:00:00. > :00:09.The Secretary of State Theresa Villiers is one of six government

:00:10. > :00:12.ministers to join the campaign for the UK to leave

:00:13. > :00:17.And this afternoon the DUP leader Arlene Foster said her party

:00:18. > :00:22.The Prime Minister announced today that the referendum on EU

:00:23. > :00:25.membership would take place on the 23rd of June.

:00:26. > :00:43.Theresa Villiers is one of several senior Cabinet ministers who will be

:00:44. > :00:47.voting to leave the EU. It follows two days of negotiations in

:00:48. > :00:52.Brussels, and a deal the Prime Minister hopes will convince people

:00:53. > :00:57.not to wave goodbye to Europe. The wheeling and dealing in Brussels

:00:58. > :01:01.is over, it is now up to the people to decide whether we should stay in

:01:02. > :01:08.or leave the EU. That opportunity will come on June 23.

:01:09. > :01:14.Leave. The money it is costing to keep in there, would be better put

:01:15. > :01:19.to use in health and education. Stay, it is a brilliant place and we

:01:20. > :01:24.are all one. I haven't fully explored it, but

:01:25. > :01:28.overall opinion is to stay in. We give more than we get back.

:01:29. > :01:33.Companies like this one export all over the world. But the business

:01:34. > :01:40.community is also divided on the UK's future membership.

:01:41. > :01:47.25% of the exports from the mainland European union actually come to the

:01:48. > :01:52.United Kingdom, they exported ?90 billion more than we got from them

:01:53. > :01:58.last year. Are they going to stop that cross back so all of the fear

:01:59. > :02:01.is complete nonsense. If we were to leave we would be

:02:02. > :02:06.outside the largest single market in the world. But is going to have

:02:07. > :02:11.consequences. Those who are campaigning for out on to explain

:02:12. > :02:17.their alternative. Where is all the money for infrastructure and peace

:02:18. > :02:23.funding, where is that going to come from?

:02:24. > :02:27.Questions like this will be key in the referendum campaign. Despite

:02:28. > :02:33.objections it will run alongside local elections, due in May. The STL

:02:34. > :02:39.P, Sinn Fein and the Alliance will campaign to stay in Europe. The DUP

:02:40. > :02:40.said today it will recommend a vote to leave. The UUP is still

:02:41. > :02:44.considering their position. Two men have been charged

:02:45. > :02:47.with raping a woman in west Belfast. The attack happened in the Glen Road

:02:48. > :02:50.area early yesterday morning. The men will appear

:02:51. > :02:52.in court on Monday. A woman says she's been left

:02:53. > :02:55.terrified after a gang of masked men forced their way into her

:02:56. > :02:58.home in west Belfast. It happened in Moyard Parade last

:02:59. > :03:12.night, as Sara Girvin reports. Shortly after eight o'clock, four

:03:13. > :03:16.masked men carrying Hamas forced their way into the house on Moyard

:03:17. > :03:21.Parade. The woman who lives there was too frightened to appear on

:03:22. > :03:24.camera, but she allowed us to photograph the serious damage the

:03:25. > :03:34.gang caused to their home -- her home. She says the men claimed to be

:03:35. > :03:40.from the IRA and told her she had 24 hours to leave her property. At one

:03:41. > :03:44.stage she said a man pinned her to the fridge and put a hammer through

:03:45. > :03:49.the appliance by her head. The family word injured but the woman

:03:50. > :03:52.says she doesn't want to stay in her home with no idea why she was

:03:53. > :03:56.targeted. -- the family word injured. On

:03:57. > :04:01.Tuesday night windows were smashed with hammers at this nearby

:04:02. > :04:05.operative. Representatives for the area say such attacks must stop the

:04:06. > :04:12.matter who is responsible. It doesn't matter whether it is

:04:13. > :04:18.paramilitaries or criminals who break into somebody's home, it is

:04:19. > :04:23.wrong. This is a young family, and they did the support of everybody.

:04:24. > :04:27.Nobody has the right to break into their home and terrorise them.

:04:28. > :04:32.With two such incidents taking place within one week, these attacks have

:04:33. > :04:35.left a community in shock and one young family looking for a new home.

:04:36. > :04:38.Graffiti has been daubed on the walls of an Orange hall

:04:39. > :04:42.The damage to the building in Main Street was discovered

:04:43. > :04:46.The police say they're treating it as a hate crime.

:04:47. > :04:52.Let's get the forecast for the rest of the weekend, here's Geoff.

:04:53. > :04:59.It's been a pretty miserable day with rain continuing, it is off this

:05:00. > :05:04.afternoon but it never really stopped and overnight showers

:05:05. > :05:08.continue, driven in on that stiff westerly breeze.

:05:09. > :05:13.It means we at least avoid the chance of a frost overnight. The

:05:14. > :05:17.second half of the week sees more of the same, wet and windy conditions,

:05:18. > :05:21.as we go through Sunday that rain continues to be driven in from the

:05:22. > :05:27.Atlantic. Top temperatures seven, maybe 8 degrees. Through the day the

:05:28. > :05:33.showers will is, they will remain prevalent all along the north coast

:05:34. > :05:40.in particular. -- label is. So much warmer air across the southern half

:05:41. > :05:47.of the British Isles. -- some much warmer air. We are in the cool zone

:05:48. > :05:53.of whether, and that sets the tone for the start of next week as well.

:05:54. > :05:57.But that is an upside. As we go into the start of the working week we

:05:58. > :06:00.have this ridge of high pressure building in. While that means

:06:01. > :06:04.temperatures will not be much to write home about, it does mean we

:06:05. > :06:08.should see brighter conditions. So a good chance to wake up to a frost on

:06:09. > :06:14.Monday morning, but once that clears, some showers around, also

:06:15. > :06:18.some brighter spells. Feeling a little on the chilly side, but

:06:19. > :06:20.certainly much more chance of getting out and about and making the

:06:21. > :06:21.most of the day. BBC Newsline will be back
