:02:23. > :02:26.murder of schoolgirl. The hearing is due to be heard next week, the

:02:27. > :02:31.coroner will make the decision whether these documents will be

:02:32. > :02:37.released. He will hear arguments for both sides on Tuesday. We may not

:02:38. > :02:43.know the full details of this case even then, because most of this

:02:44. > :02:46.hearing will be heard behind closed doors, in secret. And even when the

:02:47. > :02:49.coroner makes his decision, he won't be able to say too much in public

:02:50. > :02:53.about why he reaches the decision. The number of women being treated

:02:54. > :02:55.for breast cancer has dramatically increased over the last 20 years -

:02:56. > :03:09.figures from the Northern Ireland Our correspondent has been speaking

:03:28. > :03:32.That's because this cancer isn't normally detected by a lump.

:03:33. > :03:34.I definitely think there needs to be more awareness.

:03:35. > :03:37.In the medical profession, people need to be advised that this

:03:38. > :03:45.The symptoms I had was a pain in my breast,

:03:46. > :03:51.I had a breast that was maybe twice the normal size.

:03:52. > :03:54.I also had red, near the end whenever I was being diagnosed,

:03:55. > :03:57.it goes very red and inflamed and the skin can go dimply,

:03:58. > :03:59.so those are the symptoms and there is no lump.

:04:00. > :04:01.Her call for greater awareness of the disease is timely.

:04:02. > :04:04.New figures reveal an overall 53% increase in the number of breast

:04:05. > :04:11.Those who collate the data warn that figure is set to rise further

:04:12. > :04:12.and that the health service should prepare itself.

:04:13. > :04:16.I think the services need to gear themselves up because we have done

:04:17. > :04:20.some work looking at past trends and we see that in total the cancer

:04:21. > :04:24.number is expected to increase by about two-thirds again,

:04:25. > :04:40.While her cancer has spread to other organs, she is concerned that

:04:41. > :04:45.inflammatory cancer can react quickly and without warning. She

:04:46. > :04:46.will remain up to Mystic and continue with her campaign to
