:00:16. > :00:20.It happened this afternoon on the Ruskey Road in Coagh.

:00:21. > :00:23.The Health and Safety Executive said it's aware of the incident

:00:24. > :00:31.Three generations of a family escaped injury after lightning

:00:32. > :00:33.struck their house in Downpatrick, causing serious fire damage.

:00:34. > :00:36.A grandfather, his son and two of his grandchildren were inside.

:00:43. > :00:46.It was the thunder, a really loud bang that woke us all up.

:00:47. > :00:56.Somebody up above has been giving us the message to get out.

:00:57. > :01:00.Joe, his son Paul and his 14-year-old son and ten-year-old

:01:01. > :01:04.Six hours later, Joe and Paul were back.

:01:05. > :01:09.The next thing, there was a clap of thunder

:01:10. > :01:12.It woke her and she was quite frightened.

:01:13. > :01:14.We were settling down again and the next thing there

:01:15. > :01:25.The electric went out and the alarms went off

:01:26. > :01:32.My dad had woken and he said there was something not right upstairs.

:01:33. > :01:35.It turned out there was a little trap door in his room into the eaves

:01:36. > :01:42.of the house and he opened it up and there was a fire.

:01:43. > :01:44.We had a fire extinguisher in the kitchen that I thought

:01:45. > :01:51.I could use, but it was pitch black and I couldn't find anything.

:01:52. > :01:54.So I was going back up to say we can't get this sorted,

:01:55. > :02:00.On the way past the living room we are standing in front of now,

:02:01. > :02:03.I went past the door and I saw a large fire had just taken place

:02:04. > :02:10.How did it start upstairs and then travel down into the living room?

:02:11. > :02:12.They reckon the lightning struck the aerial upstairs and followed

:02:13. > :02:18.cabling which went through the house,

:02:19. > :02:22.which was where the small fire was in my father's room, the eaves.

:02:23. > :02:25.They came down to the aerial socket behind the TV in the living room.

:02:26. > :02:28.It is very sad to see this, it has been your family home.

:02:29. > :02:34.Family home. It is terribly upsetting.

:02:35. > :02:42.There are memories inside your head as well.

:02:43. > :02:50.I am not worried about materials, don't get me wrong, I am not even

:02:51. > :02:59.I am so glad that everybody is out and safe.

:03:00. > :03:06.A 23-year-old woman from County Tyrone has

:03:07. > :03:09.died after a car crash between Londonderry and Strabane.

:03:10. > :03:12.Keefa O'Brien was driving a blue Ford Focus car which crashed just

:03:13. > :03:20.before midnight on the A5 Victoria Road.

:03:21. > :03:22.The dispute between the giant manufacturer, Unilever, and some

:03:23. > :03:26.local convenience stores is still unresolved.

:03:27. > :03:29.SuperValu, Mace and Centra have refused to accept a 10%

:03:30. > :03:31.price hike in many big brand products and so are no

:03:32. > :03:36.Our economics and business editor John Campbell asks if it is

:03:57. > :03:58.The retailers say that's asking too much, and so they won't

:04:11. > :04:13.it is about ensuring working families get a fair deal

:04:14. > :04:19.I hope that the negotiations will be successful.

:04:20. > :04:21.Tesco have reached a deal with Unilever, although the details

:04:22. > :04:30.Whatever has been agreed, it seems certain that the price of a weekly

:04:31. > :04:32.shop is heading up. Just look at how much food

:04:33. > :04:34.the UK imports. More than a quarter comes

:04:35. > :04:38.from the EU, and the rest A weaker pound makes those

:04:39. > :04:51.imports more expensive. The last two years have seen

:04:52. > :04:58.abnormally low inflation of less than 1%. Many economists think that

:04:59. > :05:01.either is drawing to a close. We will see falling food and fuel

:05:02. > :05:08.prices will reverse. We will see those increasing in 2017. Overall,
