:02:01. > :02:05.The PSNI now says it accepts it was an
:02:06. > :02:08.administrative failing and that Peadar Heffron is owed an apology.

:02:12. > :02:14.within the organisation, but these matters
:02:15. > :02:17.hadn't been resolved, and that piece of information hadn't
:02:18. > :02:20.been conveyed, and we are sorry to Peadar Heffron
:02:21. > :02:23.in respect of this, but we have continued to support him throughout
:02:24. > :02:28.But the Deputy Chief Constable did not
:02:29. > :02:30.accept the recommendation that four intelligence officers should be
:02:31. > :02:35.He decided that two of them will be given
:02:36. > :02:43.When we put a recommendation to the police,
:02:44. > :02:45.we believe it is the right recommendation.
:02:46. > :02:48.I do still believe that the recommendation we made
:02:49. > :02:55.The police board has described the report as disturbing

:04:37. > :04:39.but for sexual gratification and to satisfy
:04:40. > :04:44.Eventually, the woman went to the police,
:04:45. > :04:47.and after he was arrested on Wednesday,
:04:48. > :04:50.Neil Edwards's home was searched, officers took away mobile phones
:04:51. > :04:56.On it they found a hidden file containing 126
:04:57. > :05:00.subfolders, 43 of which bore women's names.
