:00:09. > :00:13.Hello and welcome to Friday's Points West. In tonight's headlines,

:00:13. > :00:16.the dangerous illegal drug that's causing growing alarm. Experts

:00:16. > :00:23.reveal Bristol has become a hotspot for users of the former horse

:00:23. > :00:28.Also tonight, audience at Highgrove, Prince Charles honours war heroes

:00:28. > :00:32.with a special reception. A year, six months, nine months down the

:00:32. > :00:36.line, for things like this to still be in people's thoughts is... It's

:00:36. > :00:40.a really nice thing. The man behind Mulberry launches a

:00:40. > :00:46.new kind of designer shopping village.

:00:46. > :00:56.And do you get out of the way, panic or don't even notice? Why

:00:56. > :00:58.

:00:58. > :01:02.coping with blue lights behind you Tonight, the curse of the party

:01:02. > :01:04.drug ketamine, which experts say is causing growing problems in Bristol.

:01:04. > :01:09.It's an illegal white powder which can cause dangerous hallucinations,

:01:09. > :01:12.painful stomach cramps and even death. The city's leading drug

:01:12. > :01:22.charity is now so worried, it's launching a new initiative to help

:01:22. > :01:24.

:01:24. > :01:28.those gripped by ketamine. Scott Anybody could walk five minutes of

:01:28. > :01:30.the road and get a gram. These are ketamine users, living in

:01:30. > :01:37.a squat in Bristol. Ketamine is a short-acting but powerful

:01:37. > :01:43.anaethestic. Its use is both illegal and high-risk. I went for a

:01:44. > :01:48.scan at the hospital and they said I had not quite cysts put things

:01:48. > :01:53.like them. Pay is in the stomach that had me screaming out in agony.

:01:53. > :01:56.The if I knew that this would do this to me when I was that young, I

:01:56. > :01:59.would not have done it. At the Bristol Drugs Project, they're

:01:59. > :02:09.launching a new service next week, aimed at a growing number of people

:02:09. > :02:12.at risk from ketamine use. We have had quite good, pure and regular

:02:12. > :02:15.supplies of captain mean coming into Bristol for over a decade. We

:02:15. > :02:21.are getting more people getting into real trouble -- supplies of

:02:21. > :02:26.ketamine. The symptoms they get, they can come under control.

:02:26. > :02:29.Ketamine is a Class C drug. Shielmor Twomey wants it

:02:29. > :02:32.reclassified to Class B. Her son, Caleb Morris, died after using

:02:32. > :02:41.ketamine. He dived from the Clifton Suspension Bridge. She knew he'd

:02:41. > :02:46.been using the drug for five years. I looked it up on the internet and

:02:46. > :02:55.found out it was a Class C drug. And when I saw that I thought, it

:02:55. > :02:59.will not do him any harm because it is in with the sensitives. If it

:02:59. > :03:04.had been put in Class B, I would have realised it was a dangerous

:03:04. > :03:10.drug. Do you think if it was, your son might be still alive? That is

:03:10. > :03:13.likely because I would have had a chat with him. I have had a heart

:03:13. > :03:16.to heart chat with him about smoking cannabis and he stopped

:03:16. > :03:19.using it. A new report by the Independent

:03:19. > :03:22.Scientific Committee on Drugs says ketamine is more dangerous than its

:03:22. > :03:32.Class C label suggests. But the committee doesn't want ketamine

:03:32. > :03:33.

:03:33. > :03:36.reclassified, saying that won't The man who set up the Independent

:03:36. > :03:46.Scientific Committee on Drugs is Professor David Nutt. Earlier, I

:03:46. > :03:47.

:03:47. > :03:51.asked him why ketamine is so dangerous. Ketamine is currently

:03:51. > :03:55.associated with 10 and 20 deaths per year but also it seems to be

:03:55. > :03:59.causing permanent damage to the bladders of people who use it to

:03:59. > :04:05.the point where they have to have them taken out. That means for the

:04:05. > :04:10.rest of their life they have to have a back. It also affects

:04:10. > :04:14.people's brains, and it slows down people's brain functions. Why do

:04:14. > :04:19.you think so many people are using it in Bristol? Bristol has been a

:04:19. > :04:23.bit of a hotbed always for experimentation. Lots of students

:04:23. > :04:32.and any students to use it to come down after going to a club, they

:04:32. > :04:37.used stimulants to go up and then ketamine to come down. The you --

:04:37. > :04:41.the urologists began to see these cases come in with terrible bladder

:04:41. > :04:45.damage and they talked to us and asked if it was to do with the

:04:45. > :04:48.ketamine and then we work together and discovered it was. Why do you

:04:48. > :04:54.think it is not an answer to reclassify it as a more dangerous

:04:54. > :05:01.drug? We had a mother there he said she would take action if it was

:05:01. > :05:05.more serious classification. We do not want the Government to say we

:05:05. > :05:09.will reclassify it, job done. We want people to identify why people

:05:09. > :05:13.are using it, get the message out. As soon as you get the symptoms,

:05:13. > :05:16.especially bladder symptoms, he should stop using it. We should set

:05:16. > :05:21.up programmes to stop people using it because it is addictive. And

:05:21. > :05:26.make sure that doctors do not miss the problem because a lot of people

:05:26. > :05:34.go to the doctors with what they think is cystitis but it is

:05:34. > :05:39.ketamine-induced bladder problems. What can you say to parents about

:05:39. > :05:43.possible worries about children using it? Go to our website, had to

:05:43. > :05:47.inform children about the hums of drugs, get the children to read the

:05:47. > :05:55.website so that they know what is going on if they are using it and

:05:55. > :05:57.they can have minim harm to themselves. -- minimum harm.

:05:57. > :06:01.A three-year-old girl who went missing from Bristol has been found

:06:01. > :06:04.safe and well. Lucia Nae was last seen in the Easton area of Bristol

:06:04. > :06:06.with her mother on Tuesday. The police say she was found in

:06:06. > :06:09.Manchester today, but couldn't give any more details.

:06:09. > :06:12.Around 50 injured soldiers have been given a royal reception in

:06:12. > :06:15.Gloucestershire today. They were invited to Highgrove by the Prince

:06:15. > :06:19.of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall, as a thank you for their

:06:19. > :06:22.work, and the sacrifices they've made. Emma Campbell has more.

:06:22. > :06:31.These soldiers have seen hostilities first-hand. Today

:06:31. > :06:34.hospitality was the order of the day. How are you doing?

:06:34. > :06:37.lunchtime reception at Highgrove was a chance for service personnel

:06:37. > :06:43.who've been wounded in action over the last couple of years to meet

:06:43. > :06:47.and share their experiences. When you are injured, you are the centre

:06:47. > :06:51.of attention for your local community, Regiment or whatever.

:06:51. > :06:57.But nine months down the line, a year, for things like this to still

:06:57. > :07:01.be in people's thought is really nice. Everybody that goes out, they

:07:01. > :07:06.do a good job and it is good to see that when we come home, we are

:07:06. > :07:08.welcomed back, especially days like this and people appreciate the job

:07:08. > :07:10.we do. These two had met once before.

:07:10. > :07:18.Today they renewed their acquaintance, in less stressful

:07:18. > :07:25.circumstances. When I got injured last year, he was the man on the

:07:25. > :07:31.aircraft had picked me up. It was him and his team that kept me alive

:07:31. > :07:35.on the aircraft and got me to Camp Bastion. It is good to say thanks

:07:35. > :07:39.for doing what you did. Fantastic to see him walking about. The last

:07:39. > :07:42.time and saw him, he was on a stretcher so it is fantastic to see

:07:42. > :07:49.him walking about and happy and living life.

:07:49. > :07:52.Many of the wounded were from Their Royal Highnesses' regiments.

:07:52. > :07:56.Including the Parachute Regiment and the Gurkhas. Today the royal

:07:56. > :07:59.connection became a bit more personal for all of them.

:07:59. > :08:05.The man behind the luxury brand Mulberry is launching his latest

:08:05. > :08:08.venture - a designer shopping village in Somerset. Roger Saul's

:08:08. > :08:11.promising big names at cut prices in Shepton Mallett. But at a time

:08:11. > :08:20.when the retail industry's struggling, how will it fare? James

:08:20. > :08:24.Hassam is at the launch event for us now. It has been talked about as

:08:24. > :08:28.a new concept in designer shopping and this place is all about luxury.

:08:28. > :08:31.A far cry from your local department store, I am talking to

:08:31. > :08:35.you from the beautifully landscaped and manicured gardens at the back

:08:35. > :08:39.of the old Babycham factory in Shepton Mallet that will open its

:08:39. > :08:43.doors tomorrow as the new design emporium at the heart of this

:08:43. > :08:46.development. And just like the models inside, this place has had

:08:46. > :08:49.quite a makeover. It's a long time since the old

:08:49. > :08:54.Babycham factory looked like this. They used to say there was a world

:08:54. > :09:02.of magic in every glass. Now the man who founded Mulberry is hoping

:09:02. > :09:09.for a touch of magic with his latest project. The factory shop at

:09:09. > :09:17.the top of the shop, the icon, spinning down through these streets,

:09:17. > :09:21.sustainably build, with old wood, biomass heating, the whole thing is

:09:21. > :09:25.done in it as sustainable a fashion as we can so we can be iconic.

:09:25. > :09:30.What's less clear is how this will fit across the West. There are

:09:30. > :09:34.already three outlet villages here, In fact, Clarks Village in Street

:09:34. > :09:41.is less than ten miles away from Kilver Court. But retails experts

:09:41. > :09:46.believe there's still room for another. I think that they all

:09:46. > :09:49.offer something slightly different. The Designer outlet in Swindon for

:09:49. > :09:52.example offers something that is something a bit more high street-

:09:52. > :09:56.based whereas Kilver Court offers something that is probably a bit

:09:56. > :09:58.more exclusive and a bit more designer focused.

:09:58. > :10:01.Despite the news this week that retail sales have hardly grown

:10:01. > :10:03.recently, the West's outlet villages say their business is

:10:03. > :10:08.booming. Swindon recently reported an annual rise in sales of nearly

:10:08. > :10:15.15%. And Gloucester Quays is planning to accommodate nearly 40

:10:15. > :10:18.Roger Saul plans to invest more than 10 million in Kilver Court.

:10:18. > :10:25.He'll be hoping there's enough of an appetite for luxury to make this

:10:25. > :10:27.That's why retail experts believe places like this can be succesful

:10:27. > :10:30.even in this difficult economy, because people feel that they're

:10:30. > :10:39.getting value for money, they're getting a bargain - even if the

:10:39. > :10:47.goods are still expensive. Let's put that theory to the Test and ask

:10:47. > :10:52.some guests invited to enjoy a glass of tipple. Sorry to interrupt

:10:52. > :10:57.your meeting. It is not cheap, why would you come here? The main

:10:57. > :11:01.reason is purely because all the designer brands, it is a beautiful

:11:01. > :11:07.setting as you can say. And it is something that the South West is

:11:07. > :11:11.missing. I see it as a very, very upmarket village and I think it

:11:11. > :11:18.will appeal to lots of people. about you, sir, what would bring

:11:18. > :11:24.you here? To see the great revival of Shepton Mallet, really. This is

:11:24. > :11:27.terrific stuff for the area, more employment, and that is just want

:11:27. > :11:31.we want to see here. Absolutely marvellous. Thank you, enjoy your

:11:31. > :11:34.evening. We talk about local employment and the organisers of

:11:35. > :11:40.the event running this place say this will create ultimately 150

:11:40. > :11:45.jobs and a real boost for the local economy. Roger Saul has put in 10

:11:45. > :11:48.million of his own money but he said to me earlier that frankly, if

:11:48. > :11:55.this is going to be the success it can be, they will need a lot more

:11:55. > :12:01.You're watching Friday's Points West. Stay with us, coming up later

:12:01. > :12:05.in the programme we have a full forecast with Ian Fergussen.

:12:05. > :12:15.could this be the most relaxing place in the whole of the West?

:12:15. > :12:20.

:12:20. > :12:23.Plans for the West's biggest indoor ski centre have been approved. The

:12:23. > :12:27.50 million Leisuredome is set to be built on the former RAF Locking

:12:27. > :12:30.site in Weston-Super-Mare. It would house the UK's longest indoor, real

:12:30. > :12:40.snow slope, and an indoor climbing and surfing centre. The application

:12:40. > :12:41.

:12:41. > :12:49.will now go before a Government You know what it's like. You're

:12:49. > :12:54.driving along, when all of a sudden A blue light appears behind you and

:12:54. > :13:00.for many of us, the panic starts to set in. Should you go left, right,

:13:01. > :13:05.should you speed up or should you stop completely? Most people are

:13:05. > :13:10.not aware of anything because they are that listing to their fine or

:13:10. > :13:15.music on not paying attention. look in my mirror and go into a bit

:13:15. > :13:20.of a panic and think, what is happening, should I move over? And

:13:20. > :13:27.I do if I need to. What should you not do? You should not panic, don't

:13:27. > :13:30.panic at all! She is correct. For the emergency services any

:13:30. > :13:33.hold-up could have dire consequences. They're so worried

:13:33. > :13:36.about the problem, they've started a campaign, and made a series of

:13:36. > :13:45.films to show drivers what to do. Zoe Gough has been out with Avon

:13:45. > :13:50.Firefighter Steve Pearce on an emergency call-out. In charge of 30

:13:50. > :13:58.tonnes of truck in the city's traffic. But it's other drivers

:13:58. > :14:01.who're holding him up, and it's happening more and more.

:14:01. > :14:10.The service's own research shows motorists don't mean to cause them

:14:10. > :14:13.problems, but their mistakes can be deadly. Sadly, there have been

:14:13. > :14:18.serious accidents involving emergency service vehicles

:14:18. > :14:23.including our own area many years ago, a young girl tragically lost

:14:23. > :14:26.her life, she panicked and turned directly in front of a responding

:14:26. > :14:29.fire engine. Firefighters maybe highly trained

:14:29. > :14:38.but they found the public's knowledge lacking. So they've

:14:38. > :14:44.turned their advice into a film. It's a fire engine, pull over, mate.

:14:44. > :14:49.What are you doing, get out of the way! They see a vehicle and they

:14:49. > :14:52.have not been trained as to what is the best thing to do. That is what

:14:53. > :14:57.the campaign is about, filling the gap that which exists in the

:14:57. > :15:00.Highway Code and in driver training that new drivers get.

:15:00. > :15:10.With every emergency so pressurised, all these guys want when they get

:15:10. > :15:11.

:15:11. > :15:15.out there is for every other driver A few of the dos and don'ts for you.

:15:15. > :15:18.The fire service say whatever you do, don't stop suddenly. They say

:15:18. > :15:25.it's always better to find an appropriate place and then slow

:15:25. > :15:29.down gradually. You also still have to obey all the usual road rules.

:15:29. > :15:32.That means if you're waiting at a red light, you can't just cross the

:15:32. > :15:36.white line to make way for an emergency vehicle. And once you've

:15:36. > :15:44.let that vehicle through, make sure you check behind you. There's often

:15:44. > :15:47.another one coming along behind. To sport now, and over the last few

:15:47. > :15:51.weeks we've been meeting some of the athletes working towards next

:15:51. > :15:53.year's London Olympics and Paralympics. Today, we're finding

:15:53. > :15:59.out more about World Champion canoeist Ed McKeever, who's hoping

:15:59. > :16:03.to win gold in the 200m kayak sprint. He trains just outside

:16:03. > :16:12.London, but this week came back to his old canoe club in Bradford-on-

:16:12. > :16:21.Avon. Alistair Durden went to ask In a kayak barely wide enough for

:16:21. > :16:26.him to sit in, Ed McKeever is one of the fastest men on water.

:16:26. > :16:29.idea is to put the paddle in, try and get the stroke rate up as

:16:29. > :16:36.quickly as possible. His powerful style has made him the

:16:36. > :16:41.current World Champion, and early favourite for Olympic gold. In the

:16:41. > :16:51.200 metre events, it is always so close. About four Oder five guys to

:16:51. > :16:55.

:16:55. > :16:59.win on the day. -- four or five guys. That your hands are in a

:16:59. > :17:07.whirl X might it is a bit of a blur, it not time to do anything else

:17:07. > :17:12.Ed was 14 when a friend suggested he try canoeing after school in

:17:12. > :17:17.Bradford-on-Avon, and his talent was clear from the start. The hairs

:17:17. > :17:22.on the back of your neck go up when you meet someone as good as Ed.

:17:22. > :17:29.That is the difference between the went in 1,000 you are looking for.

:17:29. > :17:35.It is that mentality to win. I can't wait, it will be a long way

:17:35. > :17:39.to wait for next year. Ed's now 27. His training is

:17:39. > :17:42.partially funded by UK Sport and he's had to move away from home to

:17:42. > :17:44.live nearer his training base in Berkshire. But he's often back in

:17:44. > :17:48.Bradford-on-Avon to see family, including his Number One fan,

:17:48. > :17:56.nephew Matthew. And 2012 promises to be a big year for Ed as he and

:17:56. > :18:00.his girlfriend are getting married straight after the Games. How do

:18:00. > :18:04.you feel about having two massive events close to each other? It is

:18:04. > :18:09.good, we have got one big thing to focus on that will get us through

:18:09. > :18:14.the next year and spur us on. you expecting any help with the

:18:14. > :18:18.wedding at all? No! I have been told it will be me by a myself

:18:18. > :18:24.getting on with preparations, and he will sort out his suit and that

:18:24. > :18:27.will be it! For now it's all about the day job.

:18:27. > :18:30.His training takes place at next year's Olympic venue which is

:18:30. > :18:36.Dorney Lake near Windsor. And he can qualify for London 2012 with a

:18:36. > :18:40.good performance at next month's World Championships. Be I want to

:18:40. > :18:47.defend my title first of all and then I will qualify easily if that

:18:47. > :18:50.happens. I hope people with tickets are looking forward to watching me,

:18:50. > :18:54.so no pressure! And if he can handle that, there's

:18:54. > :18:56.every chance of coming home with gold.

:18:56. > :19:00.A group of teenagers from Gloucestershire are desperately

:19:00. > :19:02.hoping for success in London too but this time it's on the stage.

:19:02. > :19:06.They're playing in a big competition for unsigned bands.

:19:06. > :19:11.It's at the O2 Arena and they've already made it through from 10,000

:19:11. > :19:21.entries to the final 50. Not bad when you consider Pandemick's lead

:19:21. > :19:31.All great bands need somewhere to rehearse and may be Pandemick are

:19:31. > :19:33.

:19:33. > :19:36.They are confident they are good enough to go all the way in a

:19:36. > :19:43.competition. There are lots of other decent bands but I certainly

:19:43. > :19:49.reckon that if we give it our all, we could make something of this.

:19:49. > :19:54.have to be as big as AC DC, that will make me how people stop

:19:54. > :20:03.Pandemick have got a big sound and fronted by a vocalist with an

:20:03. > :20:13.He is only 15. I was classically trained in the Salvation Army so I

:20:13. > :20:13.

:20:14. > :20:23.learned how to sing in choirs. Mike Boyce came from there grille.

:20:24. > :20:26.

:20:26. > :20:29.20 years ago, E M F were number one in America with Unbelievable.

:20:29. > :20:33.Behind the drum kit then it was Mark and we asked him to meet

:20:33. > :20:37.Pandemick to give them some tips. Bearing in mind none of them were

:20:37. > :20:41.born when Mark had his number one hit. You have got to really believe

:20:41. > :20:44.it. You have got to believe that it is yours from the start. That is

:20:45. > :20:47.how we did it from the beginning, we knew we would be number one at

:20:47. > :20:52.some point. You have got to go for that.

:20:52. > :21:01.These guys stand a very good Strand. To play that well at that age is

:21:01. > :21:06.very rare. All credit to their families. Pandemick take to the

:21:06. > :21:11.stage hoping to be the live unsigned act of 2011. It will be

:21:11. > :21:21.the chance of a lifetime for them. But the exciting. I am not too

:21:21. > :21:24.

:21:24. > :21:27.nervous yet by am sure I will be. Best of luck to them. Now some

:21:27. > :21:30.encouraging news for fans of the street artist, Banksy. You may

:21:30. > :21:33.remember that one of his earliest works was recently whitewashed in

:21:33. > :21:37.Bristol. The picture of a gorilla in a mask had been a famous sight

:21:37. > :21:39.on the side of a building in Fishponds for years. But the new

:21:39. > :21:42.owners painted over it, not realising its significance. We can

:21:42. > :21:46.tell you that after some careful restoration, it seems to have made

:21:46. > :21:49.something of a comeback - although it is really a shadow of its former

:21:49. > :21:53.self. And another gorilla is being

:21:53. > :22:00.revived too. This model was put up to celebrate the 175th anniversary

:22:00. > :22:03.of Bristol Zoo, but it was set alight and its leg broken. It had

:22:03. > :22:10.been designed by the entertainer Timmy Mallett and took him eight

:22:10. > :22:14.days to create. He's now said he'll paint another one tomorrow. He's

:22:14. > :22:18.only got a day and a half to do it though, so we'll let you know how

:22:18. > :22:22.he gets on. The sculptures are to be auctioned off later in the year

:22:22. > :22:25.to raise money for charity. It's come from the Opera House in

:22:25. > :22:28.Sydney to a crafts centre in Lydney. A colourful, inflatable piece of

:22:28. > :22:31.art. It's so big, you can walk around inside, although most people

:22:31. > :22:41.seem to end up simply lying down and enjoying the space. Here's

:22:41. > :22:43.

:22:43. > :22:53.From the outside, it looks like some kind of medieval bouncy castle.

:22:53. > :22:56.

:22:56. > :23:02.It is called a Luminarium. It is made up mostly of F. And of light.

:23:02. > :23:06.-- mostly out of air. It creates something rather unusual. It is a

:23:06. > :23:09.piece of sculpture, it is inflatable and rather interactive

:23:09. > :23:13.but it is sculpture nonetheless. It is based on many shapes found in

:23:13. > :23:19.nature and also in patterns found in Islamic architecture. In many

:23:19. > :23:27.ways, this is a plastic temple to a calmer mood. And the get the same

:23:27. > :23:30.response everywhere it has been around the world. Wandering through,

:23:30. > :23:34.exploring the colours and finally place that is most relaxing. It

:23:34. > :23:40.takes about 10 minutes of walking through and then they become

:23:40. > :23:44.horizontal and tend to lie down and completely relax. This place is

:23:44. > :23:51.really cool and amazing. It is clever how they made all these

:23:51. > :24:01.lights. There find this quite fun. And relaxing. -- I find this quite

:24:01. > :24:02.

:24:02. > :24:06.It has got lots of tunnels, really big. It really is a very strange

:24:06. > :24:10.place and it is certainly relaxing as you can probably say. The

:24:10. > :24:12.mixture of strange sounds, unusual shapes and vibrant colours is the

:24:12. > :24:19.kind of place which makes you forget where you are.

:24:19. > :24:23.But where we are, of course, is Lydney, a rule stop on the

:24:23. > :24:33.Luminarium's tour and the first time it has been to the Forest of

:24:33. > :24:38.

:24:38. > :24:44.It will be calmer than of late but it was anything but during the

:24:44. > :24:49.course of yesterday and we have the final clouds, and some lively

:24:49. > :24:51.showers across parts of Bath and into part of Bristol. We had a

:24:51. > :24:58.radio Bristol Listener be photographed something she was

:24:58. > :25:03.quite curious about, pondering whether this is a wall of cloud,

:25:03. > :25:07.and behind it is essentially rain, what we call a whale's mouth, that

:25:07. > :25:11.is what it almost looks like. This could be the start of another for

:25:11. > :25:16.more cloud, but these clouds are associated with the start of

:25:16. > :25:24.tornadoes. This photograph taken in Oklahoma shows a classic sign of

:25:24. > :25:27.one, the whole cloud rotating. No just of those through the course of

:25:28. > :25:31.this weekend, it is essentially going to be a dry one. Some showers

:25:31. > :25:35.around on Saturday but turning warmer especially on Sunday and for

:25:35. > :25:41.many, a good deal of sunshine. A bit of a mixed picture across the

:25:41. > :25:47.British Isles. For us, essentially fine and dry. Different if you are

:25:47. > :25:50.going towards the east when this almost wintry feature causing an

:25:51. > :25:55.inclement and wintry spell in those districts. Similar for the German

:25:55. > :26:00.Grand Prix by Sunday. Essentially a case of losing the showers we have

:26:00. > :26:03.this evening. Some trekking across parts of South Gloucestershire and

:26:03. > :26:06.it could be moderately heavy and a few further ones in some parts of

:26:06. > :26:13.south Somerset but they are on the way out and as the night goes on,

:26:13. > :26:21.we tend to see a dry spell for most. A small possibility of further

:26:21. > :26:27.showers on the M4 macro corridor. Tomorrow it is a dry picture for us

:26:27. > :26:33.all. Temperatures on the chilly side for us, some spots in the

:26:33. > :26:36.countryside may even see lows of seven Celsius. As the day wears on,

:26:36. > :26:39.we will find a bit more cloud bubbling up, sunny spells

:26:39. > :26:49.continuing mind you and a scattering of light showers. That

:26:49. > :26:51.

:26:51. > :26:57.is mainly to the east of the M5 motorway. Many district will stay

:26:57. > :27:03.dry. Temperatures up to 21 Celsius on Saturday. Sunday, strong

:27:03. > :27:08.sunshine and a good bit of it and the temperatures will continue to

:27:08. > :27:10.climb up, I would not be surprised if we see a 23 degrees in parts of

:27:10. > :27:14.Gloucestershire by the afternoon. A much different story compared to

:27:14. > :27:19.last weekend. We continue into the start of next week on a similar

:27:19. > :27:29.note, temperatures into the mid- twenties so it bodes well for the

:27:29. > :27:31.

:27:31. > :27:35.Perhaps some is finally on their way back! We will be back later on,
