:04:09. > :04:12.Revenue and Customs. This call centre contract is worth ?75

:04:13. > :04:16.million, but it has already been announced it will not be renewed

:04:17. > :04:21.with Concentrix next year. What that means for job numbers in Belfast is

:04:22. > :04:24.unclear, but Concentrix does do other work here and says it remains

:04:25. > :04:26.committed to the Northern Ireland operation.

:06:03. > :06:05.Both the defendants denied the murder charge.

:06:06. > :06:07.In police interviews, they blamed each other

:06:08. > :06:11.for what was called a deliberate and frenzied attack.

:06:15. > :06:18.Shaunean Boyle both admit there were present during the attack,

:07:34. > :07:37.Stick to your lane or you may have to dig deep into your pockets.

:07:38. > :07:39.More than 50,000 fines have been issued

:07:40. > :07:42.in Belfast since last June and most of those are the result of just

:07:43. > :07:48.The bus lane which catches out most car drivers runs

:08:40. > :08:42.and the number of people being fined has caused concern within the retail

:08:43. > :08:45.I am worried about these headlines that it is potentially

:08:46. > :08:47.putting off shoppers who bring their car

:08:48. > :08:53.That's the last thing we need to see.

:08:54. > :08:55.I am proposing that the Minister for

:08:56. > :08:58.Infrastructure look at introducing yellow card system and that

:08:59. > :09:00.would mean that if someone inadvertently drives into a bus

:09:01. > :09:04.lane, that they don't automatically get fined.

:09:05. > :09:07.if they do it again, then they get fined.

:09:08. > :09:13.I'm not sure we do have a system that if you pay a penalty

:09:14. > :09:16.charge in the first fortnight, it's halved.

:09:17. > :09:18.I think I whole penalty charge system is fair and

:09:19. > :09:22.The full penalty is ?90, but the message from the

:09:58. > :10:01.was further energise last night by his incredible win and are taking on

:10:02. > :10:06.two Americans in a Play-Off and winning. A moment of golfing genius

:10:07. > :10:11.on the 16th hole saw him hauled himself into contention. They lifted

:10:12. > :10:16.him to within one shot off the lead. Then this shot from

:10:17. > :10:18.bunker on the 18th, then came a tie for first place.

:10:19. > :10:21.And it put him into a three-man Play-Off with the

:10:22. > :10:27.On the very first sudden-death, he had a putt to win.

:10:28. > :10:31.With Chapple eliminated, McIlroy and his opponent played on.

:10:32. > :10:34.And on the 16th, his opponent's excellent

:10:35. > :10:36.putt when the pressure was on Rory McIlroy

:10:37. > :10:38.to respond in order to

:10:39. > :10:42.clinch the tournament at the Championship.

:10:43. > :10:53.And the $11.5 million that came with the twin triumph.

:10:54. > :10:59.It's up there with some of my best performances on the golf course,

:11:00. > :11:03.Over the last couple of years I seem to

:11:04. > :11:07.average my best golf when I need it and, yeah,

:11:08. > :11:09.I've obviously never gone into the Ryder Cup with this

:11:10. > :11:12.much excitement, coming off the back of something like this.

:11:13. > :11:15.The victory came shortly before the news of the

:11:16. > :11:30.He will come here later today to meet with

:11:31. > :11:33.his team mates and captain, Darren Clarke, who will no doubt be

:11:34. > :11:35.thrilled with his star player's pretournament boost for Europe.

:11:36. > :11:38.And a short time ago Darren Clarke arrived at the Ryder Cup

:11:39. > :11:42.He was welcomed by his opposite number, Davis Love the third,

:11:43. > :11:44.clutching the trophy which Europe has won for six of the
