:00:09. > :00:12.The Executive is considering scrapping plans

:00:13. > :00:16.because of uncertainty about UK public spending

:00:17. > :00:21.The Finance Minister, Mairtin O Muilleoir,

:00:22. > :00:26.to Radio Ulster's Inside Business programme.

:00:27. > :00:28.I think we need to have a one-year budget.

:00:29. > :00:32.I would have rather looked ahead and done a three-year budget to 2020

:00:33. > :00:34.but there is so much uncertainty in the air -

:00:35. > :00:39.the statements made by Mr Osborne before he exited

:00:40. > :00:44.office, that I think the prudent way forward

:00:45. > :00:49.for us in the Executive is to have a one-year budget.

:00:50. > :00:50.A man in his 40s has died

:00:51. > :00:52.in a two-car collision in Londonderry.

:00:53. > :00:56.It happened on the Clooney Road in the early hours of this morning.

:00:57. > :00:58.Yesterday, an elderly man died following a crash

:00:59. > :01:04.79-year-old Patrick James McGeough was from the Monaghan area.

:01:05. > :01:10.on the Cavan Road near Newtownbutler.

:01:11. > :01:13.Around 100 people gathered at a sculpture in west Belfast

:01:14. > :01:16.to mark the canonisation of Mother Teresa,

:01:17. > :01:19.who lived in the area for a time in the 1970s.

:01:20. > :01:22.The nun was made a saint by Pope Francis

:01:23. > :01:30.This is the street where a saint once lived.

:01:31. > :01:33.People living in Springhill Avenue gathered to celebrate

:01:34. > :01:37.the canonisation of one of their most famous residents.

:01:38. > :01:39.Mother Teresa and her Sisters of Charity

:01:40. > :01:41.set up home here for 18 months at the height

:01:42. > :01:46.Thousands of pilgrims gathered in Rome today to

:01:47. > :01:50.see her proclaimed a saint at a ceremony in the Vatican.

:01:51. > :01:53.Residents of Ballymurphy paused to remember

:01:54. > :01:55.her contribution to this area at a sculpture

:01:56. > :01:59.which was rededicated in her honour.

:02:00. > :02:02.You mention her name, you know she has done something

:02:03. > :02:06.Like, she really cared and she brought happiness to us all

:02:07. > :02:13.in a time of war, as those riots were all here.

:02:14. > :02:15.Also at today's service was a priest who helped

:02:16. > :02:16.bring Mother Teresa to Belfast in 1971.

:02:17. > :02:19.When the people saw that she was in the church,

:02:20. > :02:22.Needless to say because they recognised her at once.

:02:23. > :02:25.But after the Mass, the people took hold of her.

:02:26. > :02:29.They brought her round the district and talked to her.

:02:30. > :02:31.Mother Teresa's order, the Sisters of Charity, have

:02:32. > :02:33.been invited back to Ballymurphy later this month for

:02:34. > :02:44.Northern Ireland drew 0-0 with the Czech Republic

:02:45. > :02:48.of their World Cup qualifying campaign tonight.

:02:49. > :02:51.They earn a point in Group C, but, in the first match

:02:52. > :02:53.since reaching the Knockout stages of Euro 2016,

:02:54. > :02:55.Michael O'Neill's side failed to reach those heights.

:02:56. > :03:12.A good of a shaky start in Prague. The inside with a great chance to

:03:13. > :03:20.open the scoring inside five minutes. COMMENTATOR: Arriving on

:03:21. > :03:23.the back post! Windy side did threaten, all too often the

:03:24. > :03:28.finishing was not up to scratch. -- when Michael O'Neill's said. Paddy

:03:29. > :03:32.had the best effort at the half for the men in green. His direct run and

:03:33. > :03:38.shot forced the keeper into action, but he had little else to do. After

:03:39. > :03:40.the break, it was the Czechs who took the initiative, but again they

:03:41. > :03:46.could not produce the quality we needed. Their frustration peaked

:03:47. > :03:53.when Novak squandered this golden opportunity. COMMENTATOR:

:03:54. > :03:56.Astonishing miss! Not even the ball boy couldn't believe it. And that is

:03:57. > :04:01.how it ended. Not a performance to remember. A valuable point away from

:04:02. > :04:02.home, however, to start another campaign.

:04:03. > :04:09.Here's Angie Philips campaign underway tomorrow night

:04:10. > :04:15.with a look at the weather forecast for the week ahead.

:04:16. > :04:21.Good evening. We have some warmer air heading for this week, but not

:04:22. > :04:25.before we get some overnight rain tonight. Once that clears out of the

:04:26. > :04:29.way, not an awful lot of rain in the forecast until later in the week. It

:04:30. > :04:34.will often quite cloudy that it should brighten up at times, and, as

:04:35. > :04:38.I mentioned, turning warmer. But a breezy and wet nights developing for

:04:39. > :04:42.many. Heavy bursts, perhaps more towards the southern counties. It

:04:43. > :04:47.will also feel mild and money. Temperatures of around 12 - 14

:04:48. > :04:50.Celsius. Things will eventually improve tomorrow. Drying and

:04:51. > :04:54.brightening throughout the day, but a bit of a dull, misty start, with

:04:55. > :04:59.further spells of rain and drizzle. They will either way, and the breeze

:05:00. > :05:03.will as well. Into the afternoon, as we head towards it, things are

:05:04. > :05:07.drying up and brightening across the Republic. That rain hits off towards

:05:08. > :05:11.Central, western Scotland, north-west England, Wales and parts

:05:12. > :05:25.of the South as well. Very misty and murky, some sea fog

:05:26. > :05:29.around. A dry afternoon for Northern Ireland. We are hopeful the cloud

:05:30. > :05:32.will lessen that will brighten up at times, with a few glimmers of

:05:33. > :05:37.sunshine. Those temperatures are rising as well, getting up to 22

:05:38. > :05:40.degrees. Tuesday, we do have a weak weather front pushing across Ireland

:05:41. > :05:45.into southern Scotland. That could bring patchy rain, not a lot. In

:05:46. > :05:48.behind that, we started to drag on those southerly winds and they're

:05:49. > :05:51.bringing warm air from the continent, and it looks as though it

:05:52. > :05:54.is going to be staying with as at least until the middle part of the

:05:55. > :05:59.week. On Tuesday, for Ireland, southern Scotland, we have some

:06:00. > :06:03.cloudy conditions. Bits and pieces of rain not emerging to equate to

:06:04. > :06:07.hack great deal. Bright and breezy but the south is warm and humid. A

:06:08. > :06:10.lot of cloud, but some bright spells. Maybe more on Wednesday,

:06:11. > :06:14.when it gets even hotter in the south. That rain pushing towards the

:06:15. > :06:17.north in Scotland, turning mainly dry across Northern Ireland and

:06:18. > :06:19.southern Scotland. Things become unsettled later on Thursday. Until

:06:20. > :06:20.dry weather. Our next BBC Newsline

:06:21. > :06:22.bulletin is at twenty five From everyone on the BBC

:06:23. > :06:41.Newsline team, goodbye. Good morning, this is BBC Breakfast.

:06:42. > :06:44.Morning, Dan. In the sports news, we have

:06:45. > :06:48.the latest on the Welsh rugby team,
