:01:12. > :01:14.personal details, to people outside the force. The
:01:15. > :01:17.IPCC have told the Chief Constable he will now be interviewed under
:01:18. > :01:22.In the course of these investigations,
:01:23. > :01:25.the new evidence, the new information has to be identified,
:01:26. > :01:30.it has to be assessed, considered, and a decision has to be made.
:01:31. > :01:33.Ultimately, we will find out from the IPCC
:01:34. > :01:37.whether they think there is a case that has to go before a tribunal.
:01:38. > :01:40.That's a matter that has to be determined by the authority,
:01:41. > :01:43.in this case, which is the Police and Crime Commissioner.
