:00:48. > :00:51.Seconds afterwards, neighbours went to see they could help the victim.

:00:52. > :00:54.I've spoken to a neighbour who didn't want to appear on camera, but

:00:55. > :00:57.he told me he was watching television when he heard gunfire and

:00:58. > :01:02.He ran to the house, where he found a man lying

:01:03. > :01:12.The man, who was understood to have lived here for around two years,

:01:13. > :01:14.was taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast.

:01:15. > :01:17.Police say, as yet, there was no known motive.

:01:18. > :01:18.We are genuinely unclear on the motive.
