:01:05. > :01:10.of the framework. The number of checks and balances included is

:01:11. > :01:12.extensive. The governments has been scrutinised.

:01:13. > :01:15.Pregnancy and the loss of a baby affects thousands of families

:01:16. > :01:19.And today in Belfast hundreds of balloons were released to raise

:01:20. > :01:20.awareness in what is Baby loss awareness week.

:01:21. > :01:32.Happier times for Helen and her family. Her first baby, Samuel, was

:01:33. > :01:35.stillborn at full term. That was in 2005 and a year later Helen along

:01:36. > :01:40.with other parents in similar positions to set up a charity to

:01:41. > :01:43.help others. You do feel alone to begin with, when all your friends

:01:44. > :01:48.are having healthy babies, and you're just the odd one out. It's

:01:49. > :01:52.amazing to know that you are not alone, and others understand what

:01:53. > :01:57.you're going through. Roughly around 24 families per day go through the

:01:58. > :02:03.loss of pregnancy or infant in some form, so it is, it's quite a big

:02:04. > :02:06.thing not spoken about very much. That's in Northern Ireland? You

:02:07. > :02:11.acquiesce, in Northern Ireland, 24 a day. The focus of the day of the big

:02:12. > :02:15.balloon release, thousands raring to go, but not before they are tagged

:02:16. > :02:19.with messages. I've put a note for Charlie telling I love him, saying

:02:20. > :02:23.that he gives me the strength to get up in the morning, to do what I have

:02:24. > :02:28.to do, and though I make it all the way up there, it's going to get

:02:29. > :02:32.there as close as possible. David and his wife lost their first born

:02:33. > :02:36.at 38 weeks. They have since gone on to have four children. A lot of

:02:37. > :02:39.people don't think about the dads in that situation, but the fathers are

:02:40. > :02:45.there to really look after the mothers as well, but they need a

:02:46. > :02:49.better support to support two, the mum has carried the baby, but it's a

:02:50. > :02:55.family at the day. The family been broken. Life after losses in its

:02:56. > :02:56.tenth year. Apparently every year the billions be released, the sun

:02:57. > :02:59.has shone. And turning to football,

:03:00. > :03:01.the Republic of Ireland ran out three one winners in their World Cup

:03:02. > :03:04.qualifier away to Moldova. Shane Long scored in the opening

:03:05. > :03:07.minutes of the first half to give Moldova drew level

:03:08. > :03:12.just before half time, but James McClean put

:03:13. > :03:17.the Republic back with this well placed shot, and the West Brom

:03:18. > :03:22.player struck again a few minutes later after some good work out

:03:23. > :03:30.wide by Seamus Colman. And one other result

:03:31. > :03:34.for you tonight, Linfield lost two two nil away to Queen of the South

:03:35. > :03:39.in the Scottish Challenge Cup. Now, on BBC Newsline next week we'll

:03:40. > :03:42.have a special series looking at smartphones and digital

:03:43. > :03:55.technology, here's Tara Four out of five adults now use a

:03:56. > :03:58.smartphone. And the latest research suggests mind more of us are

:03:59. > :04:04.becoming addicted to them. So what impact is this having on our lives?

:04:05. > :04:09.How was it affecting our families? What is it doing to our social lives

:04:10. > :04:14.in? Good question. How is it changing the way we work? And where

:04:15. > :04:18.we work. What impact is it having on our health? On BBC Newsline next

:04:19. > :04:21.week we will be taking a closer look. Oh, and I'll be ditching my

:04:22. > :04:23.smartphone for seven days. Let's see if I can cope.

:04:24. > :04:26.Now, with a look at the weather for the next few days,

:04:27. > :04:36.Hello there. We had to scattered showers that they, and some will

:04:37. > :04:40.persist overnight. We have some clearance in the sky, turning

:04:41. > :04:44.chillier as the temperatures dip into low single figures, but most of

:04:45. > :04:49.us hold on cloudy conditions between eight and 10 degrees. That cloud

:04:50. > :04:51.will give us some unsettled weather, unfortunately, for Monday. There

:04:52. > :04:56.will be outbreaks of rain and it will feel cool as a result, too.

:04:57. > :05:00.There will be some rather grey clouds, outbreaks of rain especially

:05:01. > :05:04.in the central and western areas. The best chance of any sunnier

:05:05. > :05:09.spells to begin with will be across the east coast for Antrim and County

:05:10. > :05:11.Down, may be part of Armagh as well. Travelling across Ireland tomorrow,

:05:12. > :05:15.with the exception of part of altar where we will continue to see rain

:05:16. > :05:18.made largely dry picture. Cloudy at the Bella knows you are, sadly

:05:19. > :05:22.towards the south. For Britain, the best of the weather will be across

:05:23. > :05:28.Scotland, the north-west of England into Wales, and the south-west, but

:05:29. > :05:32.a fresh wind coming in of C will dry in showers for Eastern counties and

:05:33. > :05:36.it is soldier areas as well. Amateurs are best tomorrow will

:05:37. > :05:41.reach about 12 degrees, about 15. For us we are likely to see 12 in

:05:42. > :05:44.many areas, and continue to seize some cloudy dampness especially in

:05:45. > :05:47.the west for a while, but even here it should brighten up for a while

:05:48. > :05:51.towards the end of the day before nightfall. The best of the sunshine

:05:52. > :05:55.tomorrow across eastern counties. 11 to 12 degrees their highs with the

:05:56. > :05:58.light winds. Those winds pick up as we make our way into Tuesday so it

:05:59. > :06:03.will wield more fresh as we go out and about, and towards the Antrim

:06:04. > :06:08.and County Down coast inland, still breezy at times, not so bad, 13 or

:06:09. > :06:12.14 degrees in the best of the sunshine. Choose a shed with a

:06:13. > :06:15.bright day of the week. As we go to the rest of the week, the wind

:06:16. > :06:19.suddenly begin to pick-up from Tuesday onwards, gusty by mid week

:06:20. > :06:22.at times, too. We have low pressure coming in from the Atlantic. That

:06:23. > :06:26.low pressure is likely to bring a scattering of shower at times, but

:06:27. > :06:28.it will help break up the clouds, allowing the sun shines through. We

:06:29. > :06:31.will of course keep you up to date. Our next BBC Newsline

:06:32. > :06:34.bulletin is at twenty five Until then you can keep up to date
