:00:14. > :00:23.Points West. Our headlines tonight. One of the UK's most wanted. The

:00:23. > :00:25.businessman whose scam cost the treasury over 150 million pounds.

:00:25. > :00:30.investigation as a house clearance firm discovers sensitive patient

:00:30. > :00:33.information. The latest inspection report into Bristol schools. And the

:00:33. > :00:43.Red Arrows swoop through the Bristol skies for the international Balloon

:00:43. > :00:44.

:00:44. > :00:46.Fiesta. Good evening. A Bristol businessman has been named on a list

:00:46. > :00:50.of the UK's most-wanted tax fugitives. Nasser Ahmed, who lived

:00:50. > :00:53.in Knowle, is wanted for defrauding the treasury out of 156 million.

:00:53. > :01:03.His VAT scam was run from a company in Bedminster which sold computer

:01:03. > :01:07.chips by the thousand. But Ahmed pocketed the vast profits over a

:01:07. > :01:12.four-year period. When he was brought to trial in 2005 he

:01:12. > :01:16.vanished, hours before he would have been sent to prison. Now he's one of

:01:16. > :01:26.dozens on a list of so-called tax fugitives on the run from the law.

:01:26. > :01:36.

:01:36. > :01:39.Andrew Plant reports. A gallery of Britain's most wanted. It was

:01:39. > :01:42.released today by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs and published

:01:42. > :01:44.pictures of people on the run suspected on evading tens of

:01:44. > :01:48.millions in tax. Among them former Bristol businessman Nasser Ahmed

:01:48. > :01:51.found guilty in 2005 of a massive VAT scam defrauding the Government

:01:51. > :01:54.of more than 800,000. Ahmed ran a company called Astex Ltd, based here

:01:54. > :01:58.on North Street in Bedminster. Now, they imported millions of computer

:01:58. > :02:01.chips, tax free, from Luxembourg. But when they sold them on here in

:02:01. > :02:05.the UK they added VAT, making a healthy profit, none of which they

:02:05. > :02:08.declared to Revenue and Customs. After he was found guilty in 2005 it

:02:08. > :02:12.was estimated he made more than 156 million from the scam. Nasser Ahmed

:02:12. > :02:14.attended his nine-day trial at Bristol Crown Court but as the jury

:02:14. > :02:20.considered their verdict Ahmed disappeared. He hasn't been seen

:02:20. > :02:30.since. Now thought to be in Pakistan, he was found guilty in his

:02:30. > :02:32.

:02:32. > :02:35.absence - and sentenced to six years. He was arrested on Wells Road

:02:35. > :02:40.where he lived with his family, drove a Porsche and Mercedes, and is

:02:40. > :02:44.said to have stashed 50,000 under his bed for emergencies. The

:02:44. > :02:47.publication of this gallery of tax fugitives has come in for criticism,

:02:47. > :02:50.a PR stunt say some, when it's corporations not individuals who

:02:50. > :02:55.should be under scrutiny. The hope is that people might come forward

:02:55. > :02:58.about where Nasser Ahmed has been for the past eight years. But even

:02:58. > :03:01.if he's found, getting him back could be difficult - there are

:03:01. > :03:04.extradition difficulties between Pakistan and the UK. HMRC insists it

:03:04. > :03:08.will do all it can to ensure he serves his sentence. Andrew Plant,

:03:08. > :03:11.BBC Points West, Bristol. 36-year-old man has appeared in

:03:11. > :03:15.court charged with murdering a woman in Yeovil. Police were called to a

:03:15. > :03:17.flat in Tudor Court in the town centre on Tuesday evening, where

:03:17. > :03:20.they found the woman's body. Gobinath Vellasarmy, who's from

:03:20. > :03:29.Yeovil, was remanded in custody by South Somerset Magistrates. He's due

:03:29. > :03:32.to appear before Bristol Crown Court on Monday. On Friday 19th July,

:03:32. > :03:37.Points West reported on the conviction of taxi driver Geoff

:03:37. > :03:41.Goold for gun-related offences. The photograph shown in the report was

:03:41. > :03:45.provided by Avon & Somerset police. In error they gave us a picture of

:03:45. > :03:48.Mr Geoffrey Gould, who is a farmer from Minehead. The BBC is happy to

:03:48. > :03:51.confirm that Mr Gould had no connection with the criminal

:03:51. > :03:58.proceedings. We would like to apologise to Mr Gould and his family

:03:58. > :04:01.for the distress caused. A hospital is tonight investigating how

:04:01. > :04:04.confidential patient information was found at a house in Taunton. A firm

:04:04. > :04:11.was clearing out the property when it says it came across sensitive

:04:11. > :04:21.information from Musgrove Park Hospital. One of the patients has

:04:21. > :04:26.described the discovery as "unnerving". John Henderson reports.

:04:26. > :04:33.For 120 this man agreed to clear our house in Taunton of rubbish. Two

:04:33. > :04:38.doctors were living in a cottage. When the rubbish was sifted through,

:04:38. > :04:43.paperwork, patient's names, their NHS numbers and treatments were

:04:43. > :04:50.discovered, along with their living arrangements. This stuff should have

:04:50. > :04:56.been shredded securely by the hospital and not throwing in black

:04:56. > :05:03.in liners. One of those patients whose name appears on paperwork is

:05:03. > :05:07.June. The BBC was able to track her down in Somerset within minutes.

:05:07. > :05:14.When we showed her the information she was shocked. This is supposed to

:05:15. > :05:23.be private and confidential. They know I am now suffering with cancer

:05:23. > :05:27.and I am undergoing chemotherapy. I also need radiotherapy. That in

:05:27. > :05:37.itself is a worrying time and now I have this extra stress which has

:05:37. > :05:38.

:05:38. > :05:48.upset me to death. In a statement, upset me to death. In a statement,

:05:48. > :06:22.

:06:22. > :06:25.upset me to death. In a statement, the hospital has said... Tonight the

:06:25. > :06:32.BBC made arrangements to return the information. June is still waiting

:06:32. > :06:35.for answers. After years languishing at the bottom of the national league

:06:35. > :06:39.tables, over 80% of Bristol schools have been rated 'good' or

:06:39. > :06:43.'outstanding' by the school inspectors - Ofsted. It follows a

:06:43. > :06:45.series of visits carried out in June. Head teachers say this should

:06:45. > :06:51.reassure parents that Bristol's schools are getting better.

:06:51. > :06:56.Charlotte Callen reports. parents - picking a primary or

:06:56. > :06:59.secondary school can be a daunting prospect - especially in Bristol.

:06:59. > :07:02.Just five years ago nearly half the schools in the city were classed as

:07:02. > :07:07.inadequate or in need of improvement. Earlier this year a

:07:07. > :07:10.third were still under performing. So Ofsted, the body who regulate

:07:10. > :07:12.standards in schools, conducted a week long 'swoop' on 15 primaries

:07:12. > :07:19.and secondaries saying the leadership in the city need to

:07:20. > :07:25.improve. The school reports are complete and they make comforting

:07:25. > :07:29.reading for children, parents and their teachers. Ten of the 15

:07:29. > :07:32.schools were found to have improved their rating to either good or

:07:32. > :07:37.outstanding, four schools have stayed the same and only one school

:07:37. > :07:41.- Easton Cof E Primary - dropped - and is now classed as inadequate.

:07:41. > :07:51.With 81% now classed as either good or outstanding, that's higher than

:07:51. > :07:51.

:07:51. > :07:54.the national average of 76% in March this year. If there was an award for

:07:54. > :07:57.endeavour it should surely go to the Bristol Brunel Academy which is part

:07:57. > :08:00.of the Cabot Learning Federation. It was rated good for the first time in

:08:00. > :08:03.the school's history. It replaced the old Speedwell Technology College

:08:03. > :08:09.in 2007 when it was officially opened by the then Prime Minister

:08:09. > :08:15.Gordon Brown. You need to invest in education and make sure they have a

:08:15. > :08:18.qualification for a job. You have to give them an apprenticeship

:08:18. > :08:22.qualification for university. We are investing more than ever in the

:08:22. > :08:26.education of young people, investing in the best possible computer and

:08:26. > :08:33.other facilities for them to learn, and investing in the best teaching

:08:33. > :08:40.so we can have world-class schools in this country. In 2007 12% of

:08:40. > :08:46.pupils achieved good GCSE results. That figure went up to 45% last year

:08:46. > :08:50.and the teachers say they hope it will be higher this summer. It gives

:08:50. > :08:53.the teachers and supporting staff a professional confidence. For the

:08:53. > :09:00.students in means they can come to an academy that means something to

:09:01. > :09:07.them. It will unlock the future for them. The Mayor says the future is

:09:07. > :09:11.good. I think it was naughty of them, but it was almost as if they

:09:11. > :09:19.were aiming for a bad result. I am delighted that they were not able to

:09:19. > :09:29.give us that result. Ofsted declines request for interview but say the

:09:29. > :09:30.

:09:30. > :09:34.results speak for themselves. You never know, some parents may even be

:09:34. > :09:40.persuaded they don't need to pay for one of the many private schools in

:09:40. > :09:43.the city. A very warm welcome to BBC Points West. Ian will be here with

:09:43. > :09:46.your weekend weather forecast very soon. And there's still plenty more

:09:46. > :09:49.to come this evening, including? Britain's Winter Olympic hopefuls

:09:49. > :09:59.gather in Bath. And poised for take off, we're at the 35th Balloon

:09:59. > :09:59.

:09:59. > :10:04.Fiesta for tonight's mass ascent. New figures released today show that

:10:04. > :10:07.cases of measles have continued to rise across much of the West.

:10:07. > :10:10.number of people contracting the disease has been falling in England

:10:10. > :10:13.as a whole but in the Avon, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire area

:10:13. > :10:16.another 20 children caught the disease in June. Public health

:10:16. > :10:21.chiefs here believe they are winning the battle but still want more

:10:21. > :10:24.parents to get older children vaccinated. Here's Zoe Gough.

:10:24. > :10:27.Nationally, the campaign to vaccinate children who missed their

:10:27. > :10:34.MMR has been hailed a success. 60,000 youngsters ticked off the at

:10:34. > :10:37.risk list and new cases falling. But new figures from the Avon,

:10:37. > :10:47.Gloucestershire and Wiltshire area show a rise for June. 20 people

:10:47. > :10:48.

:10:48. > :10:53.contracting measles, 17 in Bristol alone. In July, the provisional

:10:53. > :11:00.figures are eight confirmed cases, so although we have seen a slight

:11:00. > :11:10.rise in June, we ain't this is a temporary blip, and continuing the

:11:10. > :11:11.

:11:11. > :11:14.national campaign for young people will be affected. -- effective. New

:11:14. > :11:18.cases are reported to this call centre where they say things have

:11:18. > :11:21.been quieter since the start of the holidays. For the first time this

:11:21. > :11:24.year there were no new cases in Gloucestershire. Health chiefs say

:11:24. > :11:27.more children need to be immunised for the disease to be contained.

:11:27. > :11:31.Views in Bristol were mixed on why parents were still hesitating.

:11:31. > :11:36.don't think it is out there too much in the schools and I think there was

:11:36. > :11:44.a lot of hype about the injections. If you can see how many children

:11:44. > :11:51.have had injections compared to those who haven't. I think the

:11:51. > :11:55.parents transfer their fear to the children. It is a simple shot and it

:11:55. > :11:59.does not hurt at all. It remains the case that areas with low take up of

:11:59. > :12:02.all vaccines are still the hardest to reach. They're now being targeted

:12:02. > :12:08.even harder with the message the vaccine's safe but the disease

:12:08. > :12:12.anything but. A killer who spent years protesting his innocence from

:12:12. > :12:15.prison, and whose case was being investigated by a team of law

:12:15. > :12:20.students in Bristol, has finally admitted he DID kill a pensioner in

:12:20. > :12:24.her home. Simon Hall was jailed in 2003 for the murder of pensioner

:12:24. > :12:30.Joan Albert at her home in Ipswich. He then began a high profile

:12:30. > :12:33.campaign to try to clear his name. His case had been taken on by the

:12:33. > :12:39.Bristol Innocence Network, a team of law students who investigate

:12:39. > :12:43.prisoners' claims of innocence. Dr Michael Naughton is the founder of

:12:43. > :12:53.the Innocence Network. What involvement did you and your

:12:53. > :12:55.students have in the case? receive, on average, 20 to 30 claims

:12:55. > :13:01.of innocence from prisoners who maintain their innocence. The

:13:01. > :13:06.students do various things. They assess cases for eligibility. 80% of

:13:06. > :13:13.cases fall off at that stage and there are 20% that are deemed to be

:13:13. > :13:22.eligible. That is that the claim of innocence may be eligible. Alongside

:13:22. > :13:30.their academic studies, the students get an insight into the reality of

:13:30. > :13:34.law. They have exhausted legal aid and still may be innocent. You spent

:13:34. > :13:41.a long time on this case. How does it feel that he finally admitted it?

:13:41. > :13:45.Sadly, we are getting used to it. This is the third case in a year and

:13:45. > :13:53.a half where the case has concluded with us finding their guilt. You

:13:53. > :13:59.know, I think, undoubtably, the project is deflated, the students

:13:59. > :14:04.have spent thousands of hours working on this case over the last

:14:04. > :14:14.six years. The positive is that the family of the victim did not know

:14:14. > :14:15.

:14:15. > :14:19.for sure, and they could not get closure until they knew. The

:14:19. > :14:27.students have learned valuable lessons through the submissions they

:14:27. > :14:32.made to be criminal review commission. What of the future for

:14:32. > :14:36.you and the project? We will get onto another case. We have one at

:14:36. > :14:42.the moment which we are submitting. We just move on and carry on with

:14:42. > :14:48.it. The reality is that despite the fact that Simon hall is proven to be

:14:48. > :14:52.guilty there are innocent people in prisons in this country. One of the

:14:52. > :15:02.analogies is that the people who help people in personal injuries

:15:02. > :15:03.

:15:03. > :15:06.claims. Some people do mislead us. The crowds are gathering at

:15:06. > :15:09.Bristol's International Balloon Fiesta, as the balloonists wait for

:15:09. > :15:12.the all clear to take off for tonight's mass ascent. The Red

:15:12. > :15:17.Arrows made a spectacular appearance over the event this afternoon. But

:15:17. > :15:22.the wind has made flying difficult today. Fiona Lamdin is down there.

:15:22. > :15:31.Do I need to keep my fingers crossed, what is happening?

:15:31. > :15:37.Certainly! Wind is the word. This morning, the wind stopped the mass

:15:37. > :15:43.ascent. Only the bravest could fly. At lunchtime, just before we went

:15:43. > :15:47.live, the winds swept through this arena. I should be surrounded by

:15:47. > :15:52.flying balloons but they are struggling at the moment. This is

:15:52. > :15:55.not what we want to see. However, they are still hopeful that they

:15:56. > :16:00.will fly this evening. The crowds have been amazing, you can see them

:16:00. > :16:05.there. They have been here all day and they were here first thing we

:16:05. > :16:15.had breakfast. Bristol's ballooning breakfast - it's one that everyone

:16:15. > :16:19.wants to remember. Well, almost. is wonderful to be out at the

:16:19. > :16:23.beginning of the day when the sun comes up. It is great to sit here

:16:23. > :16:30.with a cup of tea and a bacon sandwich, and watch all of the

:16:30. > :16:35.balloons going up. All of these families were up at 5am to land

:16:35. > :16:42.these ringside seats. We come here every day and it is the trove and's

:16:42. > :16:46.favoured day, I love it. Next door it was sausages on the menu. We do

:16:46. > :16:51.it every year. My husband takes the day off work and we enjoy the

:16:51. > :16:55.sunshine. Despite the sunshine, only a handful of brave balloonists took

:16:55. > :16:59.off as the high winds kept most of them tethered to the ground. And

:16:59. > :17:04.even some of those got into trouble when a gust of wind swept through

:17:04. > :17:08.the arena. I have been coming here for 25 years and this kind of thing

:17:08. > :17:14.has never happened before. The wind came suddenly from the right-hand

:17:14. > :17:20.side and span the balloon around. It ripped the top of the balloon on

:17:20. > :17:24.someone's trailer. Three causalities including this years star of the

:17:24. > :17:26.fiesta - Stuart the Minion who was rushed off to the Camerons' factory

:17:26. > :17:30.for some urgent stitching. Thankfully, though there were

:17:30. > :17:35.regular weather updates from the BBC's Carol Kirkwood. I have been

:17:35. > :17:39.coming here for the last six years and only missed last year because of

:17:40. > :17:43.the Olympics. I love it, I love the excitement around it. I love the

:17:44. > :17:49.colours and I love seeing the mass ascent. It is quite spectacular to

:17:49. > :17:52.watch all of those balloons disappearing over the horizon.

:17:52. > :17:56.at least flying conditions were nigh on perfect for these famous

:17:56. > :18:06.visitors. Back down on the ground - it's starting to look a little bit

:18:06. > :18:08.

:18:08. > :18:13.like Glastonbury. This is how's 17 per year. I have been coming here

:18:13. > :18:22.since 96 and normally stay in a Hotel. As the traffic was horrendous

:18:22. > :18:31.I came and camped. I really like the festival because it had some of my

:18:31. > :18:35.favourite songs, and it was an experience of a lifetime. And the

:18:35. > :18:45.nightglow was a highlight for 100,000 other people too. An

:18:45. > :18:45.

:18:45. > :18:49.explosive start to the fiesta's 35th year. Well, you can see the crowds

:18:49. > :18:55.are waiting for the balloons to leave. People here having a nice

:18:55. > :19:04.glass of wine. Let's meet some of the people. Let's meet this lovely

:19:04. > :19:13.family. What is in that packed lunch? ! Nice biscuits! It is

:19:13. > :19:21.brilliant. When that dragon balloon went up, Dominic loved it!

:19:21. > :19:25.expectant are you that the balloons will go up? The winds are easing of

:19:25. > :19:28.so hopefully we will see some balloons go up. Everyone here is

:19:28. > :19:38.desperate for the balloons to go up and stop we will be back in five

:19:38. > :19:40.

:19:40. > :19:42.minutes. Keep hunting for people's food! Absolutely. Camelot have

:19:42. > :19:45.appealed for two missing millionaire's in Gloucester and

:19:45. > :19:49.Bristol to come forward and claim their money. The Euromillions butler

:19:49. > :19:53.was in the west today to encourage people to check their tickets after

:19:53. > :19:57.two prizes in the Millionaire raffle failed to collect their price. If

:19:57. > :20:00.it's you then you have until January to claim the cash before it goes to

:20:00. > :20:06.charity And ticket holders in Bristol should check for the code

:20:06. > :20:09.BZQ259280. With next year's Winter Olympics in Russia making big news

:20:09. > :20:16.for the wrong reasons today, the media descended on Bath where Team

:20:16. > :20:19.GB's athletes for the games were being unveiled. The Bobsleigh and

:20:19. > :20:22.Skeleton teams are based at the University and both have high hopes

:20:22. > :20:29.for more medals this time around. Will Glennon joined them this

:20:29. > :20:33.afternoon at their purpose built training facility. The temperature

:20:33. > :20:37.is peaking at 20 degrees and many of you are thinking about barbecues and

:20:37. > :20:41.ice creams. The only cold stuff that these athletes are contemplating

:20:41. > :20:46.other courses and tracks that they will have to conquer to get into the

:20:46. > :20:52.Olympics next February. There have been many hours and years spent

:20:52. > :20:56.training here at the University of Bath. It helped Amy Williams to gain

:20:56. > :21:02.her gold medal in Vancouver in 2010 and every athlete here is dreaming

:21:02. > :21:06.of emulating that success. Take the Team GB four man bob team. They've

:21:06. > :21:10.recently risen to number five in the world and believe they have what it

:21:10. > :21:15.takes to make the final push into the Olympic medal places. They give

:21:15. > :21:20.a lot of credit for this to the training facilities in Bath.

:21:20. > :21:26.have everything you need here. You have amazing gym facilities, physio

:21:26. > :21:31.and massage. You have a push and start facility which is the only

:21:31. > :21:37.track of its kind in the country. It is a brilliant location for high

:21:38. > :21:41.score. -- sport. Today was the big media spotlight day. Athletes

:21:41. > :21:45.telling the world about their hopes and dreams for the season. And on

:21:45. > :21:48.hand to help them with any questions they have is Bath's own golden girl.

:21:48. > :21:51.Amy Williams is an Ambassador for Team GB. My job is to motivate,

:21:51. > :21:59.inspire and help. I'm here for the athletes and coaches. I am spreading

:21:59. > :22:04.the word of team GP. Unfortunate, the word being spread is boycott.

:22:04. > :22:10.The games are under pressure because of Russia's view of human rights.

:22:10. > :22:14.The athletes just want to compete. boycott would not work for me. The

:22:14. > :22:23.athletes have trained their backsides off to represent their

:22:23. > :22:29.countries and be the best they can add what they do. Here is the

:22:29. > :22:34.current skeleton champion. She says she is ready. I have properly worked

:22:34. > :22:44.the hardest and trained the hardest that I have ever done. Everything is

:22:44. > :22:49.going well. It is not a case of doing nothing until the Olympics

:22:49. > :22:53.start. There is still a full season of racing ahead. It is only six

:22:53. > :22:57.months until Sachi and each competitor knows that they will have

:22:57. > :23:02.to reach their peak at the right time so that they come back as West

:23:02. > :23:06.Country winners. It's already the second weekend of the football

:23:06. > :23:09.season, and all of our league teams are in action. Fans at Huish Park

:23:09. > :23:13.will see Championship football for the first time. The Glovers have

:23:13. > :23:17.their first home game in the second tier of English football. In League

:23:17. > :23:21.One, Swindon look for their first points this year as they host

:23:21. > :23:31.Stevenage. Bristol City travel to Coventry on Sunday. In League Two,

:23:31. > :23:32.

:23:32. > :23:35.Bristol Rovers host Scunthorpe and Cheltenham travel to Chesterfield.

:23:36. > :23:42.Let's get the weather. There were some shorts at the balloon Fiesta,

:23:43. > :23:46.wise or not? They would if it was November, I tell you. There will be

:23:46. > :23:52.some dry weather through the weekend. The winds will be something

:23:52. > :23:58.we are keeping an eye on. It is not just the balloon Fiesta taking

:23:58. > :24:02.place. On Sunday in Devizes there is BBC Wiltshire's summer party of

:24:02. > :24:09.wildlife which I'm told will be fantastic. That is on Sunday in

:24:09. > :24:17.Devizes. Let's have a look at how the weekend is shaping up. Variable

:24:17. > :24:23.amounts of Cloud on Sunday with some showery rain. There will be lighter

:24:23. > :24:33.winds compared to Friday. We will find that as the showery rain

:24:33. > :24:36.

:24:36. > :24:42.arrives, it will become breezy. For the balloon Fiesta, I am hopeful

:24:42. > :24:51.about the mass ascent. Winds will be pretty lights. If they get aloft

:24:51. > :24:56.they will head south east. As the day wears on, there is still a good

:24:56. > :25:03.deal of sunshine and variable cloud. The winds will turn brisker. No

:25:03. > :25:12.problem for the RAF Typhoon! Here is how things shape up for the rest of

:25:12. > :25:21.the evening. The pressure is rising tonight and into tomorrow. There is

:25:21. > :25:24.a threat of showery rain on Saturday and Sunday. For the rest of this

:25:24. > :25:31.evening we are hoping to get some balloons up in the next few minutes

:25:31. > :25:35.or so. As the night wears on the winds will fall back and become

:25:35. > :25:42.slacker. It will be a dry night with temperatures tomorrow morning of

:25:42. > :25:48.about 12 or 13 Celsius. Conditions will be around about that for the

:25:48. > :25:57.mass ascent is tomorrow morning. You will notice that the winds speeds

:25:57. > :26:00.will pick up. You might scrape a light shower in the afternoon but

:26:00. > :26:05.here comes the threat of more showery rain in the evening.

:26:05. > :26:09.Temperatures could get up to 19 or 20 degrees. Let's return now to

:26:09. > :26:16.Fiona who is down at the Balloon Fiesta. The wind has been holding

:26:16. > :26:20.things up there. What's it looking like now? Well, this might be as far

:26:20. > :26:27.off the ground as I get this evening. Here is the man with the

:26:27. > :26:31.answers, Clive Bayley. Is it going to happen? I wish I had the answers!

:26:31. > :26:35.Ian has been fantastic and has been texting me for the last half an

:26:35. > :26:40.hour. It is really down to what we see now. It is down to local

:26:40. > :26:49.fracture. If we can get away we well. I am sure some balloons will

:26:49. > :26:54.fly to night. Tomorrow will be the mass ascent of the weekend. Do think

:26:54. > :26:58.all of the balloons will be up tomorrow morning? I would be

:26:58. > :27:05.surprised if less than a hundred balloons get up tomorrow. What are

:27:05. > :27:08.you looking forward to? My favourite view is to be the first one out and

:27:08. > :27:13.see 100 balloons go right across the city. That will happen tomorrow

:27:13. > :27:23.morning, I am absolutely sure. We have the wing walkers at 12 noon and

:27:23. > :27:27.the RAF Typhoon at 1pm. We have the Spitfire at 2pm and then these wing

:27:27. > :27:37.walkers again at 5pm. Keep looking outside your window in case we take
