:00:13. > :00:15.five years with a major focus on the economy.
:00:16. > :00:17.The details are laid out in a Programme for Government
:00:18. > :00:20.framework which sets out sets out broad aspirations and indicators
:00:21. > :00:24.but at this stage doesn't include specific targets.
:00:25. > :00:27.A final programme will be brought before the Assembly
:00:28. > :00:36.An election fought, an Executive formed and now a plan for how public
:00:37. > :00:44.There's a heavy emphasis on the economy - almost a third
:00:45. > :00:47.of 42 indicators relate to that area.
:00:48. > :00:51.They include improving skills, boosting competitiveness
:00:52. > :00:53.and increasing the proportion of people in
:00:54. > :01:00.There's also a commitment to improve regional economic balance.
:01:01. > :01:04.Could that mean more investment in places like Derry?
:01:05. > :01:08.From a CBI pointed view, members recognise you have to see growth
:01:09. > :01:11.across the region but there is also what is going
:01:12. > :01:16.concentration on big cities, and in Northern Ireland
:01:17. > :01:20.the most important thing is the growth of Belfast.
:01:21. > :01:22.Health, which consumes about half the Stormont budget,
:01:23. > :01:28.It includes the intention to increase life expectancy,
:01:29. > :01:31.reduce health inequalities and improve the overall
:01:32. > :01:37.But like all the proposed outcomes in this plan,
:01:38. > :01:40.there are as yet no hard, measurable targets.
:01:41. > :01:43.The First Minister says this is a new way of doing business
:01:44. > :01:48.and those targets will only come after a period of consultation.
:01:49. > :01:54.The idea behind it is to put out a high-level framework at this stage
:01:55. > :01:57.and then to get feedback in a targeted way from the community so
:01:58. > :02:03.they can help us to understand how they can be a part of the delivery
:02:04. > :02:08.mechanisms, how they can help us to achieve our aims.
:02:09. > :02:12.But opposition parties are not convinced.
:02:13. > :02:18.What people wanted was a sea change in the character and ambitions of
:02:19. > :02:22.government, what we have today is one that lacks ambition, no
:02:23. > :02:27.commitments to affordable childcare, no amendments to that 2500 social
:02:28. > :02:31.houses we need each year, no commitments to do the work in the
:02:32. > :02:37.north-west in terms of jobs and infrastructure.
:02:38. > :02:40.When it comes back from consultation, we will still
:02:41. > :02:43.want longer, healthier lives, we will still want high-class public
:02:44. > :02:52.The Assembly will get to vote on the final plan Programme
:02:53. > :02:56.for Government before the end of year, alongside a budget.
:02:57. > :03:00.It's only then we'll get a full picture of what the Executive hopes
:03:01. > :03:06.to achieve and how it hopes to pay for it.
:03:07. > :03:09.The First Minister says she wants to address the issue of unregulated
:03:10. > :03:14.transfer tests for children to enter most grammar schools.
:03:15. > :03:17.The practice has been in operation for seven years since the 11-Plus
:03:18. > :03:20.exam was scrapped by the then Education
:03:21. > :03:26.Speaking on the BBC's Inside Politics programme,
:03:27. > :03:27.Arlene Foster said change was possible.
:03:28. > :03:30.People have felt that if there are two tests,
:03:31. > :03:35.for children when they're taking those tests,

:09:24. > :09:30.have a lot of dry weather this weekend with some warm sunshine and
:09:31. > :09:33.light winds. On Sunday, a few showers around but a lot of the
:09:34. > :09:37.time, it is dry with sunshine. Showers should not be as heavy and
