:05:38. > :05:45.for the dissident group. Harry Fitzsimons is on remand with two

:05:52. > :05:57.ultimatum but an attempt to reduce conflict. He quoted from a number of

:05:58. > :06:03.inspection reports. Those reports describe the movement of prisoners

:06:04. > :06:05.as restricted. And the system isn't about security but about blowing the

:06:06. > :06:19.morale. Sources close to

:06:21. > :06:24.in the dissident wing are highly dangerous, and that controls
