:01:19. > :01:24.that began here more than three years ago. I have been on it every

:01:25. > :01:31.day since then. It has been a marathon. Ups and downs, thhnking if

:01:32. > :01:37.he is going to be extradited or not. A suspect or not? Finally it has all

:01:38. > :01:43.come to a head and I think for all the families involved, it is some

:01:44. > :01:45.sort of closure. Shrien Dew`ni is expected to land here tomorrow

:02:29. > :02:34.in a fit state to stand tri`l, he will then be brought directly to the

:02:35. > :02:39.High Court on charges of murder and will face trial in the summdr. There

:02:40. > :02:44.will not be a lot of prepar`tory work. This will not be the dnd of

:02:45. > :02:50.the story, it could be many months before Shrien Dewani stands trial.

:03:27. > :03:32.police confirmed they opened an investigation into the death of the

:03:33. > :03:35.48`year`old Andy Bush at thd weekend. He owned a number of

:03:36. > :03:46.businesses here and his fridnds have been left in shock.

:03:47. > :03:53.Just to hear the news was a struggle, to put the pieces together

:03:54. > :04:01.in your mind. Still quite uncomprehendingly at the molent You

:04:02. > :04:10.just feel quite empty and upset because you knew the person. Your

:04:11. > :04:16.sincere thoughts have got to be with all of his family and friends who

:04:17. > :04:22.knew him. He was a well`known man. Just very upsetting.

:04:41. > :04:45.two years. Afghan heroes is being wound down

:04:46. > :04:48.will stop the Charity commission started an enquiry last year because

:04:49. > :04:52.of concerns about how it was being run. An interim manager has written

:04:53. > :04:58.to volunteer as saying the charity is no longer a viable concern.

:04:59. > :05:04.It was the heroes charity l`unched through grief. In these `` Denise

:05:05. > :05:08.said it up after losing her son in Afghanistan. Five years on, already

:05:09. > :05:14.under investigation by the Charity commission, now it is close to

:05:15. > :05:25.collapse. Volunteer supportdrs have been sent letters saying thd charity

:05:26. > :05:30.is no longer viable. Tony is one of those to receive a letter from the

:05:31. > :05:38.charity's interim manager. He raised ?20,000 or Afghan heroes.

:05:39. > :05:44.Fundraising is my life. I w`s doing things I have never done as a

:05:45. > :05:50.teenager. As well as being told to stop raising money, you werd told if

:05:51. > :05:55.he had any merchandise, predicted? Yes, because it is not worth their

:05:56. > :06:02.while coming to collect it. It is worthless. Afghan heroes is already

:06:03. > :06:05.under investigation by the Charity commission who say they havd serious

:06:06. > :06:12.concerns about the loss of charity funds and unauthorised trusty

:06:13. > :06:18.benefits. One of the main ftnctions of the charity was to set up a

:06:19. > :06:21.retreat for homeless soldiers. Four are currently living here ndar

:06:22. > :06:26.Glastonbury. Efforts are now being made to find them new accomlodation.

:06:27. > :06:31.The Charity commission would not comment today beyond painting that

:06:32. > :06:36.they had serious concerns about the charity and the way the trustees

:06:37. > :06:41.were operating. They are producing a report on what went wrong hdre and

:06:42. > :06:50.where exactly the money was spent but my understanding is that report

:06:51. > :06:58.will not be published somethme yet. The weather is next.

:06:59. > :07:04.A decent day tomorrow, dry with some sunshine. There might be a shower

:07:05. > :07:13.overnight tonight but they `re fairly fleeting and if anything it

:07:14. > :07:19.is mostly dry. For tomorrow, it is a lovely day. A keen breeze to start

:07:20. > :07:22.off with that will hold the is down. The afternoon is basically dry with

:07:23. > :07:28.a lovely end to the date with plenty of sunshine. Temperatures gdtting up

:07:29. > :07:30.to 11 or 12 degrees. The brdeze holding those temperatures down It

:07:31. > :07:34.stays dry for the rest getting up to around 14 degrees

:07:35. > :07:37.Unsettled conditions through the next few days. A bit of rain around

:07:38. > :07:45.on Friday but with more on that I will hand you over to Nina Ridge.

:07:46. > :07:49.The weekend brought some mild nights. Signs of a change across

:07:50. > :07:55.Northern Ireland and Scotland, but for England and Wales many places

:07:56. > :07:58.began the day at ten to 13 degrees. That contrast has been cleared away

:07:59. > :08:02.so by tomorrow morning a chillier start to the day and typical

:08:03. > :08:08.temperatures will be five to seven degrees. An active cold front, heavy

:08:09. > :08:14.rain and wind. We have some showers following on from behind. On the

:08:15. > :08:21.satellite picture, a main low-pressure clearing out into the

:08:22. > :08:26.North Sea. In between the showers through the night there will be

:08:27. > :08:30.clearer spells and that allows the temperatures to drop away. The

:08:31. > :08:33.westerly breeze will blow showers across the country through the

:08:34. > :08:39.night. Cold enough for snow across the tops of the Scottish mountains.

:08:40. > :08:40.You will notice the change in the temperatures stepping out tomorrow
