:00:43. > :00:47.responded to reports of an incident here in Lisburn at 4:20pm. When they
:00:48. > :00:53.arrived, they discovered a body in a car. They say a 44-year-old man has
:00:54. > :01:00.been arrested on suspicion of murder. Bred it is a quiet area. It
:01:01. > :01:06.is a mixed community and the normal isn't any issues here. I was quite
:01:07. > :01:11.shocked when I heard the reports coming in. Why the investigation is
:01:12. > :01:14.still in its early stages, police don't believe any there's
:01:15. > :01:18.paramilitary involvement in the incident. Bred looks like there's
:01:19. > :01:21.been an unfortunate domestic incident which has had deadly
:01:22. > :01:26.consequences where there at least one person unfortunately dead and

:01:45. > :01:47.death. Four men arrested in Lurgan last

:04:30. > :04:31.to a house in Craigavon they discovered blood stains,
:04:32. > :04:34.the smell of bleach and then a body in a wheelie bin.
:04:35. > :04:37.The badly beaten remains were those of Owen Creaney from Lurgan.
:04:38. > :04:40.Accused of his murder in July 2014, are 29-year-old Stephen Thomas
:04:41. > :04:42.Hughes from Moyraverty Court in Craigavon and Shaunean Boyle
:04:43. > :04:47.who is 25 and from Edenderry Park, in Banbridge.
:04:48. > :04:54.This is where Owen Creany's body was found.
:04:55. > :05:00.remains were callously dumped in a green recycling bin.
:05:01. > :05:05.The court was told the 40-year-old came here in
:05:06. > :05:11.At the time, this was home to Stephen
:05:12. > :05:15.Hughes, who is charged with the murder.
:05:16. > :05:17.His co-accused, Shaunean Boyle, was also living here along
:05:18. > :05:21.Opening its case, the prosecution said the police were
:05:22. > :05:26.When they went to the house, the accused were present
:05:27. > :05:30.and the court heard police found windows on the
:05:31. > :05:33.property were opened, there was a mop and bucket at the back
:05:34. > :05:36.Inside, there was evidence that carpets had been
:05:37. > :05:40.recently cleaned and blood stains under the stairs.
:05:41. > :05:43.The court was told that Owen Creany had most likely
:05:44. > :05:46.been seriously assaulted at the house in the early hours of the
:05:47. > :05:51.A postmortem examination revealed he suffered serious head
:05:52. > :05:54.and chest injuries, but it may have taken a 48 hours for him to die.
:05:55. > :05:56.The prosecution claimed he lay injured
:05:57. > :06:02.on an upstairs sofa for much of that time.
:06:03. > :06:05.Both the defendants denied the murder charge.
:06:06. > :06:07.In police interviews, they blamed each other
:06:08. > :06:11.for what was called a deliberate and frenzied attack.
:06:12. > :06:14.The prosecution said that given Stephen Hughes and
:06:15. > :06:18.Shaunean Boyle both admit there were present during the attack,
