:03:47. > :03:51.over who pays for. The legislation was proposed by the Green Party's

:05:12. > :05:16.ground. The downward trend in the temperatures continues over the next
:05:17. > :05:22.few days. Tonight is going to be quite chilly indeed. Temperatures
:05:23. > :05:28.close to freezing tonight. Showers containing a wintry element. At
:05:29. > :05:33.least it means that 1st of January will feel like a winter morning. It
:05:34. > :05:39.is going to be cleared before the clouds come in and rain moves in
:05:40. > :05:44.from the west later. You can see that we are getting the first rain
:05:45. > :05:50.as it moves in across the eastern half of Scotland and England it is
:05:51. > :05:56.much drier and brighter. They are in the cooler rain. With the rain comes
:05:57. > :06:02.a recovery with temperatures. We are in for some unsettled weather over
:06:03. > :06:07.the next few days. As this front moves in from the Atlantic. It means
:06:08. > :06:12.that as we move to the weekend we could see some rain. We could do
:06:13. > :06:18.with a few weeks of drier weather to try out the ground but no sign of
:06:19. > :06:20.that as yet. More rain and difficult times for many people.
