:09:44. > :09:46.His family learnt today he will be able to access a specialist drug

:09:47. > :09:53.on the Health Service after years of lobbying politicians.

:09:54. > :09:57.It was a very good surprise and hopefully it won't take long

:09:58. > :10:01.to filter through so Calum can receive the drug.

:10:02. > :10:05.Around 70 people here suffer from the strain of muscular

:10:06. > :10:09.dystrophy, a genetic condition which causes the muscles

:10:10. > :10:15.As Calum's parents tell me, taking the drug before the age

:11:15. > :11:17.The move could cost the Health Service around

:11:24. > :11:26.If these drugs benefit people they will be provided to them,

:11:32. > :11:46.Now footballer, and Celtic have bounced back from their embarrassing

:11:56. > :12:04.There was a different look and feel to the air today, temperatures well

:12:05. > :12:07.done from yesterday but are more or less back to normal. It will be a

:12:08. > :12:12.more comfortable night for sleeping, not as warm as last night, clear

:12:13. > :12:19.spells and lows around 12 referred them. Tomorrow the weather heads

:12:20. > :12:22.back to normal, we have a weather system off the Atlantic that will

:12:23. > :12:27.bring unsettled conditions through the day but it should be a mainly

:12:28. > :12:31.dry start and some bright spells, especially towards the north and

:12:32. > :12:36.east before the clouds gather. Across the Republic many places have

:12:37. > :12:41.a dry start and a brighter day for Scotland, England and Wales,

:12:42. > :12:48.especially for Scotland and northern England. Some showers around, Sharp

:12:49. > :12:52.or across Wales and the South West, mainly drive for the east and

:12:53. > :12:57.south-east of England. Not as hot as the last couple of days but still

:12:58. > :13:02.pretty warm and humid. That weather system moves in for the app name,

:13:03. > :13:10.bringing spells of rain, lingering into the evening and some of those

:13:11. > :13:15.could be heavy downpours, not very pleasant for the evening rush-hour.

:13:16. > :13:19.That moves away tomorrow night. Friday not looking too bad apart

:13:20. > :13:25.from the odd shower, mainly bright and right, the weekend has variable

:13:26. > :13:30.amounts of cloud, some showers but dry weather as well.

:13:31. > :13:31.You can keep updated with News Online.
