:00:29. > :00:35.The report states it is likdly the one`year`old's mother was ilplicated

:00:36. > :00:40.Although not named by the Oxfordshire Safeguarding

:00:41. > :00:44.Board ` who carried out the report ` The BBC understands the inf`nt at

:00:45. > :00:50.Police were called to a property in Bicester last May. Shortly

:00:51. > :00:53.afterwards they announced they were treating Sara's death as murder

:00:54. > :00:56.Sarah's mother ` Angela Whitworth ` was named by police as a suspect.

:00:57. > :00:58.She left the country and travelled to Kenya.

:00:59. > :01:02.Police have been trying to track her down her through Interpol.

:01:03. > :01:04.And what do we know about the report itself?

:01:05. > :01:06.Well, it insists the death of Child N was neither

:01:07. > :01:10."predictable nor preventabld" ` but a sad case of a child who died

:01:11. > :01:16.It does however say there wdre some minor areas of concern.

:01:17. > :01:21.One of them being a referral involving the chhld being

:01:22. > :01:26.It says that should've been investigated.

:01:27. > :01:29.It also says claims of domestic abuse ` although never provdd `

:01:30. > :01:36.The report also adds inform`tion could have been better shardd

:01:37. > :01:40.There is always the benefit of hindsight,

:01:41. > :01:43.looking back to see if things could have been done differently.

:01:44. > :01:46.And this was an unusual casd and the findings found that, evdn with

:01:47. > :01:49.the benefit of hindsight, it was difficult to have ever predhcted or

:01:50. > :01:54.worked in a different way to have prevented the death of this child.

:01:55. > :01:57.It's also important to make one more thing clear `

:01:58. > :02:00.there was no evidence to suggest Child N's father was involvdd in any

:02:01. > :02:09.way in the death ` and the criminal investigation is still ongohng.

:02:10. > :02:11.South Central Ambulance says its vehicles have been involved

:02:12. > :02:15.in more than 240 accidents on the roads in the last five xears.

:02:16. > :02:19.The figures show ambulances had more accidents than rapid rdsponse

:02:20. > :02:24.The service is urging motorhsts to slow down and stop if they say

:02:25. > :02:31.700 homes are going to be btilt in Bicester ` planning permhssion

:03:13. > :03:15.it from a small market town to the second largest urban centre in

:03:16. > :03:24.Some question whether there'll be enough employment to support

:03:25. > :03:28.The employment land had to be there and has to be clearly identhfied.

:03:29. > :03:32.The risk now is that in orddr to meet the national requirement for

:03:33. > :03:34.housing delivery, some of that employment land may now comd under

:03:35. > :03:41.pressure for shifting into residential land.

:03:42. > :03:44.100 new homes are expected built in the town every year

:03:45. > :03:51.This land's been set aside for the next stage of the Khngsmere

:03:52. > :03:55.New allotments, play facilities a second primary school.

:03:56. > :03:58.And even a community woodland for neighbouring Chesterton.

:03:59. > :04:01.Those responsible for Bicester's growth, say ?1 billion worth

:04:02. > :04:09.of public and private investment will support its transformation

:04:10. > :04:12.Now we are bringing forward employment space, we are brhnging

:04:13. > :04:14.forward a wonderful town centre We are bringing forward the recreation

:04:15. > :04:22.facilities, education that `ll helps to complement Bicester as a town.

:04:23. > :04:25.As more people like the Days move to the area, getting

:04:26. > :04:28.the right balance of housing, jobs and infrastructure will be key

:04:29. > :04:40.Thames Valley Police has apologised to the family of a man knocked

:04:41. > :04:43.down and killed by a police car in Reading early yesterday lorning.

:04:44. > :04:45.The vehicle was responding to reports of a burglary.

:04:46. > :04:48.It also hit a police officer on foot who was injured.

:04:49. > :04:53.An investigation's underway into what happened.

:05:49. > :05:51.I'm sure they had a pretty major part in doing so

:05:52. > :05:56.We bring the emergency department to the patient

:05:57. > :06:00.so we can do a whole range of things that would not normally be `vailable

:06:01. > :06:02.to you ? from putting you to sleep, anaesthesia, to fairly complex

:06:03. > :06:09.In Angus's particular case he required pretty rapid anaesthesia

:06:10. > :06:12.and intubation, and several drugs to keep his heart beating harddr

:06:13. > :06:16.and faster so that is the interventions we undertook on him.

:06:17. > :06:19.We got there in about 13 minutes from here once we were taskdd

:06:20. > :06:22.and we were able to offer those almost immediately when we `rrived.

:06:23. > :06:26.Angus MacPherson is now recovering and back at work two days a week.

:06:27. > :06:29.Firmly focused on the job, but now with first`hand expdrience

:06:30. > :06:39.of the vital work of the other emergency servhces
