:01:14. > :01:15.that they will not support Arlene Foster as First Minister

:01:16. > :01:17.before the report on the RHI scheme is made public.

:01:18. > :01:20.If the DUP decide after the talks that take

:01:21. > :01:21.place in the next couple of

:01:22. > :01:24.weeks, that they are going to nominate Arlene Foster as joint

:01:25. > :01:26.First Minister, Sinn Fein will not support

:01:27. > :01:29.If the DUP decide, Sinn Fein will not support that nomination.

:01:30. > :01:32.So what of Arlene Foster and her position as DUP leader?

:01:33. > :01:34.The party once had 38 seats, now it is down to 28.

:01:35. > :01:37.She has my full support, she has the support of the party

:01:38. > :01:39.and most importantly of 225,000 people

:01:40. > :01:41.across Northern Ireland who voted for the DUP and

:01:42. > :01:47.The SDLP said they have not ruled out returning to the Executive,

:01:48. > :01:49.but the conditions must be right, they said.

:01:50. > :01:51.We were up for going into the

:01:52. > :01:54.government in May, but we are not going to take scraps and not have

:01:55. > :02:07.Things would absolutely need to change.

:02:08. > :02:09.And the Alliance Party want commitments, as well.

:02:10. > :02:12.We are quite happy to sit in opposition and to do that job

:02:13. > :02:17.If the Executive is willing quite happily to sit in opposition.

:02:18. > :02:19.However, independent Claire Sugden said she would serve

:02:20. > :02:26.Wounded after the election, the Ulster Unionists must decide

:02:27. > :02:27.if they want opposition or Government,

:02:28. > :02:30.and then there is the issue of who leads their party

:02:31. > :02:41.You would have a lot of work to do if you are taking over the reins

:02:42. > :02:44.It was a very disappointing performance.

:02:45. > :02:46.I can't argue with coming back with ten seats.

:02:47. > :02:49.Already the Secretary of State, James Brokenshire, has been

:02:50. > :02:51.in contact with the parties and he says he's not contemplating

:02:52. > :02:56.Under the law, the Executive has to be formed within three weeks.
