:00:13. > :00:14.Good evening. Staff at David Cameron's constituency office in

:00:15. > :00:21.Witney have denied calling the police after the Bishop of Oxford

:00:22. > :00:24.tried to hand in a petition. A few moments ago I was joined by our

:00:25. > :00:28.reporter Peter Cooke and asked him to explain more about the dispute.

:00:29. > :00:32.Bishop John was among a group of 30 protesters who last Wednesday tried

:00:33. > :00:40.to deliver an open letter about food pov are youty signed by 42 Anglican

:00:41. > :00:44.bishops and clerics. The End Hunger Fast Group has told the BBC despite

:00:45. > :00:48.calling ahead about their plans they were met with locked doors and no

:00:49. > :00:52.answer from Mr Cameron's staff inside. Didn't feel like a very good

:00:53. > :00:56.response to something that was simply saying, we have a

:00:57. > :01:02.humanitarian problem here, can we all face it together and can we, the

:01:03. > :01:07.Church, be part of the answer. I was disappointed about that. Somebody

:01:08. > :01:11.called the police. Three officers arrived. They left soon afterwards.

:01:12. > :01:15.No arrests were made. They told us today that they were helping

:01:16. > :01:19.facilitate a peaceful protest. Has there been word today from the Prime

:01:20. > :01:22.Minister's office A spokesperson from the Prime Minister's

:01:23. > :01:27.constituency office told us today that the Bishop of Oxford's petition

:01:28. > :01:31.about world poverty and hunger will be passed on to the Prime Minister,

:01:32. > :01:34.but that no`one from their office called the police. They were not

:01:35. > :01:43.given advance notice about anyone handing in a letter. Peter Cook,

:01:44. > :01:46.thank you very much indeed. A convicted murderer, who beat a

:01:47. > :01:48.fellow inmate to death at Grendon Prison near Aylesbury, revealed his

:01:49. > :01:52.violent fantasies shortly before the attack. Lee Foye killed Robert

:01:53. > :01:56.Coello in August 2010 in his cell at the prison, which specialises in

:01:57. > :01:58.psychiatric therapy. An inquest in Beaconsfield has heard he told a

:01:59. > :02:01.psychiatrist about his aggression. Jeremy stern reports. Today, we

:02:02. > :02:04.heard details about exactly what happened the days before Lee Foye

:02:05. > :02:32.cornered Robert Coello in his own cell and

:02:33. > :02:37.to day dream about harming others. The next day, Robert Coello went to

:02:38. > :02:42.a group therapy session. He spoke about the time he raped a child. Lee

:02:43. > :02:46.Foye was there and he was heard to say that he thought sex offenders

:02:47. > :02:49.should be put down. After the attack, NHS England ordered a review

:02:50. > :02:52.into how Grendon Prison is run and whether the confrontation between

:02:53. > :04:48.the two inmates could have been avoided. The prison uses

:04:49. > :04:51.other animal predators, they confirmed: The RSPCA will be looking

:04:52. > :04:55.into these attacks, but we have not seen the bodies and we won't be able

:04:56. > :04:58.to comment on the exact cause of death. The lake is popular with

:04:59. > :05:00.anglers, parents and children. Patrols have since been increased.

:05:01. > :05:06.It's extremely horrific. You wouldn't want any child finding it.

:05:07. > :05:10.It would be extremely distressing for them. It is for anybody, but our

:05:11. > :05:13.other concern is that if somebody actually comes across somebody doing

:05:14. > :05:18.this, what could actually happen if they are disturbed? What is to stop

:05:19. > :05:26.them turning the knife on a member of the public? You can see just how

:05:27. > :05:30.tame the swans are here. It's actually against the law to kill or

:05:31. > :05:33.injure them. It carries a maximum fine of ?5,000 and up to six months

:05:34. > :05:42.in prison. Anyone with information is being asked to contact the RSPCA.

:05:43. > :05:45.A ?5 million pound scheme to improve Frideswide Square near Oxford

:05:46. > :05:49.station will begin in the autumn. Plans were put on hold last year

:05:50. > :05:52.while there was uncertainty about the future expansion of the station,

:05:53. > :05:56.but the county council's confirmed the work will now go ahead. Two

:05:57. > :06:02.roundabouts at either end of the square will replace the traffic

:06:03. > :06:05.lights. The first designs have been unveiled for the new Oxford Parkway

:06:06. > :06:10.railway station. It'll be the first station to open in Oxfordshire since

:06:11. > :06:15.1935. It'll be located next to the Water Eaton Park Ride site, just

:06:16. > :06:19.off the A34. The first trains will run through the station next summer

:06:20. > :06:27.as part of a new link from Oxford to London Marylebone. As you may have

:06:28. > :06:30.noticed, we're in our new improved studio for the first time. Our

:06:31. > :06:33.technical team have been working round the clock to put in more

:06:34. > :06:36.up`to`date equipment to bring you the best`looking news service. It's

:06:37. > :06:40.the first significant investment at South Today in Oxford for many years

:06:41. > :06:43.and will bring you higher quality production in the future. Nothing's

:06:44. > :06:46.gone to waste though, all the old stuff is being re`used or recycled.

:06:47. > :06:50.You can find out more at our website. That's it from us for now.

:06:51. > :06:53.We're back in BBC Breakfast tomorrow morning, but for now, good night.

:06:54. > :06:53.With the weather, here's Alexis Green.

:06:54. > :06:56.morning, but for now, good night. With the Low cloud, mist and fog is

:06:57. > :07:01.a possibility. Stray showers as well to start the night. Most of us

:07:02. > :07:06.should have a dry night, the mist and fog lingering. Frost`free with a

:07:07. > :07:09.low of seven to eight Celsius. Mist and fog will clear tomorrow morning.

:07:10. > :07:13.We are looking at sunny spells developing throughout the morning

:07:14. > :07:20.and early afternoon time before a band of rain will edge up from the

:07:21. > :07:25.south`west. The rain could be heavy tomorrow evening and tomorrow night.

:07:26. > :07:29.Temperatures up to 14`15 Celsius, the winds from the south`east. It

:07:30. > :07:30.will be unsettled through the rest of this week. Rain at

:07:31. > :07:31.Times says David Moyes was sacked as the manager

:07:32. > :07:40.is moving through, but the outlook is not looking too bad. That's

:07:41. > :07:44.weather front. It is never too early to think about

:07:45. > :07:50.next weekend and I will be doing that in a couple of minutes. But we

:07:51. > :07:55.have a sizeable chunk of this week's whether to go first. There

:07:56. > :08:00.are more showers, but there will be spells of warm sunshine around as

:08:01. > :08:06.well, so there will be no frost at night. Bands of showers across the

:08:07. > :08:11.western side of the UK and Scotland's passing through

:08:12. > :08:17.overnight. Another heavy burst coming into the south-west later on

:08:18. > :08:21.in the night. This rain band slowly comes in from the South West and

:08:22. > :08:26.this is how Wednesday starts at eight o'clock in the morning. It

:08:27. > :08:31.will turn out to be a warmer day in Scotland, but misty low cloud in the

:08:32. > :08:32.North East and that will
