:00:00. > :00:10.The former Health Minister Jim Wells says four members of his family,

:00:11. > :00:12.including his brother, have installed

:00:13. > :00:14.the controversial green energy boilers.

:00:15. > :00:17.The DUP MLA says he only found out about their involvement

:00:18. > :00:20.in the scheme yesterday and that he has no financial

:00:21. > :00:34.The latest revelation comes ahead of the publication of the names of

:00:35. > :00:38.businesses who installed the wood-burning boiler is under the

:00:39. > :00:43.floors RHI scheme. A regional breakdown showed the main clusters

:00:44. > :00:47.of recipients are close to the chicken processing plant in

:00:48. > :00:51.Ballymena and Dungannon. Four relatives were involved in the

:00:52. > :00:54.scheme. My brother has one boiler and three cousins between them have

:00:55. > :00:59.eight borrowers. They all rear chickens for one of the largest

:01:00. > :01:02.companies in Northern Ireland and they installed these as part of the

:01:03. > :01:07.scheme. How did you come to find that out? My brother told me

:01:08. > :01:12.yesterday. Mr Wells says he has made no personal gain from RHI and has no

:01:13. > :01:16.involvement in his brother or cousins' businesses. Two days ago

:01:17. > :01:21.the DUP special adviser Andrew Crawford resigned. His decision to

:01:22. > :01:24.quit came a day after he was named by a senior civil servant as the

:01:25. > :01:28.adviser he believed had influenced the decision to keep the scheme

:01:29. > :01:33.open. Doctor Crawford denies this and says he acted with complete

:01:34. > :01:37.integrity. Another DUP special adviser has stepped aside from

:01:38. > :01:42.having any future involvement in the RHI scheme after failing to declare

:01:43. > :01:46.a family link. John Robinson, who is an adviser to Simon Hamilton in the

:01:47. > :01:50.Department of the economy, said he didn't have any family links to the

:01:51. > :01:55.scheme. Only to reveal that his father-in-law is receiving payments

:01:56. > :01:59.for two RHI boilers. The releasing of the names by the Department of

:02:00. > :02:03.the economy on Wednesday will be one of the last act before Stormont goes

:02:04. > :02:05.into recess ahead of the assembly elections on March the 2nd.

:02:06. > :02:08.The police investigating the murder of a woman in Lurgan yesterday

:02:09. > :02:12.have been given extra time to question a 51-year-old man.

:02:13. > :02:15.The body of Anita Downey was found in a house in the Toberhewney Hall

:02:16. > :02:19.area in the early hours of yesterday morning.

:02:20. > :02:22.The Sinn Fein President Gerry Adams has told a conference in Dublin

:02:23. > :02:24.that taking Northern Ireland out of the EU will destroy

:02:25. > :02:32.Several hundred people have attended a Women's March

:02:33. > :02:36.in Belfast to protest against Donald Trump's presidency.

:02:37. > :02:39.Hundreds of thousands around the world have

:02:40. > :02:41.attended similar events following yesterday's inauguration.

:02:42. > :02:44.Women's groups were joined outside the city hall

:02:45. > :02:47.by people supporting gay rights, immigrants

:02:48. > :02:52.Organisers of today's rally said they were overwhelmed by the number

:02:53. > :02:58.On-street parking charges in parts of Belfast,

:02:59. > :03:02.Newry and Lisburn city centres are set to rise next month.

:03:03. > :03:05.Motorists will have to pay an extra 20p an hour to park

:03:06. > :03:11.The Infrastructure Minister Chris Hazzard says the cost has not kept

:03:12. > :03:28.For many, going to work or popping into town just got more expensive.

:03:29. > :03:34.Prices here in the city centre will soon rise to ?1.40 an hour while

:03:35. > :03:40.some street on the edge of this city will see a 50% rise to ?1.20. In

:03:41. > :03:46.this burn, it will soon be 80p an hour and a newly, 60p. The only

:03:47. > :03:49.winners in this regard are going to be the big out-of-town shopping

:03:50. > :03:51.centres who have free car parking which is already an unfair

:03:52. > :03:57.competitive advantage on town centres. We should be reducing car

:03:58. > :04:01.park charges, not hiking them. Chris Hazzard says the increases are the

:04:02. > :04:08.minimum possible, but not everyone's impressed. The roads haven't got any

:04:09. > :04:13.better, there hasn't been an increase in parking spaces. If this

:04:14. > :04:17.is an incentive, I'm shocked. If you want to park in the city centre,

:04:18. > :04:18.you've got to be prepared to pay it. The increase in charges will be

:04:19. > :04:19.introduced in less than one month. Rugby now and Ulster's European

:04:20. > :04:22.Champions Cup campaign ended with a whimper at home to Bordeaux

:04:23. > :04:25.in Belfast this afternoon. Les Kiss's men, who went

:04:26. > :04:28.into their final pool five game knowing they couldn't qualify

:04:29. > :04:32.for the knock out stages fell behind Darren Cave did run

:04:33. > :04:36.in this second half try, The final score Ulster

:04:37. > :04:42.22, Bordeaux 26. having lost nine of their last

:04:43. > :05:04.13 games in all competitions. Hello there. If you're heading out

:05:05. > :05:07.tonight, you probably will want to keep the big cult handy. It's a

:05:08. > :05:10.chilly one and for a while, temperatures are likely to fall

:05:11. > :05:14.several degrees below freezing. As we make our way through tonight, we

:05:15. > :05:18.are likely to see more clouds coming in from the south. That will help

:05:19. > :05:21.lift temperatures that by tomorrow morning but it will be a chilly

:05:22. > :05:25.start to Sunday possibly with pockets of mist and fog out there

:05:26. > :05:29.and certainly a frost in some spots as well. Overall, we hold onto high

:05:30. > :05:33.pressure just keeping the weather is nice and settled. There will be more

:05:34. > :05:37.clouds around on Sunday then there was today, but it will break at

:05:38. > :05:41.times. There will be some sunny gaps. Southerly winds will stay late

:05:42. > :05:47.and over all, a dry picture. If you are travelling across the island

:05:48. > :05:49.tomorrow, we are likely to see some wet weather breaking out across

:05:50. > :05:53.western counties. Further east, likely to stay dry with sunny gaps.

:05:54. > :05:58.Temperatures best the further south you are and cooler towards the

:05:59. > :06:03.north. Looking at four or 5 degrees there. In any sunshine, feeling not

:06:04. > :06:06.too bad. We only have light winds. Tomorrow evening, it will turn

:06:07. > :06:10.chilly quite quickly again with some file, maybe frost around on Monday

:06:11. > :06:14.morning but it is going to be another settled day. There will be a

:06:15. > :06:18.lot of clout, some sunshine trying to come through as well and overall,

:06:19. > :06:22.a dry picture but we may see some damp weather breaking out in parts

:06:23. > :06:26.of the West. If you are enjoying the recent spell of settled weather,

:06:27. > :06:27.good news as we look ahead right through until Wednesday, there is no

:06:28. > :06:28.great change in focus. BBC Newsline will be

:06:29. > :06:31.back tomorrow at 6:20pm. From everyone on the BBC

:06:32. > :06:37.Newsline team, goodbye.
