:00:00. > :00:08.Irishman Kevin Mallon, who was arrested in Brazil over

:00:09. > :00:10.alleged illegal ticket sales at the Olympic Games,

:00:11. > :00:16.The former Olympic Council of Ireland president

:00:17. > :00:20.This latest development came as the OCI confirmed that two Irish

:00:21. > :00:23.boxers are being investigated over betting at the 2016 games.

:00:24. > :00:39.Kevin Mallon, Dublin -based director of THD sports was arrested on the

:00:40. > :00:44.day of the Olympics opening ceremony three weeks ago. Police said he had

:00:45. > :00:48.hundreds of tickets earmarked for the Olympic Council of Ireland. The

:00:49. > :00:52.HG did not have rights to sell Olympic tickets but said Mr Mallon

:00:53. > :00:57.was holding them for collection by an authorised ticket reseller. He is

:00:58. > :01:04.being held in the brains -- same present self of the former president

:01:05. > :01:10.of the OCI Pat Hickey. Mr Hickey has refused any wrongdoing but has been

:01:11. > :01:14.refused bail. Yesterday, Irish Foreign Minister Charlie Flanagan

:01:15. > :01:19.agreed to make the family of IOC after they said they were gravely

:01:20. > :01:23.concerned about his health and continued detention. They want to

:01:24. > :01:27.express their concern about the safety of Mr Hickey, his mental and

:01:28. > :01:32.physical health. He has a heart condition. I have no doubt that what

:01:33. > :01:36.has happened to him, the manner of his arrest and the pictures across

:01:37. > :01:40.world media had been so utterly humiliating to a 71-year-old man

:01:41. > :01:45.that they are worried about the effect that might happen his

:01:46. > :01:51.physical health. Earlier today, the Olympic Council of Ireland confirmed

:01:52. > :01:55.that two Irish boxers at Rio have been spoken to about what they call

:01:56. > :01:58.inappropriate betting activity during the games. No details have

:01:59. > :02:03.emerged about what sports the bets were placed on. It is not illegal

:02:04. > :02:07.for athletes or officials to place bets at the Olympic Games, but it is

:02:08. > :02:11.against the rules of the International Olympic Council. Paddy

:02:12. > :02:13.Barnes and Michael Conlon have told the BBC they are not the boxers

:02:14. > :02:17.the BBC they are not the boxers involved.

:02:18. > :02:19.There's been widespread condemnation of an attack on Jewish graves

:02:20. > :02:24.There had been reports of a group of youths wielding hammers

:02:25. > :02:26.and blocks in the cemetery on Friday afternoon.

:02:27. > :02:40.Graves here from health as's Jewish community get back to the 1870s.

:02:41. > :02:44.They are in a walled section of the city cemetery. There is still some

:02:45. > :02:48.evidence of the drinking and drug taking that the police believe was

:02:49. > :02:52.going on here. Council staff reported a small group of youths

:02:53. > :02:56.surrounded by a much larger crowd. They used hammers and blocks to

:02:57. > :03:01.smash an pushover almost everything they could find. There has been

:03:02. > :03:05.extensive damage to 13 graves here in the Jewish section of the

:03:06. > :03:09.cemetery. It is always walled off imprudently locked but it is still

:03:10. > :03:12.not the first time it has happened. The police are treating it as a hate

:03:13. > :03:30.crime and are appealing for witnesses. One

:03:31. > :03:32.man comes quietly to look at the graves of his family and assessed

:03:33. > :03:35.the damage. He finds for his grandparents and an uncle life. He

:03:36. > :03:37.did not wish to be interviewed or identified but allowed us to film

:03:38. > :03:40.him as he searched on. Then he followed Jewish tradition and placed

:03:41. > :03:43.the stone on the broken grave of his father, the last person to be buried

:03:44. > :03:45.back in this cemetery in 1964. My thoughts go out to the families of

:03:46. > :03:50.those affected by this. This is an egregious attack. The reality is

:03:51. > :03:55.that this is not an attack on the Jewish community, but on all of us.

:03:56. > :04:00.I would encourage anyone with information to give it to police to

:04:01. > :04:04.ensure that those people are brought to book. Belfast City Council has

:04:05. > :04:05.spent money repairing the graves before, now there is more work to be

:04:06. > :04:07.done. A security alert in South Armagh has

:04:08. > :04:10.ended after Army bomb experts It was found yesterday evening

:04:11. > :04:14.on Hall Road in Lislea. It's not yet known whether it was

:04:15. > :04:17.a viable device or a hoax. Local people say the alert caused

:04:18. > :04:22.considerable disruption. Around 17,000 members

:04:23. > :04:24.of the Royal Black Institution have been on parade at locations

:04:25. > :04:26.across Northern Ireland. The main event was held in Lisburn

:04:27. > :04:32.for the first time since 2003. 107 preceptories from County Down

:04:33. > :04:36.took part in the parade from Wallace Park to Barbour Playing

:04:37. > :04:39.Fields. Other demonstrations

:04:40. > :04:41.were held in Ballymena, Portadown, Loughgall,

:04:42. > :04:42.Castlederg and Raphoe On to the weather now for the

:04:43. > :05:02.holiday weekend, with Barra Best. We do have some glimmers of

:05:03. > :05:05.sunshine, especially in the Eastern counties candidate. Overnight

:05:06. > :05:10.tonight there will be the odd spot of wet weather, but it will be mild.

:05:11. > :05:14.Tomorrow, we are expecting some rain to come into County Antrim and

:05:15. > :05:18.County Down, lingering for a while but some heavy bursts. Tomorrow will

:05:19. > :05:23.be mainly dry day with some sunny spells. So, added more wedding

:05:24. > :05:27.counties Antrim and down, then not a bad day behind it so if you're

:05:28. > :05:32.heading to botanic Gardens tomorrow it will be a case of keeping rather

:05:33. > :05:36.than the umbrella. If you're travelling tomorrow, across Ireland

:05:37. > :05:41.it is a good day with lots of dry weather. More unsettled and parts of

:05:42. > :05:46.England, rain in the north-east of England, turning showery behind it.

:05:47. > :05:49.Showers showers and eastern parts of Scotland tomorrow could be heavy and

:05:50. > :05:52.thundery. Although there will be plenty of dry weather in England and

:05:53. > :05:59.will speak odd shower is likely to pop up. Still warm in the sunshine.

:06:00. > :06:03.For us, 18 or 19 degrees. Maybe 20 in some spots. On the north coast it

:06:04. > :06:08.will be a little bit more cruel because of the breeze. In any

:06:09. > :06:11.sunshine. Feel quite pleasant. As for bank holiday Monday April after

:06:12. > :06:16.a dry start. Possibly some rain coming in from the west later,

:06:17. > :06:25.making its way eastwards. The exact detail on that is a bit uncertain at

:06:26. > :06:26.this stage. We will keep an eye on things and keep you updated. Stay

:06:27. > :06:29.tuned to the forecast. BBC Newsline will be

:06:30. > :06:31.back tomorrow at 6.50pm. From everyone here

:06:32. > :06:33.on the programme, enjoy
