:00:00. > :00:11.The fire was reported after a house fire in South Belfast.

:00:12. > :00:15.in the Archdale Drive area of the Belvoir Estate

:00:16. > :00:16.at around two o'clock this afternoon.

:00:17. > :00:21.The body of the victim, believed to be in her 50's,

:00:22. > :00:27.An investigation has begun into the cause of the fire

:00:28. > :00:30.and a post mortem examination is to take place.

:00:31. > :00:31.There are no further details at this stage.

:00:32. > :00:34.A man has escaped injury after a petrol bomb was thrown

:00:35. > :00:38.The occupant had only recently moved into the house.

:00:39. > :00:49.This was the damage caused by last night attacked in this small

:00:50. > :00:52.close-knit family area. It is understood the occupant is in his

:00:53. > :00:59.30s, and has lived here for just eight weeks. This is about the third

:01:00. > :01:05.attack in the last two months in Banbridge. What we have seen last

:01:06. > :01:09.night, thankfully, the fire was able to be put out quite quickly, but you

:01:10. > :01:13.know these types of attacks could lead to someone being seriously

:01:14. > :01:16.injured, or even worse. The attack happened at around half past seven

:01:17. > :01:20.last night, and the neighbour who contacted the Fire Brigade said the

:01:21. > :01:24.back wall of the property was ablaze. The flames were confined

:01:25. > :01:28.just to this house but in a row of terraced housing, the consequences

:01:29. > :01:32.could have been far worse. Just if few feet from where the petrol bomb

:01:33. > :01:38.exploded lies a neighbour's oil tank. This is going to lead to

:01:39. > :01:44.somebody been killed, to throw a petrol bomb at someone's home

:01:45. > :01:49.committee set someone's car outside their home on fire, shows a

:01:50. > :01:57.potential disregard for safety of people in the vicinity, regardless

:01:58. > :02:00.of who the intended big-game is. The police are trying to establish a

:02:01. > :02:01.motive for the attack and 20th help the victim.

:02:02. > :02:03.Emergency departments in hospitals across Northern Ireland

:02:04. > :02:05.are currently experiencing a high level of pressure.

:02:06. > :02:08.The Health and Social care board and the Public Health Agency

:02:09. > :02:10.are warning that some patients are having to wait longer

:02:11. > :02:13.In a joint statement they say they're working closely

:02:14. > :02:19.with all five Health Trusts to try and alleviate the pressure.

:02:20. > :02:21.A 29-year-old man is expected to appear in court in Belfast

:02:22. > :02:25.tomorrow charged with attempted murder.

:02:26. > :02:28.It's after a man was found unconscious with severe head

:02:29. > :02:31.injuries at a flat in the mount Vernon area in the north of the city

:02:32. > :02:36.In the Republic, the army has been deployed in some areas to rescue

:02:37. > :02:41.Around 130 families have been stranded

:02:42. > :02:56.Almost 300 homes flooded in recent weeks, now another 230 are under

:02:57. > :03:04.threat, and more than 100 are cut off. With the water swamping houses,

:03:05. > :03:07.the agriculture and land Minister Simon covertly joined rescue workers

:03:08. > :03:12.in the Springfield area. I first was the first to go on the 12th of

:03:13. > :03:16.summer, I am homeless, I have no home at the moment! I cannot get

:03:17. > :03:25.down, I been down there on the 21st of December, getting myself, I've

:03:26. > :03:29.been taken out of my house, it is not fair for nobody cares, it is

:03:30. > :03:33.been going on tonight years, I want to stay in my home, live in my home,

:03:34. > :03:37.I do not want to leave it and I want something done. The minister said

:03:38. > :03:41.more Army personnel are being deployed to help operate pumps for

:03:42. > :03:47.residents who can't or won't relieve their houses. In County Tipperary

:03:48. > :03:50.the lover of the river was being closely monitored, hovering just

:03:51. > :03:57.below the four metre mark in more expected. Residents have since been

:03:58. > :04:02.allowed to return home. Many are expected to return to work tomorrow,

:04:03. > :04:06.and with schools reopening, people are being wants to take care on

:04:07. > :04:09.public roads, take care with public transport, and ensure roads and

:04:10. > :04:09.schools are opened before setting off.

:04:10. > :04:11.Gaelic games and in today's opening Dr McKenna cup matches

:04:12. > :04:13.there were wins for Derry, Tyrone, and Donegal.

:04:14. > :04:21.Mark Sidebottom was at Owenbeg where Derry beat Antrim.

:04:22. > :04:30.It was the first outing of 2016, and the weather too decided to play

:04:31. > :04:36.ball. The sunshine and shadows and a January rainbow made a half halo in

:04:37. > :04:40.Owenbeg is the home side scored. Here's the opening goal. Late in the

:04:41. > :04:47.first half, the substitutes timed his run and timed his run to

:04:48. > :04:53.perfection to score. But Derry dominated the second half, running

:04:54. > :04:57.out comfortable winners by four goals and 16.2 Antrim 's too.

:04:58. > :05:02.Let's get the weather forecast now, here's Cecilia.

:05:03. > :05:08.It's a dry start to the night, but unfortunately there is more rain on

:05:09. > :05:12.the way. Yet another rainfall warning has been issued, this will

:05:13. > :05:15.come into effect in the early hours, and valid throughout tomorrow

:05:16. > :05:19.particularly across eastern counties. It was the rain coming

:05:20. > :05:22.northwards, is moving to most places, but becoming slow moving

:05:23. > :05:26.across the east for a good part of tomorrow. The build-up of rain

:05:27. > :05:33.around this area of low pressure, will give us some further flooding

:05:34. > :05:36.problems. This one area of low pressure moves away that the next

:05:37. > :05:40.moves in for the end of the week so for more unsettled weather this

:05:41. > :05:44.week, no sign of it settles down, not all the time raining, but a

:05:45. > :05:48.continued risk of flooding due to saturated ground, and there is a

:05:49. > :05:52.drop in temperature in this week, more where it should be for this

:05:53. > :05:56.time of year. Back to school for many people tomorrow, but to begin

:05:57. > :05:59.with it will be raining, with areas of standing water across the east

:06:00. > :06:04.particularly. Dry weather in the west to start off with, but for many

:06:05. > :06:08.parts of the UK and Ireland it will be an unsettled day, with showery

:06:09. > :06:12.rain, rainfall warning is issued, and particularly in Scotland. The

:06:13. > :06:15.build-up of rain in the next few days could lead to some awesome

:06:16. > :06:19.severe flooding. Especially across eastern counties, over an inch of

:06:20. > :06:23.rain possible by the end of the day, and most places will see some

:06:24. > :06:26.showery rain, and there will be continued outbreaks on Tuesday. Also

:06:27. > :06:32.a drop in damages so the breeze will be quite noticeable and therefore

:06:33. > :06:35.quite chilly. More rain to come but drive for a bit on Wednesday.
