:01:06. > :01:06.11 men were arrested then, three have

:01:07. > :01:10.Five of the defendants speaking here today were from Aylesbury,

:01:11. > :01:13.others were from Cheshire, Milton Keynes and Buckingham.

:01:14. > :01:19.All men were refused bail, they've been remanded in custody to appear

:01:20. > :01:25.at Aylesbury Crown Court which is sitting at Amersham next Monday.

:01:26. > :01:28.An investigation's underway after a body was found in a van on

:01:29. > :01:32.It's believed to be that of a man in his 40s.

:01:33. > :01:34.Officers were called to Burger King at the retail park at

:01:35. > :01:39.The man's death is being treated as unexplained.

:01:40. > :01:42.The van is thought to have been there some time.

:01:43. > :01:44.We're still trying to establish how long it's been here,

:01:45. > :01:49.but initial reports suggest it could be up to a week, maybe slightly

:01:50. > :01:53.Obviously that's one of the things we need to try and ascertain.

:01:54. > :01:56.In terms of the investigation, it depends on how quickly it takes,

:01:57. > :01:59.how long it takes to identify the male and then obviously do

:02:00. > :02:03.A new study by scientists in Oxford claims having moles

:02:04. > :02:06.on your skin can quadruple your risk of developing skin cancer.

:02:07. > :02:10.The research has been presented to the Wolrd Congress on Cancers

:02:11. > :02:13.Adina Campbell has been finding out more.

:02:14. > :02:16.Eating superfoods is more important than ever

:02:17. > :02:19.since Imogen was diagnosed with skin cancer nearly two years ago.

:02:20. > :02:23.It was caused by a mole on her back which over time had

:02:24. > :02:30.She's now been left with a big scar, a reminder

:02:31. > :02:34.It's a bit like being hit by a sledgehammer.

:02:35. > :02:37.You're desperately frightened and sad for my children.

:02:38. > :02:40.They are aware that Mummy has had moles taken off.

:02:41. > :02:45.They don't understand what melanoma means because I have protected them

:02:46. > :02:47.from that, because they're still quite young.

:02:48. > :02:50.I do worry about the idea that they might grow up without me.

:02:51. > :02:54.Imogen has more than 100 moles on her body.

:02:55. > :02:57.And according to a new study by researchers at Oxford University,

:02:58. > :03:01.people like her are four times more likely to develop skin cancer.

:03:02. > :03:06.It's well`known that having atypical moles or funny looking moles,

:03:07. > :03:12.and a large number of moles does increase the risk

:03:13. > :03:17.Imogen now writes a health blog about her medical treatment,

:03:18. > :03:22.Even though she lives in Gloucestershire, she has transferred

:03:23. > :03:26.all her health care checkups to the Churchill Hospital in Oxford.

:03:27. > :03:31.I trust that when I go and see them and have a

:03:32. > :03:33.dermatological checkup that they'll look at my skin, and they'll know

:03:34. > :03:36.what to look out for and know what to spot.

:03:37. > :03:38.They've got an amazing team of people who see melanoma patients

:03:39. > :03:43.They don't do that in Gloucestershire.

:03:44. > :03:46.Having regular checkups is now a top priority for Imogen.

:03:47. > :03:53.She has now taken up running to keep healthy and hopes her future

:03:54. > :04:00.Gloucestershire Police have insisted they've learned important lessons

:04:01. > :04:06.The next cull could start at any time in the coming weeks.

:04:07. > :04:09.Officers have said this year's focus will be more on community policing

:04:10. > :04:15.It comes on the same week that Oxfordshire

:04:16. > :04:18.and Buckinghamshire have been named as counties that will be vaccinating

:04:19. > :04:23.They were threatened with closure in a huge round of budget cuts

:04:24. > :04:26.Now three years on, many of the county's libraries

:04:27. > :04:32.By next week, 14 of the 43 libraries in Oxfordshire

:04:33. > :04:35.will have local people working for free to help keep them operating.

:04:36. > :04:40.But some say it is creating a second rate service as Tom Turrell reports.

:04:41. > :04:45.Keeping the shelves well stocked at Grove library.

:04:46. > :04:50.She's one of 300 volunteers now helping to run

:04:51. > :04:55.It's good to know that you're helping somebody to do something

:04:56. > :04:59.that if they were here on their own, perhaps might not be able to do

:05:00. > :05:05.I consider it a civic duty to get on and help organise the community

:05:06. > :05:08.and ensure that the facilities that we all need are there for us all.

:05:09. > :05:11.Georgina is only working here today because three years ago,

:05:12. > :05:14.20 of Oxfordshire's 43 libraries faced closure as the county council

:05:15. > :05:17.looked at how it might save tens of millions of pounds.

:05:18. > :05:21.But following campaigns and protests,

:05:22. > :05:27.Some Conservatives call it the Big Society.

:05:28. > :05:30.We have asked community groups to come forward with volunteers who are

:05:31. > :05:36.prepared to take on some of the hours for running the libraries.

:05:37. > :05:41.And the response has been absolutely phenomenal.

:05:42. > :05:45.Next week, Old Marston library will become the 14th in the county to

:05:46. > :05:49.have local people giving up their free time to keep it open.

:05:50. > :05:55.Children's author Mary Hoffman, who lives locally, told me, "By getting

:05:56. > :05:58.volunteers to help run libraries, this is a blatant attempt by

:05:59. > :06:02.Conservative council and coalition government to run down libraries.

:06:03. > :06:07.Providing a second`rate service which might

:06:08. > :06:17.Asking volunteers to help out will help save more than a quarter

:06:18. > :06:24.But while some are critical of the scheme, this story may run and run.

:06:25. > :06:28.Motorists are facing three months of diversions when a part of a road

:06:29. > :06:30.is closed for work to demolish and rebuild a railway bridge.

:06:31. > :06:35.The route over this bridge on the A417 at Challow, near Wantage will

:06:36. > :06:40.Network Rail ned to raise the height of the bridge,

:06:41. > :06:47.It's part of the electricification of the Great Western Main Line.
