:03:46. > :03:47.another demolition. `` eight lowdown. They are reviewing their

:03:48. > :03:51.process and they are going to talk to the National Grid, there is a

:03:52. > :03:54.substation there and a gas pipeline. Depending on what the National Grid

:03:55. > :03:56.say, we could see another blow down by 2016.

:04:09. > :04:10.The site is the size of 65 football pitches, so what s

:04:11. > :04:15.There will be some industri`l, I would expect some commercial, and
