:01:06. > :01:08.law`enforcement needs to develop, what new approaches we need.
:01:09. > :01:11.We need to work with the industry and the third sector on
:01:12. > :01:15.a whole range of ways in whhch we limit the damage and the opportunity

:05:24. > :05:27.in the final stages of work ready for next week's big demolithon.
