:01:17. > :01:20.The prosecution say Eamon Bradley told the truth about the
:01:21. > :01:22.events in question and that there was no evidence he was a fantasist
:01:23. > :01:30.But questions were raised about details
:01:31. > :01:34.On the one hand, he said he went to Syria
:01:35. > :01:37.to join the Army of Islam and said he fought in three battles, two
:01:38. > :01:40.against Government forces and one against IS.
:01:41. > :01:44.But he said he never fired a shot, never used a grenade
:01:45. > :01:46.and hid under a tree during the battles.
:01:47. > :01:50.The jury deliberated for five hours and when
:01:51. > :01:53.it returned, they found Eamon Bradley not guilty on three charges
:01:54. > :02:01.Then they resumed their deliberations and a
:02:02. > :02:04.short time later returned to tell the judge they could not reach a ten
:02:05. > :02:07.to one majority verdict on the three charges.
:02:08. > :02:10.As a result of the hung jury on the three charges of
:02:11. > :02:11.attending terrorist training in Syria, this
:02:12. > :02:15.case will now go back to the Public Prosecution Service.
:02:16. > :02:17.They will then decide if there should be
:02:18. > :02:28.A judge has said it would be premature to hold the trial
:02:29. > :02:31.of man who's on the run without him being present.

:03:15. > :03:18.choice, bolted to the rear of a Lorde. It was capable of bringing
:03:19. > :03:23.down a helicopter. They were ambushed by the SAS in the grounds
:03:24. > :03:27.of a church and it is believed that is where the IRA team were
:03:28. > :03:32.abandoning the lorry. The four men were shot dead hearing the grounds
:03:33. > :03:41.of the church 25 years ago. Tonight their families came for
:03:42. > :03:44.commemoration. Michelle O'Neill was a guest speaker. She was a teenager
:03:45. > :03:47.at the time of the attack. She personally knew all four men who
:03:48. > :03:51.were killed. I remember that night so clearly. I can certainly remember
:03:52. > :03:58.the pain and the hearts and sorrow and the shock. Most of all felt by
:03:59. > :04:04.their families and also the wider community. There has been criticism
:04:05. > :04:10.from some quarters about her participation in this event. We have
:04:11. > :04:18.every right to be here. Everyone has the right to remember their own dead
:04:19. > :04:23.in a dignified manner. There can be no hierarchy of victims. Rick --

:06:30. > :06:37.public inquiry? Under immense pressure. The opposition can stand
:06:38. > :06:40.on the sidelines, you couldn't do anything, Martin McGuinness dealt
:06:41. > :06:48.with that. Then the focus switched to Mike Nesbitt's plan to give the
:06:49. > :06:53.SDLP is number two. The Ulster Unionist Party has become the
:06:54. > :06:58.Lothario, hopping in and out of bed with every other political party. It
:06:59. > :07:03.is good that make is arguing people should vote on the substance of how
:07:04. > :07:07.we do government and not along tribal lines we previously had. I
:07:08. > :07:14.have talked about transferring my personal vote to the SDLP. I have
:07:15. > :07:20.said to my supporters to vote Ulster Unionist and then for any candidate
:07:21. > :07:22.you trust will do the right thing by your community, constituency and
:07:23. > :07:29.country and I think that is the right thing to do because RHI is not
:07:30. > :07:33.an orange or green issue. The debate moved on to Brexit as Arlene Foster
:07:34. > :07:39.came under pressure regarding party donations. Brexit is one of the
:07:40. > :07:42.issues which pushed Gerry Adams's Sinn Fein out of the Executive
:07:43. > :07:52.because they cannot deal with these issues. How much was donated to the
:07:53. > :07:58.league campaign? Can you tell us who the donations from? Yes, I can, an
:07:59. > :08:05.organisation in England at once is either union kept and make sure we
:08:06. > :08:08.can have a United Kingdom. This was always going to be a bruising battle
:08:09. > :08:12.but that is much on offer voters and the party leaders to chew over
:08:13. > :08:18.before they do it all again at the end of the month on the BBC.
