:00:18. > :00:20.Hello. Good evening. One of the UK's main underground oil pipes has been

:00:21. > :00:22.shut down as Hampshire Police investigate whether tens of

:00:23. > :00:26.thousands of litres of fuel have been extracted from it. Police were

:00:27. > :00:30.called to the scene at West Wellow on Thursday after a large quantity

:00:31. > :00:35.of fuel was found in an industrial storage unit. Two men from Salisbury

:00:36. > :00:37.are being held in custody tonight. It's understood detectives are

:00:38. > :00:44.investigating whether the fuel was extracted from a pipeline running

:00:45. > :00:48.from the Esso refinery at Fawley. An East Hampshire man has brought a

:00:49. > :00:51.war memorial to life by delving into the backgrounds of those recorded

:00:52. > :00:53.there. John Hill has spent more than a year researching over 50

:00:54. > :00:59.individuals whose names appear on the Grayshott War Memorial.

:01:00. > :01:07.Behind every name on this memorial there was a life, there is a story.

:01:08. > :01:12.This is the man who is responsible for allowing each of those stories

:01:13. > :01:16.to be told. They say there is a book in everyone and retired solicitor

:01:17. > :01:19.John Hill felt this was his. It has been a labour of love. It has been

:01:20. > :01:22.hard work but absolutely fascinating. Very interesting

:01:23. > :01:29.finding out the stories of these people who died, so much so I feel I

:01:30. > :01:32.know a lot of them personally. We Will Remember You delves into the

:01:33. > :01:37.past of 51 men spanning both world wars and the Falklands campaign. The

:01:38. > :01:45.last name in the book Lieutenant Commander David Balfour. He was on

:01:46. > :01:48.the HMS Sheffield. He fought in this campaign. 20 people died when it was

:01:49. > :01:56.hit by a missile. His body has never been recovered. By bringing to life

:01:57. > :01:59.the memory of those names on the stone it's hoped the book will

:02:00. > :02:06.provide a more tangible memorial to those men who made the ultimate

:02:07. > :02:08.sacrifice serving their country. As part of the Queen's birthday

:02:09. > :02:11.celebrations, Awards for Enterprise have been announced. This year,

:02:12. > :02:14.recognition has gone to an Oxford company that's helped provide clean

:02:15. > :02:21.water to millions of people in Africa.

:02:22. > :02:25.In Kenya, the cleanliness of water can be the difference between life

:02:26. > :02:27.and death. ClimateCare in Oxford have developed a simple water

:02:28. > :02:39.cleanser that's helped around five million people. We hope this will

:02:40. > :02:43.help us to increase the impact and to develop more projects and

:02:44. > :02:50.increase our impact on the environment. Some staff are based in

:02:51. > :02:53.the Oxford office, others in Kenya. In days gone by that may have caused

:02:54. > :02:57.communication issues but modern technology means all workers can

:02:58. > :03:00.keep in touch. It is pretty easy. We are very used to Skype calls. We

:03:01. > :03:05.have daily contact with the guys in Nairobi. Bosses believe they are

:03:06. > :03:13.making a difference. ClimateCare's work improving air quality also

:03:14. > :03:19.helped them win the award. Onto football, and it's getting

:03:20. > :03:22.tense for our Championship teams. Promotion chasing Brighton Hove

:03:23. > :03:25.Albion are in the last of the promotion play`off places after a

:03:26. > :03:28.1`1 draw against Blackpool. Bournemouth's hopes of reaching the

:03:29. > :03:31.play`offs have all but faded after a 2`2 draw with Ipswich. Reading, who

:03:32. > :03:34.can still make the play`offs, have a crucial match against Middlesbrough

:03:35. > :03:37.tomorrow. In League One, MK Dons stay in tenth spot after a 2`2 draw

:03:38. > :03:40.against Brentford. Swindon kept their slim hopes of a promotion

:03:41. > :03:49.play`off place alive with a 1`1 win over Bradford. `` 1`0 win.

:03:50. > :03:52.Portsmouth's renaissance under new manager Andy Awford continues. They

:03:53. > :03:55.beat Northampton to move into 13th place and also secure their place in

:03:56. > :03:56.League Two. Meanwhile, Oxford United are in eighth place after losing 1`0

:03:57. > :04:09.at Scunthorpe. It will be fairly unsettled over the

:04:10. > :04:13.next few days with the possibility of thunderstorms tonight. There will

:04:14. > :04:18.be some showers last thing for much of the night which could be heavy.

:04:19. > :04:24.Those could merge into longer spells of rain but it will be frost free.

:04:25. > :04:28.We are looking at those showers continuing tomorrow on and off, more

:04:29. > :04:33.likely to be more frequent during the morning, so few and far between

:04:34. > :04:39.during the afternoon with the showers drifting northwards. These

:04:40. > :04:47.could be heavy and thundery like today, but temperatures will reach

:04:48. > :04:52.14, possibly 15 Celsius. Today we've each 18 or 19 degrees, so

:04:53. > :04:56.temperatures not as high. There will be some sunshine during the

:04:57. > :04:59.afternoon. The rest of the week is fairly unsettled with rain at times.

:05:00. > :05:15.Showers moving through on Wednesday. After last year's called Easter we
