:00:11. > :00:15.A man accused of murdering a teenager in Oxford has told a jury

:00:16. > :00:18.that he'd planned to kill himself and no`one else on the day Connor

:00:19. > :00:24.Will Blencowe, who's 21, said he'd planned to take a heroin

:00:25. > :00:27.overdose and had gone to Connor's house in February to buy the drug.

:00:28. > :00:39.Will Blencowe from Banbury told the court he suffers from paranoia

:00:40. > :00:42.and anxiety, has a history of self harming and had attempted to

:00:43. > :00:47.One the morning of 13th February, Mr Blencowe said he planned to kill

:00:48. > :00:50.He'd told his support worker he was missing

:00:51. > :00:52.his ex`girlfriend Aimee Harrison who was now dating Connor Tremble.

:00:53. > :00:55.Mr Blencowe told the jury he took a taxi to Connor's flat in Oxford

:00:56. > :00:59.to buy the drugs and then leave, but when he got there Connor was

:01:00. > :01:06.He said the pair struggled, he felt he wasn't in control of his own body

:01:07. > :01:12.but he remembers stabbing Connor in the back then got up and ran out.

:01:13. > :01:17.He claims he couldn't tell what was real or false and was

:01:18. > :01:23.He said he got back in the taxi and went to Witney to see

:01:24. > :01:26.his mum; then he got a lift to see friends and then

:01:27. > :01:29.travelled onto Stratford upon Avon where he spent a night in a B

:01:30. > :01:31.During that time he was given fresh clothes and trainers

:01:32. > :01:35.and described the series of events as like "being in a fairytale world"

:01:36. > :01:40.Asked if he meant to kill Connor Tremble he said "No, I never

:01:41. > :01:45.wanted to fight Connor, I'm sorry about what happened that day."

:01:58. > :02:00.An investigation's underway after a man died when the light aircraft he

:02:01. > :02:05.The plane crashed into a field at Hedges Farm yesterday evening.

:03:50. > :03:51.people must continue in some form of learning until they're 18 years old,

:03:52. > :04:08.but the message is no matter what They can continue in sixth form, or

:04:09. > :04:10.do an apprenticeship and learn, go to a college, lots of choices and

:04:11. > :04:12.options are available. So the long wait is over

:04:13. > :04:15.and now the fun can begin. Campaigners challenging

:04:16. > :04:17.an upcoming badger cull in Gloucestershire have taken

:04:18. > :04:21.their case to the High Court.The Badger Trust says the Government's

:04:22. > :04:23.failure to appoint an independent panel to oversee

:04:24. > :04:27.culling is unlawful. It claims that

:04:28. > :04:30.the panel is needed to judge Last year's pilot scheme, designed

:04:31. > :04:37.to reduce levels of TB in cattle, failed to meet Government targets in

:04:53. > :04:58.year, then revised, and their own people saying, this isn't working, I

:04:59. > :05:03.am afraid that trust has gone right out the window.

:05:04. > :05:07.They have already said they will bring in an independent assessment,

:05:08. > :05:12.that is a step forward, but they are only halfway to where we want them
