:00:19. > :00:22.after serving more than two years in prison in South America.

:00:23. > :00:28.Relaxed and relieved - Michaella McCollum is pictured

:00:29. > :00:33.here just days after her release from prison in Peru.

:00:34. > :00:38.She'd tried to smuggle cocaine worth ?1.5 million out of the country,

:00:39. > :00:45.an action she now describes as a moment of madness.

:00:46. > :00:56.I simply made a decision in a moment of madness. I'm not a bad person, I

:00:57. > :01:01.want to demonstrate that I'm a good person, and to do something good. I

:01:02. > :01:06.regret the harm I've done and so much suffering I have caused to my

:01:07. > :01:12.family and myself. In the time here I've thought it the drugs cost, what

:01:13. > :01:14.would have happened? I would have had a lot of blood on my hands.

:01:15. > :01:16.Along with Melissa Reid from Scotland, Michaella

:01:17. > :01:18.was sentenced to six years and eight months in jail.

:01:19. > :01:21.But last week, she was released on parole after serving

:01:22. > :01:26.Now she's out of jail, and speaking out.

:01:27. > :01:32.It feels like a dream, like its not real, like I'm going to wake up any

:01:33. > :01:34.moment and be back in the nightmare. In an interview for a documentary

:01:35. > :01:38.due to be broadcast on RTE tonight, the 23-year-old talks

:01:39. > :01:48.about her regret of what happened... I was very naive, I was so young and

:01:49. > :01:53.very insecure, a lot of times I didn't know how to say no to

:01:54. > :01:55.somebody. I just followed along with that and part of me wanted to be

:01:56. > :01:58.something I'm not. While she may be out of jail,

:01:59. > :02:01.it's still not clear if Michaella will be allowed to return

:02:02. > :02:03.to Northern Ireland, or if she'll have to stay

:02:04. > :02:05.in Peru for even longer. The Alliance Party leader David Ford

:02:06. > :02:08.has taken part in an interfaith service for all victims

:02:09. > :02:11.of the Easter Rising The event saw the unveiling

:02:12. > :02:17.of a memorial inscribed with the names of all those

:02:18. > :02:20.who lost their lives during the Rising -

:02:21. > :02:22.volunteers, soldiers, A gathering at Glasnevin for those

:02:23. > :02:38.of many faiths and none, The Remembrance Wall,

:02:39. > :02:43.with the names of all those known to have died

:02:44. > :02:46.during the Easter Rising Volunteers, policemen,

:02:47. > :02:55.119 British soldiers and, by far the biggest

:02:56. > :03:00.group, 268 civilians. Among those present,

:03:01. > :03:02.the Alliance leader and outgoing Stormont Justice

:03:03. > :03:16.Minister David Ford. As we gather in this historic place,

:03:17. > :03:21.we remember all those men, women and children who died during 1916.

:03:22. > :03:23.Those from the main Christian denominations were joined by

:03:24. > :03:25.Jewish and Islamic representatives and the Humanist Association

:03:26. > :03:27.of Ireland, praying and commemorating

:03:28. > :03:44.All lives are of equal value and 2016 must be the year in which the

:03:45. > :03:49.narratives of all the people on this island are included and heard.

:03:50. > :03:54.Behind each and every one of these last lives lies a story of

:03:55. > :03:59.heartbreak. No matter what side the person served on or for those

:04:00. > :04:00.innocently caught up in the conflict.

:04:01. > :04:03.The Taoiseach laid a wreath at the event, which attracted some

:04:04. > :04:05.controversy because of the inclusion of the names of

:04:06. > :04:14.Four people have been arrested after a gun was found

:04:15. > :04:19.Two men and two women were detained after the firearm was found

:04:20. > :04:26.Gaelic games, and in today's final round of the Allianz National

:04:27. > :04:29.Football League, Armagh have been relegated from Division 2

:04:30. > :04:33.Fermanagh's draw against Tyrone was enough to avoid

:04:34. > :04:38.Monaghan retained their place in the top tier after

:04:39. > :04:45.Elsewhere, Antrim drew with Louth, Down lost to Mayo and

:04:46. > :04:52.Northern Ireland sailors Matt McGovern and Ryan Seaton have

:04:53. > :04:56.won gold at the Princess Sofia Regatta in Majorca.

:04:57. > :04:58.The 49-skiff event is one of the biggest

:04:59. > :05:12.It was a really good Regatta for us, as always if you win, but at this

:05:13. > :05:18.time of the year it means a lot, the start of the European season leading

:05:19. > :05:23.up to the Olympics and we have been working hard, especially the last

:05:24. > :05:28.six months, to try and improve and it is finally paying off so we are

:05:29. > :05:32.really happy, things have come together, we have been working with

:05:33. > :05:34.our twinning partners and to be top ten in the race was a solid result.

:05:35. > :05:37.Coming up this week on BBC Newslin, we begin our build-up to

:05:38. > :05:41.We'll be looking at a new generation of voters - those born in 1998,

:05:42. > :05:44.the year the Good Friday Agreement was signed.

:05:45. > :05:46.And we'll have the first of our constituency profiles

:05:47. > :05:52.That's this week on BBC Newsline here on BBC One.

:05:53. > :05:59.Now here's Angie Philips with the weather forecast.

:06:00. > :06:05.I'm afraid or unsettled spell of weather will spill into the new

:06:06. > :06:10.week. We have rain followed by showers, it becomes windy by the

:06:11. > :06:15.middle of the week and will turn colder. This evening we have rain

:06:16. > :06:19.showers scattered around with dry gaps in between and between those

:06:20. > :06:24.showers it will become misty and murky and then later in the night

:06:25. > :06:29.more persistent rain returns from the south-east. At least it is a

:06:30. > :06:35.mild and frost free night. Tomorrow has an overcast start to the week,

:06:36. > :06:40.also wet, a lot of surface water and spray on the roads, that rain works

:06:41. > :06:47.its way inland through the morning and some heavy bursts are likely.

:06:48. > :06:51.This prolonged band of rain extends from Scotland down into Ireland,

:06:52. > :06:55.some heavy and potentially thundery showers moving into central England

:06:56. > :07:00.but away from that dry and bright weather, still fairly reasonable

:07:01. > :07:06.temperatures in the south-east that not as warm as today. For Northern

:07:07. > :07:12.Brabant in the afternoon, the rain is still hanging about. Highest

:07:13. > :07:15.rainfall totals are likely to be in eastern counties so bear that in

:07:16. > :07:20.mind because there could be surface flooding. The best chance of drier

:07:21. > :07:27.gaps towards the west later in the day. On Tuesday things are quieter,

:07:28. > :07:31.we get brighter skies returning but on Wednesday Strong winds picking

:07:32. > :07:36.up, colder air coming in and some rain mixed with hail -- hail and

:07:37. > :07:38.thunder, which could be wintry on the hills.

:07:39. > :07:40.Our next BBC Newsline bulletin is at 10:15pm.

:07:41. > :07:42.Until then you can keep up to date with local news on BBC Radio Ulster
