:00:11. > :00:15.the evening on the BBC News Channel. Good evening. A Bristol bushnessman

:00:16. > :00:19.accused of hiring hit men to kill his wife while on their South

:00:20. > :00:24.African honeymoon is due to be extradited tomorrow. Shrien Dewani

:00:25. > :00:31.and his wife Anni were victhms of a car jacking in 2010. Anni w`s later

:00:32. > :00:36.shot. Two of her killers cl`im her husband arranged it, somethhng he's

:00:37. > :00:46.always denied. From Cape Town, here's Andrew Plant.

:00:47. > :00:50.For many, Shrien Dewani's extradition will be the beghnning of

:00:51. > :00:53.a legal process delayed for far too long. For others, extraditing a man

:00:54. > :00:58.suffering severe mental health problems will feel like a f`ilure.

:00:59. > :01:01.After landing at Cape Town International Airport on Tudsday

:01:02. > :01:04.morning, it's thought he'll be driven straight to the High Court

:01:05. > :01:08.20km across the city. It's just a mile away from the Cape Grace Hotel,

:01:09. > :01:11.where the couple stayed for just one night before the deadly carjacking

:01:12. > :01:14.on 13th November 2010. Shridn Dewani's alleged role in his wife's

:01:15. > :01:18.murder is based on the testhmony of two of her killers, taxi drhver Zola

:01:19. > :01:25.Tongo and his accomplice. Both found guilty of Anni's murder, both given

:01:26. > :01:31.reduced sentences. Both will be key witnesses at his trial. As soon as

:01:32. > :01:35.Shrien Dewani lands, the clock will start ticking. Still sufferhng from

:01:36. > :01:39.serious mental health probldms, there is a deadline to put him on

:01:40. > :01:43.trial. That time frame is 18 months.

:01:44. > :01:46.Authorities here in South Africa have that amount of time to put

:01:47. > :01:51.Shrien Dewani on trial or to send him back to the UK. There's much we

:01:52. > :01:56.don't know about his extradhtion process. We know it will be handles

:01:57. > :01:59.by the Metropolitan Police's special extradition unit but we don't know,

:02:00. > :02:05.for example, where they might pick Shrien Dewani up from. `` h`ndled.

:02:06. > :02:08.It could be his family home or the hospital where he's been st`ying. We

:02:09. > :02:12.also don't know exactly how much notice the family might be given. I

:02:13. > :02:16.should say there will be a briefing here tomorrow at the High Court in

:02:17. > :02:19.Cape Town. We should know more after that on exactly how this extradition

:02:20. > :02:21.process will work. Emotional tributes have been paid to

:02:22. > :02:24.Kayleigh Palmer, the 16`year`old girl from Cheltenham who was

:02:37. > :02:38.still at school. But on Wednesday lunchtime, police were calldd to

:02:39. > :02:44.Humber Road in Cheltenham, where she'd been attacked. Kay didd in

:03:01. > :03:06.little girl, and every time I saw her she was so excited about it She

:03:07. > :03:12.was really happy and looking at baby clothes. We were all excited for

:03:13. > :03:18.her. She was a personality, very outgoing and positive. And with just

:03:19. > :03:23.such incredible kindness for others. Over 100 of her friends and teachers

:03:24. > :03:26.have been to the school tod`y to pay their respects. Even though you were

:03:27. > :03:39.so little, you had the whold package ` kind`hearted, passionate, driven.

:05:25. > :05:31.will see some Phil Hogg and some coastal mist, too, `` hill fog. For

:05:32. > :05:36.tomorrow, the rain will continue to make its way across us throtgh the
