessing someone's

:01:18. > :01:21.condition on arrival, should happen fairly quickly, perhaps within 15

:01:22. > :01:25.minutes. At times tonight, it has been taking 60 minutes. The trust

:01:26. > :01:29.says it is an exceptionally busy Monday and within the past hour, it

:01:30. > :01:30.confirmed in the patients were now in the department with 15 others

:01:31. > :01:37.waiting to be admitted. An investigation is under way

:01:38. > :01:39.after a school bus crashed into Around 50 pupils were in the bus

:01:40. > :01:43.at the time, The bus and car collided on

:01:44. > :01:52.Omagh Road in Drumquin this morning as the children were heading to

:01:53. > :01:55.secondary schools in Omagh. It was the routine school run

:01:56. > :01:57.that almost ended in horror. The bus taking 48 pupils to Omagh

:01:58. > :02:01.ended up on its side in this field. A car also involved in the crash

:02:02. > :02:04.at first was hard to see. this morning on the busy Omagh Road

:02:05. > :02:08.outside Drumquin. One young passenger

:02:09. > :02:10.described what happened. It was just like flashing

:02:11. > :02:12.before your eyes. I am sure everybody is just

:02:13. > :02:16.happy that we are here. I was not even worried about myself,

:02:17. > :02:19.I was worried for everyone else Around half

:02:20. > :02:26.the children were taken to the local hospital and the rest, including the

:02:27. > :02:30.bus driver and driver of the car, Remarkably,

:02:31. > :02:36.nobody had serious injuries, but it I just went straight to

:02:37. > :02:44.the hospital. What are your thoughts, it must

:02:45. > :02:48.have been a terribly anxious time? You worry every time they go out

:02:49. > :02:51.the door but they still have to go An investigation to establish the

:02:52. > :02:58.cause of the crash is now underway. The one thing I do know is that on

:02:59. > :03:02.this stretch of the road, as traffic is coming towards Omagh at that time

:03:03. > :03:06.of the morning and particularly when it was a bright morning, there would

:03:07. > :03:10.have been a little sun and whether this was a factor,

:03:11. > :03:14.I don't know. It is a fairly flat straight stretch of road

:03:15. > :03:18.and locals tell us that it is not The priority now is

:03:19. > :03:26.for investigators to find out An animal charity has offered

:03:27. > :03:34.a reward for information about an The incident was last week but

:03:35. > :03:40.details have only just been released by the police who say a noxious

:03:41. > :03:43.liquid was deliberately used to burn You may find some of the pictures

:03:44. > :03:52.in this report distressing. Fergie was enjoying his treats An

:03:53. > :03:56.the garden today but last Wednesday His owner found him at her home,

:03:57. > :04:03.distressed and in agony after someone poured

:04:04. > :04:07.an acidic liquid on his back The owner was not at home today

:04:08. > :04:14.but spoke to the BBC's Talkback I was disgusted,

:04:15. > :04:23.it is just not nice. If it was done deliberately,

:04:24. > :04:28.it is a disgrace. Locals have reacted angrily to

:04:29. > :04:31.the news. The community are outraged

:04:32. > :04:34.by what has happened. They have spoken out in support

:04:35. > :04:38.of the family and the little dog. Over the weekend,

:04:39. > :04:41.everyone has been talking about it, Fergie is now home

:04:42. > :04:46.and recovering well. He has been treated with antibiotics

:04:47. > :04:50.and painkillers and the family say they hope he will

:04:51. > :04:54.make a full recovery but they want to know who would do something

:04:55. > :04:58.like this to a defenceless animal. The police are appealing

:04:59. > :05:01.for information about the attack A local animal charity has offered

:05:02. > :05:07.to pay ?1500 as a reward The Deputy Chief Constable has said

:05:08. > :05:18.it is a matter of great regret that it has taken so long

:05:19. > :05:22.for the police to hand over files on Drew Harris was giving evidence to

:05:23. > :05:28.the coroner's court The cases include six deaths

:05:29. > :05:34.including those of IRA men and a Catholic teenager who are alleged

:05:35. > :05:38.to have been the victims of the The senior coroner is also examining

:05:39. > :05:45.the murders of three police officers who died in a bomb blast

:05:46. > :05:49.in Lurgan a few weeks earlier. The court adjourned until November

:05:50. > :05:53.when Mr Harris will be called to The mother of a 20-year-old girl

:05:54. > :06:01.who claimed she was sexually assaulted by the traditional Irish

:06:02. > :06:05.musician Francis McPeake has been She said she confronted the Belfast

:06:06. > :06:11.man about the claims and withdrew The 72-year-old denies 12 counts

:06:12. > :06:17.of sex offences against the girl who was 15 at

:06:18. > :06:21.the time of the alleged incidents. Police are investigating

:06:22. > :06:40.the destruction of six cars The charred remains of a white

:06:41. > :06:44.Renault Clio, just one of six cars that were badly damaged in the

:06:45. > :06:47.University area of the weekend. Two cars were set alight and badly

:06:48. > :06:52.damaged in the holy lands in the early hours of Saturday morning. The

:06:53. > :06:56.man who owns this car did not want to appear on camera but he told me

:06:57. > :07:00.he returned home from a night out on Friday to find his vehicle still

:07:01. > :07:04.smouldering after it has been set alight. He is from France and only

:07:05. > :07:08.planned to live here performance. Now he says he doesn't know how he

:07:09. > :07:13.will get his belongings back home. Cars were also burned in other

:07:14. > :07:18.nearby streets around 20 for hours later. This black BMW was set on

:07:19. > :07:24.fire shortly after midnight on Sunday. Around the same time, other

:07:25. > :07:27.carriers on Damascus Street were destroyed. One student returned from

:07:28. > :07:33.a friends house to be told her car on fire. Today this was all that

:07:34. > :07:37.remained. The six car to be burnt out was across the Ormeau Bridge. It

:07:38. > :07:42.was torched in the early hours of this morning, not long after

:07:43. > :07:48.midnight. The police say they are investigation is at an early stage

:07:49. > :07:51.but hate crime has been ruled out. It is totally necessary that the

:07:52. > :07:55.Fire Service and police attend these things. The risk to nearby Robert

:07:56. > :08:02.Lee and nearby cars is very serious. One car on fire and said

:08:03. > :08:06.another car on fire and houses too. You have to take it seriously but it

:08:07. > :08:10.is a needless act and a waste of resources. The police also say there

:08:11. > :08:12.is nothing to suggest one person was behind the attacks. They have

:08:13. > :08:13.appealed for anyone with information to contact

:08:14. > :08:39.They're having some rain in the next couple of days and cloud as well but

:08:40. > :08:43.there will be some good temperatures in the next few days. The first

:08:44. > :08:48.batch comes along tonight, some of it patchy in places and some of that

:08:49. > :08:54.giving the odd burst but not too chilly with temperatures in double

:08:55. > :08:58.figures. Temperatures may dip to seven or 8 degrees but still fairly

:08:59. > :09:03.mild. Tomorrow, once rain clears, there will be dry weather for a few

:09:04. > :09:06.hours before the next rain comes in on. Even that first batch of rain

:09:07. > :09:08.could linger across parts of the south-east were good part of the

:09:09. > :09:13.morning before clearing away and that dryer and brighter weather

:09:14. > :09:17.sucks in behind. The rain band edges across the Republic of Ireland into

:09:18. > :09:21.northern England but the rest of England and Wales will have a fine

:09:22. > :09:26.day with temperatures around 20 Celsius. Behind the rain we will

:09:27. > :09:28.have a dryer gap for a time and it will be further spells of rain

:09:29. > :09:33.moving into the north-west of Scotland. For Northern Ireland, is

:09:34. > :09:39.dryer for a few hours in the afternoon. It will be fresher as

:09:40. > :09:43.well with temperatures of 14 degrees. The next batch of rain

:09:44. > :09:48.moves in in the afternoon and evening. Once it clears out of the

:09:49. > :09:51.way, but a lot of rain in the forecast for the rest of the week. A

:09:52. > :09:53.lot of cloud but hopefully some bright spells as well.

:09:54. > :09:56.That's it for now, you can keep up-to-date with
