:04:03. > :04:20.And yet there is no multi-million pound investigation

:04:21. > :04:27.There seems to be more in the present this idea that one

:06:09. > :06:14.by the BBC has shown that investigations into killings

:06:15. > :06:18.by the Army account for about 30% of its legacy workload.

:06:19. > :06:26.We must ensure that there is fairness and balance in all of this.

:06:27. > :06:29.Meanwhile - speaking in Belfast this evening the Irish Minister

:06:30. > :06:32.for Foreign Affairs, Charlie Flanagan, said prosecutions

:06:33. > :06:37.must be "vigorously pursued" in all unlawful troubles related

:07:51. > :08:01.Tonight we are at the brand-new Belfast campus of the Ulster

:08:02. > :08:05.University with an invited audience of young voters eager to question a

:08:06. > :08:08.panel of politicians from the five main parties. In just a week the

:08:09. > :08:12.polls will have closed and there will be little to do but wait for

:08:13. > :08:17.the results that could shape politics here for the next

:08:18. > :08:18.generation. Us here for the view on BBC One in just a few minutes.

:08:19. > :08:21.It was a stormy, wet day thanks to Storm Doris -

:08:22. > :08:23.what will the weather bring for the next few days?

:08:24. > :08:28.Well, after being drenched by the rain last night and battered

:08:29. > :08:30.by the winds through today, tonight is another weather hazard.

:08:31. > :08:34.The Met Office has a warning in place.

:08:35. > :08:36.The reason for that is the clearing skies through this evening

:08:37. > :08:40.Temperatures dropping away quite sharply.

:08:41. > :08:43.Couple that with all the moisture in the atmosphere and the lighter

:08:44. > :08:46.winds, it is the perfect conditions for ice to form on untreated roads.

:08:47. > :08:50.So, tomorrow a cold but mostly dry start to the day.

:08:51. > :08:52.It isn't going to last for terribly long though,

:08:53. > :08:56.because the skies will start to cloud over from the west as we go

:08:57. > :09:00.And then it won't be long before the rain starts to push in,

:09:01. > :09:04.eventually spreading into all parts as we get into Friday afternoon.

:09:05. > :09:07.So, a wet and windy end to the working week

:09:08. > :09:11.A very different story across other parts of the British Isles.

:09:12. > :09:12.Much drier, brighter and an awful lot calmer

:09:13. > :09:17.across the east coast of Scotland, England, south-west Wales too.

:09:18. > :09:19.It's really only for Northern Ireland, as we see that

:09:20. > :09:23.Behind it we are introducing some slightly more mild air

:09:24. > :09:28.That will help the temperatures on the rise.

:09:29. > :09:31.We will see double-figure temperatures through the weekend.

:09:32. > :09:34.Not, I'm afraid, that you're going to notice it much

:09:35. > :09:38.in the battering from that wind and rain.
