:01:45. > :01:46.The government will need to take a view as to

:01:47. > :01:50.whether that is affordable, but it will be a challenge, without a

:01:51. > :01:53.doubt, because some of the things, like physically restoring damaged

:01:54. > :02:00.If our rivers aren?t up to scratch by 2027, the country could

:02:01. > :02:11.Ultimately it'll be the taxpayer left paying the price.

:02:12. > :02:14.The firm responsible for the huge rubbish tip fire that's

:02:15. > :02:17.been burning in Swindon for almost a month has been given until tomorrow

:02:18. > :02:24.That deadline has been set by the Environment Agency,

:02:25. > :02:27.using its enforcement powers, to make the operator of the Averies

:02:33. > :02:35.firefighters to reach the seat of the blaze, and put the flames out.

:02:36. > :02:37.The cost of the operation has been estimated

:02:38. > :02:42.It's only now that we have come to the conclusion that we see that they

:02:43. > :02:47.don't appear to have any intention to move the waste to be able to give

:02:48. > :02:52.the Fire Brigade access to the site that we believe action has to be

:02:53. > :03:00.Cyclists using bridleways in South Oxfordshire are urged to be

:03:01. > :03:03.vigilant after what police believe was a deliberate attempt to cause

:03:26. > :03:28.were announced, but some don't want to see it replaced by a new one

:03:29. > :03:34.The prayers will be said on Sunday morning at

:03:35. > :03:45.around half a dozen churches before a fundraising swim at the pool.

:03:46. > :03:52.We can say that? Certainly! Pray that we can keep this swimming pool

:03:53. > :03:54.for the people, if nothing else works, let's try pray.

:03:55. > :03:56.It's a big weekend for Oxfordshire pilot Nigel Lamb.

:04:17. > :04:19.Some of the big names performing are Sister Sledge,

:04:20. > :04:25.Despite all the music and amenities on site, many local

:04:28. > :04:38.After hours of waiting, the gates are finally open,

:04:39. > :04:41.and with many choosing to camp out on site, there's a big rush to get

:04:42. > :04:48.This weekend, 40,000 will be partying to ?80s music here

:04:49. > :05:00.The Rewind festival is one of Henley's largest annual events.

:05:01. > :05:06.Tickets sold at six weeks ago, and it's clear people want to make the

:05:07. > :05:07.most of the weekend. Some people even started queuing from seven

:05:08. > :05:08.o'clock this morning. It's big business for those behind

:05:09. > :05:21.the scenes on site, including the We have a crew of around 1000 people

:05:22. > :05:28.working on it. There are traders and caterers, security, us that ran up

:05:29. > :05:28.and down to the town. It is around 1000 people over the weekend.

:05:29. > :05:31.But the benefits of this festival go further afield.

:05:32. > :05:34.Many of those with businesses in the centre of Henley say they

:05:35. > :05:45.In the last couple of years there has been a lot of more glamorous

:05:46. > :05:48.camping, people have been saying Crawley Green Road staying for a

:05:49. > :05:56.four days, staying on more expensive accommodation, and the coming to

:05:57. > :05:57.town to do their shopping. Having last year this weekend was the best

:05:58. > :05:59.weekend of the year for us. It's fair to say though that most

:06:00. > :06:15.people come to Rewind for the music. When you do your own digs you play

:06:16. > :06:18.new stuff and a selection right through to the present day.

:06:19. > :06:24.Something like this, you just pick the ones that are most well`known.

:06:25. > :06:28.Last time when we came here we were blown away because it was so much

:06:29. > :06:34.fun. We just really enjoyed it last time

:06:35. > :06:38.and always intended to come back. Is my 40th birthday ever come here

:06:39. > :06:40.to celebrate. My brother came last year and said

:06:41. > :06:41.how much fun it was. All the main acts are set to perform

:06:42. > :06:44.from tomorrow through to Sunday We're back

:06:45. > :06:50.in BBC Breakfast tomorrow morning, but for now, goodnight, and with

:06:51. > :07:07.the weather here's Alexis Green. Possible mist patches in a few

:07:08. > :07:15.places, temperatures dipping down to 12 Celsius. Much of tomorrow will

:07:16. > :07:21.stay dry apart from the odd isolated shower. In the sunshine tomorrow

:07:22. > :07:27.afternoon high`temperature as of 21 Celsius, 19 across`the`board. More

:07:28. > :07:32.cloud in the afternoon then we see in the morning. The rest of the

:07:33. > :07:34.weekend is a weekend of two halves. Sunshine and showers

:07:35. > :07:37.look at the summary, as you can see - it is largely dry, but definitely

:07:38. > :07:44.fresher. Good evening. This weekend's

:07:45. > :07:48.forecast may be far from a summer classic, with a strengthening

:07:49. > :07:53.breeze. At least it is not a washout. For many, there'll be

:07:54. > :07:59.decent and dry spells to get out and enjoy. Most are dry. We have a few

:08:00. > :08:03.heavy showers, drifting south-eastwards. A few showers into

:08:04. > :08:07.the north-west of the UK. For the vast majority it is a dry night,

:08:08. > :08:13.with lengthy clear spells. More cloud later. Temperatures 11-13

:08:14. > :08:19.Celsius. In the suburbs and the countryside down to single digits. A

:08:20. > :08:23.cool start to Saturday morning. Cloud from the north-west of

:08:24. > :08:27.Scotland, with outbreaks of rain, will work southwards. Into the

:08:28. > :08:30.afternoon it will be across southern Scotland and the far north of

:08:31. > :08:35.England. You can expect more cloud over the rest of England and Wales.

:08:36. > :08:41.All in all, a decent day. Few showers for many of you. In the

:08:42. > :08:45.sunshine it should feel warm. 18-23 Celsius is possible. Some of the

:08:46. > :08:47.best conditions on the south coast. Thicker cloud into north-west

:08:48. > :08:49.England later
