:01:00. > :01:05.The figures are lowest in rural areas, with crews taking

:01:06. > :01:08.longer than 11 minutes to gdt to one in four emergencies.

:01:59. > :02:03.in winter and also things lhke increased traffic mean some of that

:02:04. > :02:08.They'll now be reviewing their on`call services,

:02:09. > :02:11.but insist a fully crewed fhre engine always runs during

:02:12. > :02:18.There's more pressure in Oxfordshire in particular, though.

:02:19. > :02:21.It's the most rural county in the south east.

:02:22. > :02:25.And with tight budgets and fewer staff, emergency crews across the

:02:26. > :02:31.The government have really reduced fire authority spending,

:02:32. > :02:35.so with Oxfordshire and their neighbours, millions

:02:36. > :02:38.of pounds have been taken off their budget and they have to cut back.

:02:39. > :02:42.The whole essence of stopping a small fire getting large hs

:02:43. > :02:47.Two people have died in house fires in Oxfordshire

:02:48. > :02:52.But bosses say their hard work educating children,

:02:53. > :02:57.safety information on websites and staff training programmds have
