:04:32. > :04:35.the same. Very concerned by the statistics, they show consistency

:04:46. > :04:49.fails to close the gap for women students. The disparity between men
:04:50. > :04:54.and women could be created by a range of factors and nobody seems
:04:55. > :04:59.sure why it's happening but some are now pushing for the univershty to do
:05:00. > :05:04.more. I think we have a gre`t opportunity to do more for women. I
:05:05. > :05:12.think we could carry on without doing anything but this is ` great
:05:13. > :05:17.chance to lead the way. In terms of enhancing women's aspirations and
:05:18. > :05:21.opportunities. Academically speaking, there shouldn't bd any
:05:22. > :05:26.reason why more of the Univdrsity of Oxford's women don't follow in the
:05:27. > :05:33.footsteps of Courtney, but the worry is it could be some time before that

:06:35. > :06:40.sector job, you might just have a few more hurdles to get over first
