:02:01. > :02:03.They were brought here to Musgrave Street police
:02:04. > :02:05.station for questioning on a
:02:06. > :02:08.number of offences including arson, arson with intent to endanger life
:02:09. > :02:12.and conspiracy to cause an explosion.
:02:13. > :02:16.The PSNI has told us the operation is in connection with
:02:17. > :02:18.targeting serving police officers in arson attacks.
:02:19. > :02:22.We do not have many details on this but what we do
:02:23. > :02:25.know is that between April and July of last year, in the Banbridge,
:02:26. > :02:28.Portadown and Gilford areas, a number of officers had their
:02:29. > :02:34.vehicles and homes set on fire and in some cases destroyed.
:02:35. > :02:36.This morning, at the same time as the
:02:37. > :02:39.arrests were made, searches were carried out and a number
:02:40. > :02:43.of items taken away for further examination.
:02:44. > :02:47.The police haven't done any interviews about this
:02:48. > :02:50.but in a statement, DI Keith Gawley described these as serious,
:02:51. > :02:54.life endangering attacks on officers and appealed for anyone with any
:02:55. > :03:00.information about the attacks to contact detectives.

:03:04. > :03:08.the case and these 9 people are also being questioned about possessing
:03:09. > :03:15.class A, B and C drugs and intending to supply them.

:03:43. > :03:52.The McGrath family were in court and heard the defence

:04:02. > :04:05.Oisin McGrath was taken to hospital following an incident in
:04:06. > :04:06.the playground at Saint Michael's College.

:04:10. > :04:19.A defence lawyer said that an unusual set of circumstances led
:04:20. > :04:27.to the collapse and death of Oisin McGrath.
