:00:00. > :00:15.That's all from the BBC News at Six, so it's goodbye from me,

:00:16. > :00:16.Good evening, the headlines on BBC Newsline:

:00:17. > :00:21.The man who beat his mother to death after taking a legal high.

:00:22. > :00:42.His family speak of their heartbreak as he is jailed.

:00:43. > :00:44.History for Northern Ireland football.

:00:45. > :00:58.We've all the reaction to the Euro 2016 victory in France.

:00:59. > :01:00.Dry tonight and a bright start to Saturday before rain

:01:01. > :01:10.Heavier rain to come on Sunday afternoon.

:01:11. > :01:13.It was the party of all parties here in Lille, and the fans are in good

:01:14. > :01:18.voice. A man who beat his mother to death

:01:19. > :01:22.after taking a so-called legal high has been sentenced to a minimum

:01:23. > :01:24.of five years in prison. 34-year-old Portstewart

:01:25. > :01:35.man Alun Kinney Evans believed his mother had

:01:36. > :01:36.turned into a witch Our North East reporter

:01:37. > :01:46.Sara Girvin was in court. Margaret Evans had retired months

:01:47. > :01:52.before she was killed. Her badly beaten body was found in the garden

:01:53. > :01:57.of her home. She had been kicked, punched and stamped upon and hit

:01:58. > :02:01.with a piece of wood. Her son denied her murder but then pleaded guilty

:02:02. > :02:05.to manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility. He had

:02:06. > :02:10.suffered a psychosis after taking a drug he bought online which mimicked

:02:11. > :02:14.the effects of ketamine, a powerful tranquilliser. He hoped it would

:02:15. > :02:18.cure his depression but he suffered hallucinations and believed his

:02:19. > :02:23.mother had become possessed. When police arrived at the scene he told

:02:24. > :02:28.them, I think I killed my mum, she was a witch. Today at the court his

:02:29. > :02:41.family said they do not want him to rot in a prison cell. Outside his

:02:42. > :02:44.sister paid tribute to their mother. My mother was a most amazing,

:02:45. > :02:44.wonderful woman. She was a wife, mother,

:02:45. > :02:48.grandmother and friend and will be missed by all who knew her. It was a

:02:49. > :02:51.great shock to lose her in these tragic circumstances but my faith in

:02:52. > :02:56.God has provided me with the strength to get through it. My

:02:57. > :03:01.family, even though they are heartbroken, I glad that Alan will

:03:02. > :03:05.receive the help he needs. The judge said that until her death Margaret

:03:06. > :03:09.and Alun Evans had enjoyed a close relationship and she had tried to

:03:10. > :03:13.help him with his drug use and depression. Purchasing drugs online

:03:14. > :03:19.had resulted in a nightmare for the family. The judge said he posed a

:03:20. > :03:24.significant risk of serious harm to members of the public but they said

:03:25. > :03:29.the brutal and fatal attack had been triggered unintentionally by taking

:03:30. > :03:32.the drug. They said he could not have known the horrific and

:03:33. > :03:36.psychotic episode it would cause. He imposed an indeterminate custodial

:03:37. > :03:38.sentence with a minimum term of five years.

:03:39. > :03:40.A County Down woman who pleaded guilty to the manslaughter

:03:41. > :03:42.of an elderly neighbour has been given probation and

:03:43. > :03:50.after a fire spread to his bungalow in Carryduff from

:03:51. > :03:55.Downpatrick court heard that the 59 year old woman had been

:03:56. > :03:59.suffering from emotional and psychiatric problems.

:04:00. > :04:04.The judge described the two year probation order with 100 hours

:04:05. > :04:06.of community service as a merciful sentence.

:04:07. > :04:12.Samuel Carson's family say they are disappointed with the sentence.

:04:13. > :04:14.Well, the Northern Ireland fans and players have four days

:04:15. > :04:19.to recover from last night's heroics before the team take on the might

:04:20. > :04:25.of world champions Germany in their last group match

:04:26. > :04:28.Stephen Watson has been getting reaction to that now famous victory

:04:29. > :04:44.Thanks very much. The Northern Ireland team had a deserved day off

:04:45. > :04:48.today, time to relax with their families at their team base and

:04:49. > :04:52.reflect on the victory last night. The winner now guarantees than third

:04:53. > :04:55.place in the group and it might be good enough to make the knockout

:04:56. > :05:00.stages of the tournament, and a place in the last 16. They may have

:05:01. > :05:05.to go to Paris next Tuesday and get a draw with Germany. Before the

:05:06. > :05:09.preparations for that massive showdown with the world champions

:05:10. > :05:14.begins, today they were simply basking in last night's brilliant

:05:15. > :05:18.win. Jubilation and celebration at the

:05:19. > :05:22.end of an historic night for Northern Ireland. The players had

:05:23. > :05:27.secured their first-ever win at a championship final. An extra special

:05:28. > :05:34.occasion and an emotional experience. Hugely proud. You see

:05:35. > :05:38.the response of the crowd and what it meant to everyone, it wasn't an

:05:39. > :05:41.easy team to pick and it is never easy to leave players out of a team

:05:42. > :05:46.that gave everything in the first game but it is a tremendous victory

:05:47. > :05:50.for the whole squad on all 23 players play their part so the

:05:51. > :05:52.victory is for everyone today. Northern Ireland made the

:05:53. > :06:03.breakthrough at the start of the second half. McAuley. Darren

:06:04. > :06:11.McCauley at the back post! It's in. It was simply ecstasy for Gareth

:06:12. > :06:16.McAuley. But there was to be more drama as Northern Ireland's momentum

:06:17. > :06:22.was halted when a thunder and lightning storm with hailstones

:06:23. > :06:29.forced play to be suspended. After the storm... Northern Ireland

:06:30. > :06:36.continued to pile on the pressure. Niall McGinn! He puts it beyond all

:06:37. > :06:41.doubt! It was an emphatic win. It was the best moment of my career

:06:42. > :06:44.comment scoring on a national stage, on a European stage, against

:06:45. > :06:49.Ukraine. It is the stuff that dreams are made of, to be honest. I phoned

:06:50. > :06:52.my mum and my dad and my phone has been going crazy. I can just imagine

:06:53. > :06:56.that back home it has been incredible. It will be a long night

:06:57. > :07:00.reading all the messages. It is the best, you know, simply the best.

:07:01. > :07:06.Everyone is like family to me out there. It is obviously pleasing for

:07:07. > :07:12.me and I have got a goal and I am just so proud of everyone proud of

:07:13. > :07:14.the performance and proud of the supporters who generated the

:07:15. > :07:19.atmosphere to get us through the last bit of the game when we were

:07:20. > :07:22.under the cosh. For the fans inside the stadium it was a nerve wracking

:07:23. > :07:31.night, but ultimately, unforgettable. And for the players,

:07:32. > :07:36.it was immediately hard to take in what they had achieved. It is the

:07:37. > :07:43.best feeling I have ever felt on a football pitch, hands down. I don't

:07:44. > :07:46.think that feeling of looking and 20,000 Northern Ireland fans, it is

:07:47. > :07:53.crazy. It is special, it is one week and savour. Tonight we showed what

:07:54. > :07:57.we are all about, physical and aggression and most importantly we

:07:58. > :07:59.have got the quality to put teams awake so it is absolutely

:08:00. > :08:04.unbelievable what's right now cannot describe it, it is absolutely

:08:05. > :08:08.ridiculous. I'm trying to take things a but it is all a bit of a

:08:09. > :08:13.Blair to be honest. I'm so happy for the team and everyone involved and

:08:14. > :08:16.the fans and to everyone, in the Poland game we didn't do ourselves

:08:17. > :08:22.justice but tonight we showed everyone we are a good team. Not

:08:23. > :08:27.since Spain in 1982 has Northern Ireland one at a major finals. Now

:08:28. > :08:34.there are new -- now they are our new heroes. Michael O'Neill also

:08:35. > :08:36.told his players it is the proudest he has ever been of any team that he

:08:37. > :08:36.has managed. On a sadder note, the Northern

:08:37. > :08:39.Ireland manager Michael O'Neill has today offered his condolences

:08:40. > :08:41.to the family of Robert Rainey, the fan who passed away suddenly

:08:42. > :08:44.at last night's game. As a mark of respect

:08:45. > :08:48.the Northern Ireland players will wear black armbands

:08:49. > :08:50.for the game against Germany From here in St Georges,

:08:51. > :09:00.let's head back to Lyon now where our reporter Mark Simpson has

:09:01. > :09:17.been following the tournament After the match this is where all

:09:18. > :09:23.the fans gathered. Here, there and everywhere. All around this city of

:09:24. > :09:27.Lille. Almost 20,000 fans. What was the overall mood? I suppose it was a

:09:28. > :09:36.mixture, as mixture of delight and disbelief. We're on TV! Was it all

:09:37. > :09:42.just a dream, no, it really happened. We're not going home!

:09:43. > :09:48.We're not going home! We're not going home! Couldn't believe it.

:09:49. > :09:57.Couldn't believe it. They had us at the end there. We were laughing and

:09:58. > :10:03.joking. He had his top off. I had my top off at the match, yes, after the

:10:04. > :10:13.second match. 72. 2000 people sang happy birthday to me out there. Did

:10:14. > :10:20.you cry? No. All the way from Coleraine, was it worth it? All day

:10:21. > :10:24.long, the best day of my life. It was mental, the atmosphere last

:10:25. > :10:34.night. In the bar and there were thousands last night just singing

:10:35. > :10:37.till about five in the morning. We were here from Sunday night and we

:10:38. > :10:41.haven't seen any sort of trouble at all. Everyone is just having a good

:10:42. > :10:47.time and having a drink and enjoying themselves pretty much. Now the

:10:48. > :10:51.focus moves from Neal to 300 miles away in Paris were Northern Ireland

:10:52. > :10:55.play Germany on Tuesday. At Lyon train station we found two fans

:10:56. > :10:59.heading in the opposite direction. We are heading back down to Nice, we

:11:00. > :11:04.have been based there the whole time because we like the sunshine. We are

:11:05. > :11:08.from poor rush so we decided to stay down there in fly upon the day of

:11:09. > :11:15.the Germany game so we will soak up the sun for a couple more days. What

:11:16. > :11:19.about last night's match? Superb. Games like that live long in the

:11:20. > :11:22.memory. For so many fans from around the world were there to enjoy it and

:11:23. > :11:26.there are so many stories and pictures from back home. There was

:11:27. > :11:30.an absolute party there. It lifted the whole spirits of the whole

:11:31. > :11:33.country. We've been getting a lot of text messages from our southern

:11:34. > :11:36.friends as well saying it was a fantastic result and it is one big

:11:37. > :11:42.party and we are enjoying it when we here. There were more than 20,000

:11:43. > :11:53.Northern Ireland fans here in Lyon this week. 20,000 who are now able

:11:54. > :11:57.to say, I was there. And, boy, will they be saying it!

:11:58. > :12:01.Many Northern Ireland fans will be on the move tomorrow but a lot of

:12:02. > :12:05.them will be Scott Waites at around 2pm tomorrow afternoon to watch the

:12:06. > :12:11.Republic and their crucial match against Belgium in Bordeaux. BBC

:12:12. > :12:19.newsline's has been following their time.

:12:20. > :12:28.Irish bands have been making their way here all week. Some faster than

:12:29. > :12:34.others. On the move, and it was a revolver to Paris. Time to hit the

:12:35. > :12:39.road and head south. There was no rush on the ten South Armagh man who

:12:40. > :12:43.brought this bus on a whim. All great story stuck in the pub and we

:12:44. > :12:51.were just talking about it and it accumulated from that really. It

:12:52. > :12:56.went a bit viral. Now an Internet sensation, it would be a long and

:12:57. > :13:04.slow road to Bordeaux. We have had no problems so far. What speed are

:13:05. > :13:09.you doing? 40 miles an hour but it is getting us there and the crack is

:13:10. > :13:14.good. It doesn't bother us. We all feel it. For one group of supporters

:13:15. > :13:20.from West Belfast, stopping here, halfway between Paris and Bordeaux,

:13:21. > :13:24.gave them a real taste of small city French life. We are just taking in

:13:25. > :13:34.all of the city. It is a lovely town. A bit of recuperation time.

:13:35. > :13:46.That could be said as well. Fine wine! We're only on the Shandy! What

:13:47. > :13:49.about the game? With the first game we were disappointed to any get a

:13:50. > :13:55.draw but now we hope to get at least a draw and then we will stay on the

:13:56. > :13:59.stage. It is all about optimism and preparation, something the owner of

:14:00. > :14:07.this pub knows all too well. We invested about ?100,000 and we have

:14:08. > :14:14.had all the ceiling is done and downstairs and upstairs and we have

:14:15. > :14:21.room for 100 cakes. If there is a win tomorrow, the party could keep

:14:22. > :14:24.on going. Going back to market Lyon, it looks

:14:25. > :14:30.as though France is a sea of green wherever you look at the moment.

:14:31. > :14:34.No doubt about it, France is going green this weekend and in Lille

:14:35. > :14:37.there will be green shirts and in Paris you will see Northern Ireland

:14:38. > :14:41.fans and maybe the odd republics than in Bordeaux as well. That is

:14:42. > :14:45.about 300 miles west of here and down in Nice, is it really the

:14:46. > :14:49.French port rush? We will leave that one there. There will be lots of

:14:50. > :14:52.Northern Ireland and Republic fans but they are bumping into each other

:14:53. > :14:57.at train stations and airports and all of the reports that we are

:14:58. > :15:00.getting is that in bit of banter and the odd singsong, it has all been

:15:01. > :15:04.very good natured and the fans are getting on and we are now about one

:15:05. > :15:06.week into the Euros and the latest score is very much football 1-

:15:07. > :15:10.politics zero. The First and Deputy First Ministers

:15:11. > :15:12.have paid tribute to Jo Cox, the Labour MP who died

:15:13. > :15:16.after being shot and stabbed in the street yesterday

:15:17. > :15:21.as she headed to a constituency Arlene Foster and Martin McGuinness

:15:22. > :15:25.were speaking at a meeting of the British-Irish

:15:26. > :15:42.Council in Glasgow. Fair play to Joe Cox for being a

:15:43. > :15:46.very vibrant young woman -- Jo Cox. She was concerned about social

:15:47. > :15:50.issues and other issues and she was not afraid to speak out. She is

:15:51. > :15:55.deserving of the utmost admiration from all of us. The last thing we

:15:56. > :15:59.should do is hide ourselves away and we need to make ourselves available

:16:00. > :16:02.to our constituents and we will continue to that what we need to

:16:03. > :16:07.recognise what is out there and be aware of our own security and in

:16:08. > :16:09.memory to Jo Cox we need to keep ourselves out there and keep

:16:10. > :16:10.ourselves visible to the public that we represent.

:16:11. > :16:13.A poll of voters here has suggested a shift towards the Leave camp

:16:14. > :16:19.The survey, carried out by market research agency, Millward Brown,

:16:20. > :16:21.showed 48% of people in Northern Ireland who intend

:16:22. > :16:24.to vote will choose to remain, 32% want to leave, while 20%

:16:25. > :16:27.are still undecided - that's a slight shift

:16:28. > :16:33.In the first of two special features,

:16:34. > :16:35.Our Political Editor Mark Devenport examines how nationalists might vote

:16:36. > :16:51.When John Hume accepted his Nobel Peace Prize 18 years ago, he

:16:52. > :16:56.declared he had drawn inspiration from the European Union as a

:16:57. > :17:00.peacemaking project, ending decades of war between France and Germany.

:17:01. > :17:06.That was a message she wanted young people right across the continent to

:17:07. > :17:09.understand. For all of the previous centuries people of Europe would

:17:10. > :17:14.fight and be in conflict but they are now living in peace and harmony.

:17:15. > :17:21.Given John Hume's approach, it is no surprise that the SDLP remains

:17:22. > :17:25.strongly in favour of staying within the EU. Historically the Sinn Fein

:17:26. > :17:32.attitude to Europe has been more ambiguous. Back in the 1970s and

:17:33. > :17:36.1980s Sinn Fein was adamantly opposed to the European Community

:17:37. > :17:39.but over the years they switched their position to critical

:17:40. > :17:43.engagement and now they argue that a withdrawal from the European Union

:17:44. > :17:47.could have potentially devastating consequences for the border region.

:17:48. > :17:57.18,000 people cross the border every day to work. 5200 students across

:17:58. > :18:05.the border every day. 1.7 million cross hit by a car and train every

:18:06. > :18:11.year, so to think that we could turn back and go to the future with an EU

:18:12. > :18:18.border stuck right in the heart of violence is unacceptable. Although

:18:19. > :18:24.nationalist sentiment seems to be mainly in the Remain camp there seem

:18:25. > :18:28.to be some who reflate -- disagree. This man's sister was shot dead in

:18:29. > :18:31.Gibraltar and he regards the EU as a rich man's club and does not believe

:18:32. > :18:38.that staying in it furthers the cause of a united Ireland. Thomas

:18:39. > :18:43.Russell, the United Irishmen said, back in 1798 when there was talk of

:18:44. > :18:49.French involvement in the rising, he said we may as well be an English

:18:50. > :18:54.colony as a French one. I say, on that basis, or although we have no

:18:55. > :18:59.control and no democratic in put and no independence, it is like being

:19:00. > :19:03.back under another empire. Despite that argument it would be a surprise

:19:04. > :19:08.if most nationalists don't vote to stay in the EU, apart from the local

:19:09. > :19:09.parties, the Taoiseach has been lobbying for the remain campaign

:19:10. > :19:14.here and in England. Well, we can go back to France now

:19:15. > :19:18.to reflect on where last night's win leaves Northern Ireland and look

:19:19. > :19:33.forward to Tuesday's Northern Ireland's victory last

:19:34. > :19:38.night was their first at a major finals for 34 years. Spain back in

:19:39. > :19:42.1982. I am joined live by a man who was in that World Cup squad back

:19:43. > :19:48.then. John O'Neill, reflect on when it was overemotional and exciting

:19:49. > :19:50.evening. What a great night, a matched unrivalled over the good

:19:51. > :19:54.nights we've had in the past. It goes right back to Spain and the

:19:55. > :19:57.game against England and the game against West Germany. All great

:19:58. > :20:02.nights and it was great to be there and the fans will remember it for

:20:03. > :20:06.the rest of their lives. Proud that little Northern Ireland have done it

:20:07. > :20:10.again on the international stage. Still be the chance of going

:20:11. > :20:15.further. The result last night means we will play Germany on Tuesday and

:20:16. > :20:20.we could qualify for the knockout stages. What is possible in Paris

:20:21. > :20:23.last week -- next week. It has been a great journey. They had a

:20:24. > :20:27.tremendous performance last night and if they play like that against

:20:28. > :20:31.the Germans they could get a draw or even better. We have pulled off some

:20:32. > :20:35.great results in the past and it wouldn't surprise if we do it again.

:20:36. > :20:39.You have been part of the Northern Ireland team has beaten West Germany

:20:40. > :20:43.in the past, could be getting upset? There is no reason why. The players

:20:44. > :20:47.must be so confident after that performance and everyone was down

:20:48. > :20:51.after Poland but that has ignited the belief again and we are now

:20:52. > :20:54.playing the football that we played in the qualifications and I think

:20:55. > :21:02.anything could happen. Sport can be inspiring. It certainly can. The

:21:03. > :21:05.Republic of Ireland have left their team base outside Paris in

:21:06. > :21:09.Versailles and they have made it to Bordeaux where they are getting

:21:10. > :21:12.ready for their second group game in the tournament against Belgium

:21:13. > :21:18.tomorrow but there has been an injury blow for the Republic.

:21:19. > :21:24.Martin O'Neill will have to make at least one change to his starting

:21:25. > :21:29.line-up after Jonathan Walters was ruled out due to injury. Belgium of

:21:30. > :21:33.the top-ranked team in the entire competition and those opponents are

:21:34. > :21:38.number two in the world. On paper, how impressed are you with that

:21:39. > :21:43.squad? Very impressed. A lot of individuals and very fine players

:21:44. > :21:48.with talent all over the pitch. Eden Hazard is a very top-class player so

:21:49. > :21:51.Belgium individually has got as good players as anyone in Europe. With

:21:52. > :21:55.the amount of talent you have around, if you were the manager of

:21:56. > :21:59.that side, the coach of that team, I think he would be going into a

:22:00. > :22:07.confrontation more than quietly confident about your chances of

:22:08. > :22:12.doing well. It is hard to argue because of the star names and there

:22:13. > :22:18.are hundreds of millions of pounds worth of talent training behind me.

:22:19. > :22:23.One player missing the talent through injury is Vincent Kompany

:22:24. > :22:26.and he is wary of the threat posed by the opponents tomorrow. I see so

:22:27. > :22:31.me red flags when I look at the team. Players all over the pitch

:22:32. > :22:35.that you think, on a good day, very, very difficult to play against, not

:22:36. > :22:39.even just on a good day, because you know what you get from them. It is

:22:40. > :22:44.an excessive amount of work rate. Very tough. I think if they play to

:22:45. > :22:50.their strength it is going to be a difficult game against them. Italy's

:22:51. > :22:53.victory over Sweden this afternoon could end up benefiting Northern

:22:54. > :22:56.Ireland. A number of the Italian players have already picked up

:22:57. > :22:59.bookings in this competition and their manager may well decide to

:23:00. > :23:05.rest them for the final game in Lille.

:23:06. > :23:07.An exciting weekend ahead. To golf's second major of the year,

:23:08. > :23:10.the US Open, and it's been a difficult start for two time

:23:11. > :23:18.winner Rory McIIroy. The world number three

:23:19. > :23:20.slumped to an opening round 77, and is seven over

:23:21. > :23:23.par for the tournament. McIlroy admitted that he struggled

:23:24. > :23:25.with his swing as he bogeyed five of the last seven holes,

:23:26. > :23:28.at the weather affected tournament He's 11 shots off the Clubhouse

:23:29. > :23:31.lead. Shane Lowry though is two under

:23:32. > :23:35.after an impressive 68. 2010 Champion Graeme

:23:36. > :23:41.McDowell is going well. The Portrush man is level par after

:23:42. > :23:48.14 holes. Ireland winger Andrew Trimble says

:23:49. > :23:50.he expects a backlash from South Africa when the sides

:23:51. > :23:53.meet in the second Test Joe Schmidt's men secured

:23:54. > :24:02.their first-ever away win over the Springboks with a 26-20

:24:03. > :24:10.victory in the first Personally I feel a little bit

:24:11. > :24:16.better after last week and it was a bit of a lung buster. There is a bit

:24:17. > :24:21.of a fear factor when it comes to South Africa, if they put everything

:24:22. > :24:26.together and get their stuff right you could physically be in trouble

:24:27. > :24:31.and certainly we can expect that this weekend and we have to raise

:24:32. > :24:42.our performance level just to their level and that's what will be

:24:43. > :24:47.expected to get a result. OK, I think we have lost Stephen

:24:48. > :24:53.there in Lille. I will finish the sport of for him.

:24:54. > :24:56.Gaelic Football and Tyrone face Cavan on Sunday

:24:57. > :24:59.in the first semifinal of the Ulster Championship at Clones.

:25:00. > :25:05.the back of significant wins already this summer.

:25:06. > :25:09.Tyrone having beaten Derry by 11 points four weeks ago,

:25:10. > :25:16.while Cavan outclassed Armagh at Breffni Park the following week.

:25:17. > :25:18.Throw-in is 2.00pm and there's live coverage on BBC Two

:25:19. > :25:27.Sorry for those little gremlins there.

:25:28. > :25:39.You are a woman of many talents! The evening started cloudy and grey and

:25:40. > :25:43.miserable but eventually the day has got going. This is the radar picture

:25:44. > :25:47.that we had this morning and the cloud that has been over us for the

:25:48. > :25:50.last few days clung on quite stubbornly through this morning and

:25:51. > :25:53.it wasn't until lunchtime that it started to burn back and leave

:25:54. > :25:58.brighter spells. We have got rather a nice evening, dry and bright. The

:25:59. > :26:02.northerly breeze has taken the edge of the temperature is a little bit.

:26:03. > :26:05.We have clear skies this evening and temperatures will be cooler than

:26:06. > :26:10.they have been of late, down to seven or 8 degrees. Saturday gets

:26:11. > :26:14.off to a decent start and it will be dry and bright for most but there is

:26:15. > :26:18.some rain in the forecast. This is what you will be waking up to

:26:19. > :26:21.tomorrow's morning with decent spells of sunny weather and the

:26:22. > :26:25.breeze is starting to drop off. That will really help with the

:26:26. > :26:30.temperatures. As we go through the afternoon we will see highs of 17

:26:31. > :26:34.and maybe 18 degrees. Really rather pleasant. Do make the most of the

:26:35. > :26:38.early part of the day because as we get into the late afternoon and

:26:39. > :26:42.early evening we have rain arriving from the West. This is an old

:26:43. > :26:46.weather front which is dying and as the rate hits the land it will

:26:47. > :26:50.fragment and split up and be light and patchy. Temperatures will stay

:26:51. > :26:54.mild overnight and the rain opens the door to a mess of France that

:26:55. > :26:59.comes through on Sunday to spoil the party on Sunday afternoon. As we go

:27:00. > :27:04.into the second half of the weekend it starts off mostly dry on Sunday

:27:05. > :27:08.afternoon -- morning but there is a slot of dry weather and by lunchtime

:27:09. > :27:11.the front will be on the way through and the rain will be quite heavy at

:27:12. > :27:16.times. It is moving through quite quickly. As we move towards next

:27:17. > :27:22.week the westerly flow to our weather will is still with us with

:27:23. > :27:25.shower was in the early part of the week and just a chance of things

:27:26. > :27:29.getting warmer. Saturday is certainly the best day of the

:27:30. > :27:31.weekend and whatever you do at the weekend, make sure you have a good

:27:32. > :27:33.one. Thank you.
