:00:22. > :00:24.in County Down have attended a service in her memory.

:00:25. > :00:26.As Maggie Taggart reports, pupils at Assumption Grammar have

:00:27. > :00:43.She has been described as a lively humour is charismatic person and her

:00:44. > :00:49.friends at ski-macro in Ballynahinch are shocked that there. Today around

:00:50. > :01:01.200 pupils, staff and local people gathered the school to pray for her

:01:02. > :01:04.-- Assumption Grammar. Paramedics had taken Ellen from her

:01:05. > :01:08.smoke-filled bedroom but efforts to revive her failed and she died there

:01:09. > :01:11.in the early hours of Saturday. Today her friends were offered

:01:12. > :01:16.counselling and many of them wept through the religious service. We

:01:17. > :01:21.are not going to find solutions for why Ellen was taken at such a young

:01:22. > :01:25.age and in such a tragic way, but we can be with one another and we can

:01:26. > :01:32.support one another as we journey through this grief and trauma

:01:33. > :01:35.together. I think at the school we are a close-knit and everyone has

:01:36. > :01:41.come together and with social media, we have been vocal in terms of the

:01:42. > :01:46.heartbreak. Everyone is devastated. Ellen was said to light up every

:01:47. > :01:51.class she was then, the school and the community have lost a warm

:01:52. > :01:56.loving generous young woman who was also an accomplished sportswomen. It

:01:57. > :02:06.is just... An addictive personality. So bubbly and so friendly to

:02:07. > :02:10.everyone. She will be so missed. She was a great friend to everyone and

:02:11. > :02:15.she was always there, no matter if you only met her once. Ellen had

:02:16. > :02:20.repeated a year here at Assumption Grammar so at 19 she was about to

:02:21. > :02:24.sit her final A-level exams. She had been offered a place at a university

:02:25. > :02:30.in Liverpool so a life of fun and ambition cut short in a fire on

:02:31. > :02:32.Saturday morning. Two men have been arrested

:02:33. > :02:34.on suspicion of attempted murder after an incident in

:02:35. > :02:36.North Belfast this morning. The police were called to Woodvale

:02:37. > :02:39.Drive around half-past seven. A number of men were taken

:02:42. > :02:45.to establish the circumstances The funeral has taken

:02:46. > :02:48.place of James McDonagh, who died after an assault outside

:02:49. > :02:50.a bar near Toomebridge last weekend. Hundreds of mourners gathered

:02:51. > :02:53.at Holy Family Church in Coalisland. One man has appeared in court,

:02:54. > :02:55.charged with murdering The 2016 Bank of Ireland McKenna Cup

:02:56. > :03:04.final will be between This afternoon Tyrone defeated

:03:05. > :03:08.Fermanagh by seven points to book In the other semi-final,

:03:09. > :03:11.Cavan travelled to Armagh After a strong first half

:03:12. > :03:16.from Damien Barton's side, this Danny Haevron point

:03:17. > :03:17.extended Derry's lead. Despite conceeding a goal,

:03:18. > :03:19.Derry finished strongly and eventually won by seven points

:03:20. > :03:22.booking a spot in next weeks A look ahead now to one

:03:23. > :03:36.of the stories we have coming up this week on BBC Newsline -

:03:37. > :03:48.here's our political correspondent, It is another big year for politics

:03:49. > :03:52.here. In under four months' time we will elect a new assembly. For three

:03:53. > :03:57.out of the five main party leaders will be the first time they lead

:03:58. > :04:03.their party into Stormont election. Later this week on BBC Newsline, I

:04:04. > :04:03.will be assessing the state of play in the unionist nationalist battle

:04:04. > :04:04.grounds. Tomorrow's Good Morning Ulster

:04:05. > :04:07.will be taking an in-depth look at the health service and asking

:04:08. > :04:10.what kind of service do you want? That's from 6.30 to 9 o'clock

:04:11. > :04:13.on BBC Radio Ulster. The weather outlook for the start

:04:14. > :04:25.of the week, with Cecilia Daly: Paolo. The cold air is moving away

:04:26. > :04:29.from us and it will be milder tonight, wet at times but that will

:04:30. > :04:33.help for any snow still lying over the hills in County Antrim and

:04:34. > :04:36.County Down. It should not be icy anywhere as temperatures will stay

:04:37. > :04:40.mild for the time of year but it will be rather damp and drizzly, at

:04:41. > :04:45.least to start with this week, Monday and Tuesday, damp, drier on

:04:46. > :04:49.Wednesday and as the breeze picks up we should see some sunshine and then

:04:50. > :04:54.add on deck areas of low pressure moving towards the end of the week.

:04:55. > :04:58.Tomorrow, to start with on Monday, it is damp, drizzly, lots of mist

:04:59. > :05:03.and low cloud over the hills, foggy on some high-level roads, but no ice

:05:04. > :05:07.or frost. If you're travelling, snow will affect parts of Scotland and it

:05:08. > :05:11.will be icy over northern England, that is where the cold air is in

:05:12. > :05:15.northern and eastern areas of Britain. Not so cold in the south or

:05:16. > :05:20.across the Republic of Ireland and it will be rain and drizzle around

:05:21. > :05:24.in coastal areas. Inland, many parts of Northern Ireland will dry up,

:05:25. > :05:26.drizzle never too far away and it will be quite cloudy but

:05:27. > :05:31.temperatures are where they should be for the time of year. On Tuesday,

:05:32. > :05:35.the cold air continues to affect the north and east of Britain whereas in

:05:36. > :05:39.the south and West will not be as cold and many places although cloudy

:05:40. > :05:43.will not be particularly wet. Wednesday likes -- looks like being

:05:44. > :05:47.a dry day with brightness developing. The next area of low

:05:48. > :05:51.pressure will threaten on Thursday, that is one area of low pressure but

:05:52. > :05:54.as I pull out you can see across the Atlantic there are several areas of

:05:55. > :05:57.low pressure which will mean rain and strong winds and they will

:05:58. > :06:01.eventually push all the cold air away from the east of Britain by the

:06:02. > :06:07.end of the week. So one Thursday, the first area of low pressure

:06:08. > :06:09.brings rain or maybe snow in Scotland, also some milder air,

:06:10. > :06:15.temperatures getting into double digits. We have a mixed week coming

:06:16. > :06:18.up, dull and damp to begin with Northern Ireland, brighter on

:06:19. > :06:20.Wednesday, wet and eventually milder by the end of the week but with some

:06:21. > :06:22.strong winds. Our next BBC Newsline bulletin

:06:23. > :06:25.is at twenty five past six Until then you can keep up to date

:06:26. > :06:30.with local news on BBC Radio Ulster
