:04:26. > :04:33.that they were wearing their seat belts. They were very fortunate It
:04:34. > :04:35.seems impossible that they got away without more serious injurids. This
:04:36. > :04:42.was a particularly difficult rescue operation, with challenging access
:04:43. > :04:45.issues, waist deep water and fuel leaking from the vehicle. You can
:04:46. > :04:53.still smell the petrol. The Environment Agency and fire service
:04:54. > :04:56.used water filled blockades to stop the fuel spreading down the river.

:06:17. > :06:22.In that they may think someone may commit an offence or abscond?
:06:23. > :06:26.You do not want people to abscond before trial and that is obviously

:06:33. > :06:36.a custodial remand were not then given a prison sentence.
:06:37. > :06:39.I do not think there is a public safety issue
:06:40. > :06:43.because actually sending soleone to prison is more likely to disrupt
:06:44. > :06:46.They may lose their family as a result,
:06:47. > :06:52.And then at the end of the trial, it may be found that they wdre
:06:53. > :06:58.They do not get compensation so you may have spent months in prhson
:06:59. > :07:01.awaiting trial and then be found not guilty with no compensation.
