:00:24. > :00:30.Their daughter is being treated in hospital for serious injuries.

:00:31. > :00:32.Mr Nawarkhele was a senior social worker with Southampton

:00:33. > :00:38.Today a friend, who was due to pick the family up

:00:39. > :00:41.this week, described them as a couple dedicated to their daughter,

:00:42. > :00:51.He said their loss would be deeply felt.

:00:52. > :01:00.The family has a very large circle in Southampton. They were active in

:01:01. > :01:04.different arenas of life. They were active in the Hindu temple. She was

:01:05. > :01:11.an active member of a community radio station. Both of them are

:01:12. > :01:14.active in the parent teachers Association in their school. And

:01:20. > :01:21.at education inspectors about claims it failed to report

:01:22. > :01:23.an allegation of abuse. Guideposts Holiday Club in Abingdon

:01:24. > :01:26.was rated inadequate by Ofsted Managers say all relevant agencies

:01:27. > :01:31.were informed about the allegation but Ofsted wasn't told due to

:01:36. > :01:40.intends to challenge It was a hard fought campaign

:01:41. > :01:45.which saw marches, legal battles and a public enquiry all trying to

:01:46. > :01:49.stop a mobile phone mast being put But now the mast is no longer needed

:01:50. > :02:14.and it's just been taken down. The passing of time and technology.

:02:15. > :02:18.A protest picture of Sarah Allen as a toddler and a decade later

:02:19. > :02:23.reflecting on a campaign her grandmother fought. I am proud of my

:02:24. > :02:30.grandmother. It has been going on for years and she has done really

:02:31. > :02:36.well. Just proud of her. In 2001 when Orange proposed a mobile phone

:02:37. > :02:41.mast it sparked a protest and a long campaign which resulted in a public

:02:42. > :02:47.enquiry. In 2005 campaigners lost their fight and Orange put up their

:02:48. > :02:51.mast. We do not want it in our neighbourhood. Nine years later the

:02:52. > :02:57.mast has gone. Not so much a battle won, but technology moving on. It

:02:58. > :03:01.took me back to when they actually roared up the road with the police

:03:02. > :03:06.to put the mast up when they roared up the road on Saturday. It was

:03:07. > :03:12.great to see it coming down and being cut up. I am just very sad my

:03:13. > :03:17.husband is not here to see it because he put a hell of a lot into

:03:18. > :03:21.the campaign, certainly in the early days. He would have been thrilled to

:03:22. > :03:22.think that the thing had finally gone.

:03:23. > :03:26.Now, You don't need me to tell you today was a bank holiday washout.

:03:27. > :03:29.This was the scene at Bournemouth, the beach usually packed

:03:30. > :03:33.Visitor numbers plummeted at Oxfordshire's Uffington White

:03:34. > :03:39.The 43rd Uffington White Horse Show in Oxfordshire.

:03:40. > :03:43.Yesterday this area was packed with around 6,000 people.

:03:44. > :03:48.Today only 1,000 turned out as the weather took a turn for the worst.

:03:49. > :03:58.Although for some it was water off a duck's back.

:03:59. > :04:06.It is lovely, isn't it? It is only a little bit of rain. I have got my

:04:07. > :04:09.umbrella and I am going to the beer tent.

:04:10. > :04:11.The indoor circus proved a vote winner too

:04:12. > :04:13.as visitors sheltered from the downpours, but despite the weather,

:04:14. > :04:24.Yesterday was one of the best Sundays we had. Today it is not so

:04:25. > :04:31.In Uffington people may have felt the weather was just a little wide

:04:32. > :04:36.of the mark but it didn't seem to stop them having a good time.

:04:37. > :04:42.That leads us mostly on to the forecast. Is it going

:04:43. > :04:50.it is unsettled and tonight there are some intense downpours in a few

:04:51. > :04:56.places which may lead to localised flooding. It is a very mild night to

:04:57. > :05:01.come. There will be some showers first thing tomorrow morning and

:05:02. > :05:08.longer spells of rain at times. They will continue for much of the day.

:05:09. > :05:13.It is a slow, improving picture. But still the risk of a few intense

:05:14. > :05:17.downpours. The Met Office have issued a yellow weather warning for

:05:18. > :05:23.that. Torrential downpours, the risk of localised flooding, rain at times

:05:24. > :05:28.on Wednesday and blustery showers on Thursday and Friday. We are back in
