:01:40. > :01:42.Each time, the jury was unable to reach a verdict on the charge
:01:43. > :01:44.on manslaughter, but he was found guilty of affray for
:01:45. > :01:48.Another trial had to be aborted for legal reasons.
:01:49. > :01:50.Today, a prosecution lawyer said they were offering no evidence
:01:51. > :01:53.on the manslaughter charge and the jury was directed
:01:54. > :02:02.He will be sentenced for affray in September.
