:00:13. > :00:16.Good evening. A Bristol man accused of hiring a hit man to kill his wife

:00:17. > :00:20.in South Africa, looks set to be extradited to face trial. It's

:00:21. > :00:23.almost three and a half years since Shrien Dewani and his new whfe,

:00:24. > :00:26.Anni, were hijacked by gunmdn while on honeymoon in the country. Mr

:00:27. > :00:29.Dewani, who has suffered serious mental health problems ever since,

:00:30. > :00:39.has always maintained his innocence. Here's Rachel Candlin.

:00:40. > :00:44.Almost three and a half years since this newly married couple ldft the

:00:45. > :00:51.UK for their honeymoon abro`d. Just 24 hours into the trip of a

:00:52. > :00:57.lifetime, their hired taxi was carjacked on promote road. Shrien

:00:58. > :01:02.was pulled from the vehicle and Anni was driven away, found dead with

:01:03. > :01:07.gunshot wounds the next day. A broken man returned to the TK,

:01:08. > :01:12.suffering from depression and post`traumatic stress. Then the

:01:13. > :01:16.accusations began. Zola Tongo, the driver of the taxi, confessdd to his

:01:17. > :01:22.part in the killing and said Shrien Dewani arranged the Dail. Shrien

:01:23. > :01:27.Dewani has been through a long court process. Now all appeals in the UK

:01:28. > :01:34.are over. Still suffering from mental illness, he faces extradition

:01:35. > :01:38.next month. What we know from the National prosecuting authorhty in

:01:39. > :01:41.South Africa is that they are relieved the extradition sedms to be

:01:42. > :01:47.finally underway. They belidve that Mr Dewani will be extradited from

:01:48. > :01:52.the United Kingdom on the 7th of April, arriving in South Africa on

:01:53. > :01:57.the 8th of April. He will probably be appearing in court as soon as he

:01:58. > :02:04.arrives or a day later. He will then be moved to a medical facilhty where

:02:05. > :02:10.he will be held until a proper trial date has been set. But Mr Ddwani and

:02:11. > :02:17.his family are still hopeful for a turn of fate in the court. @ belief

:02:18. > :02:23.shared by some in the legal field. There are two possibilities. First

:02:24. > :02:28.of all, if he finds fresh mddical evidence, he can go back to the High

:02:29. > :02:30.Court. It is unlikely. Secondly he can go to the European Court of

:02:31. > :02:35.Human Rights and claim his human rights have been infringed. As it

:02:36. > :02:42.currently stands, Shrien Dewani will face trial in South Africa hn April,

:02:43. > :02:45.something Anni's family say is the only way they will ever really know

:02:46. > :02:47.what happened to their daughter A convicted paedophile from

:02:48. > :02:51.Gloucestershire has been jahled for two years in Cambodia, for sexually

:02:52. > :02:54.abusing three young brothers at a hotel in the capital, Pnom Penh

:02:55. > :02:58.Richard Fruin, 36, left Britain after serving a year in prison for

:02:59. > :03:02.producing child pornography. Fruin was arrested in a guest house in

:03:03. > :03:07.Cambodia last year where an eight`year`old boy was also found.

:03:08. > :03:10.The owners of Cotswold Airport have been found guilty of breachhng

:03:11. > :03:13.health and safety guidelines that resulted in the death of thd

:03:14. > :03:17.airport's fire chief. Steve Mills was killed when a gas cylinder he

:03:18. > :03:24.was moving back in April 2001 exploded. Today a jury at Gloucester

:03:25. > :03:27.Crown Court decided that Kelble Air Services had failed to put

:03:28. > :03:35.guildelines in place for thd safe use of the cylinders. Here's Steve

:03:36. > :03:40.Knibbs. Steve Mills was working alone at

:03:41. > :03:45.Cotswold Airport in April 2011. He was the fire chief. He was stripping

:03:46. > :03:49.out a shipment container th`t had been supplied by the Ministry of

:03:50. > :03:54.Defence. Nobody will know for sure what happened because he was working

:03:55. > :03:57.alone. It is thought as it hs as `` as he was trying to move ond of the

:03:58. > :04:06.cylinders, it slipped and hd lost control of it. Steve Mills died of

:04:07. > :04:09.catastrophic head injuries. Kemble Air Services, the defendants, said

:04:10. > :04:13.they did not supply a risk assessment because they did not

:04:14. > :04:17.think it was necessary becatse nobody knew the gas cylinders were

:04:18. > :04:23.going to be moved. Steve Mills did not tell anybody he was working that

:04:24. > :04:26.day or what he was doing. The Health and Safety Executive said that was

:04:27. > :04:31.not good enough. The companx were found guilty of breaching hdalth and

:04:32. > :04:37.safety guidelines. Steve was in charge of the project but ultimately

:04:38. > :04:44.he was the company employee and it was the company's responsibhlity to

:04:45. > :04:48.manage this. Everybody has to learn from these incidents. There is

:04:49. > :04:51.always room for improvement. We have taken everything on board and

:04:52. > :04:58.reviewed our procedures, implemented some changes. But still deep down I

:04:59. > :05:03.don't think we failed Steve in any away. Obviously the jury cale back

:05:04. > :05:08.with the verdict they thought was appropriate. We miss Steve dearly

:05:09. > :05:11.every day. He was part of the family. Kemble Air Services said

:05:12. > :05:17.they were disappointed with the verdict but they will be back here

:05:18. > :05:24.to be sentenced. The fine could be six figures it is thought.

:05:25. > :05:27.There were delays to trains today, after the carriage of an empty train

:05:28. > :05:30.derailed just outside Bristol Temple Meads station. The disruption

:05:31. > :05:32.affected services between Bristol Temple Meads and Cardiff, Tdmple

:05:33. > :05:35.Meads and Severn Beach. Somd services were also cancelled between

:05:36. > :05:45.Temple Meads and Bristol Parkway. The derailed carriage has now been

:05:46. > :05:48.moved. They're the biggest boy band on the planet and today One

:05:49. > :05:51.Direction were in the West. Throughout the day crowds of

:05:52. > :05:54.screaming fans waited by Cldvedon Pier where the pop stars were

:05:55. > :05:58.filming their new video. But the crowd didn't wait in vain as the

:05:59. > :06:08.band made an appearance to say a quick hello to all the fans.

:06:09. > :06:16.We came to see country file and it was One Direction. I cancelled my

:06:17. > :06:23.driving test just to see thdm. You can see much more footage on our

:06:24. > :06:29.Facebook page. For all you football fans, late kick`off will be on air

:06:30. > :06:36.at 11:25pm. We are back on breakfast tomorrow. For now, the latest

:06:37. > :06:44.weather forecast. Good evening. For some of us it will

:06:45. > :06:47.be another chilly night. We are expecting ground frost. Rain and

:06:48. > :06:52.cloud lingering in the East. Temperatures at four or fivd

:06:53. > :06:58.Celsius. We will start with some good spells of sunshine tomorrow

:06:59. > :07:03.morning. The rain makes it way across the region by the end of the

:07:04. > :07:09.afternoon. Heavy to moderatd bursts. That rain will be fragmenting all

:07:10. > :07:12.the time. Ten or 11 Celsius in the sunshine. Wednesday morning, the

:07:13. > :07:21.last few bits and pieces of rain clearing nicely. Behind it, dry and

:07:22. > :07:25.clear weather. Once more in the best of any longer drier, brightdr

:07:26. > :07:31.weather, temperatures scraphng into double figures. Alex Deacon has the

:07:32. > :07:33.national picture in a moment. I will leave you with
