:00:00. > :00:09.Sinn Fein have warned of grave consequences if the DUP takes

:00:10. > :00:12.a unilateral approach during tomorrow's debate about the

:00:13. > :00:19.Martin McGuinness says that a statement which Arlene Foster

:00:20. > :00:22.plans to make to the Assembly does not have his approval

:00:23. > :00:27.Meanwhile, the DUP has said it supports an independent and speedy

:00:28. > :00:38.Here's our political correspondent Stephen Walker:

:00:39. > :00:44.what appears to be going on is a very serious game of tug-of-war

:00:45. > :00:49.between the first and Deputy First Ministers. The DUP say they support

:00:50. > :00:53.the need for an independent investigation, free from partisan

:00:54. > :00:58.political interference, to establish the facts of the RHI scheme. The

:00:59. > :01:02.party says it has worked with officials and others on the precise

:01:03. > :01:08.details of such an investigation. Sinn Fein are not impressed. Martin

:01:09. > :01:12.McGuinness says is Arlene Foster comes to the assembly and delivers

:01:13. > :01:15.the statement as planned she does so without his approval authority as

:01:16. > :01:22.Deputy First Minister. And then he was, if she delivers this statement

:01:23. > :01:25.there will be grave consequences. -- he warns. Earlier, on the Sunday

:01:26. > :01:28.politics, the differences were clear. Sir Jeffrey Donaldson said

:01:29. > :01:34.the First Minister had no plans to step aside. Arlene has her job to

:01:35. > :01:36.do, she is not a quitter, she is not going to run away from

:01:37. > :01:41.responsibilities as some would want her to do, she is up for the

:01:42. > :01:45.challenge, she has nothing to hide, she is absolutely clear she will

:01:46. > :01:50.give full disclosure. Sinn Fein want Arlene Foster to step aside, until a

:01:51. > :01:54.enquiry is in complete. That retro is complete. This has made a huge

:01:55. > :01:57.crush them over public confidence in institutions and for that reason DUP

:01:58. > :02:01.needs to do the right thing, have their first ministers that aside,

:02:02. > :02:05.agree to a full, public enquiry, and get to the core of these matters. I

:02:06. > :02:10.motion calling for her to stand down had been originally backed by the

:02:11. > :02:15.DUP, SDLP, the Alliance party, the Greens, the TUV and People Before

:02:16. > :02:19.Profit. Now, Sinn Fein wants to amend it. They want the

:02:20. > :02:22.investigation undertaken by an independent judicial figure from

:02:23. > :02:24.outside this jurisdiction, to be appointed by the Attorney General.

:02:25. > :02:27.A 16-year-old boy has been been shot in both legs in a paramilitary style

:02:28. > :02:31.It happened in the Aitnamona Crescent area shortly

:02:32. > :02:35.He's been taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries

:02:36. > :02:40.which are said to be non life threatening.

:02:41. > :02:43.The police are investigating an alleged assault on Sinn Fein MLA

:02:44. > :02:46.Gerry Kelly in Belfast city centre last night.

:02:47. > :02:50.The incident took place on Gordon Street in the Cathedral Quarter

:02:51. > :02:55.The police confirmed that a man in his 60s received facial

:02:56. > :03:02.Gerry Kelly, who represents the north Belfast constituency,

:03:03. > :03:07.says he has made a formal complaint to the PSNI.

:03:08. > :03:10.Electricity supplier Open Electric has gone into administration

:03:11. > :03:16.All its customers have automatically been moved to Power NI.

:03:17. > :03:19.Open launched in August 2015

:03:20. > :03:21.and had about 1,100 domestic customers,

:03:22. > :03:23.who've been assured there will be

:03:24. > :03:35.And open Electric is a small firm. We have seen a number of new

:03:36. > :03:40.suppliers come into the market, over the last 18 months, and that is

:03:41. > :03:45.good. We want a healthy, competitive market, but they came in at a time

:03:46. > :03:49.when wholesale international gas prices were low. We have seen

:03:50. > :03:54.increases in those prices over recent weeks, and the regulator has

:03:55. > :03:57.been monitoring all the suppliers and prices, and this small supplier

:03:58. > :03:59.I think has just found it difficult as prices have gone up to maintain

:04:00. > :04:00.its position in the market. Rugby, and Ulster have lost

:04:01. > :04:03.their crucial European Champions Cup tie away to French club

:04:04. > :04:04.Clermont-Auvergne. despite a spirited

:04:05. > :04:20.second-half comeback. Hello, there. It's been a quiet

:04:37. > :04:40.the night, generally frost free, but tomorrow morning there will be a

:04:41. > :04:44.weak weather front in the west, that will bring some drizzle at times.

:04:45. > :04:48.Mid week onwards it is really when things start to pick up

:04:49. > :04:52.weather-wise, turning colder and unsettled at times, and by the end
