:00:41. > :00:46.Three men suspected of being part of a courier fraud scam are
:00:47. > :00:52.Of the 300 plus victims of courier fraud, many are over 60
:00:53. > :00:58.and often are left confused, frightened and feeling vulnerable.
:00:59. > :01:00.The gang have a number of different scams they use to pray
:01:01. > :01:07.Some of them say there is a problem with a corrupt banking employee who
:01:08. > :01:10.is accessing their account, and the only way to protect the money is
:01:11. > :01:13.to withdraw it all and send it up somewhere to a bank headquarters.
:01:14. > :01:17.They then send round a taxi with a courier to pick the money up
:01:18. > :01:22.from the victim, then take it unknowingly to the offender.
:01:23. > :01:24.Susan's frail 89`year`old father was first phoned up
:01:25. > :01:34.When he said he didn't have any debts, they changed their story.
:01:35. > :01:37.They said they had looked into this matter and discovered that
:01:38. > :01:41.money had been moved out of my father?s bank account
:01:42. > :01:47.If he could just give them his bank details, they would make sure that
:01:48. > :01:54.They asked him several times for his bank details,
:01:55. > :02:00.Credible institutions just don't say there are going to send round
:02:01. > :02:04.They don't ask you to do things over the phone, which are really
:02:05. > :02:09.illogical and which are required you to react immediately.
:02:10. > :02:12.I think the key thing is to make sure that you are dealing with
:02:13. > :02:16.Many victims of the courier crimes are too
:02:17. > :02:20.embarrassed to come back forward and admit they have been conned.
:02:21. > :02:23.Police say they have nothing to be ashamed about as the fraudsters
:02:24. > :02:30.There are warning signs the public should be aware of.
:02:31. > :02:34.This evening, the arrested men are being
:02:35. > :02:41.The owner of a Wiltshire nursery says staff are co`operating fully
:02:42. > :02:44.with the police following its temporary closure while
:02:45. > :02:49.The Little Angels Nursery in Calne has been given a suspension order
:02:50. > :02:52.by the schools watch dog Ofsted, following concerns that children
:02:53. > :02:58.Here's our Wiltshire reporter, Will Glennon.

:03:06. > :03:08.On the gates here is a notice of suspension of the nursery's

:03:13. > :03:22.It says the purpose of the suspension is to allow time
:03:23. > :03:27.to investigate a belief that a child might be exposed to
:03:28. > :03:31.the risk of harm and for any necessary steps to be taken
:03:32. > :03:37.It says the situation will be reviewed regularly
:03:38. > :03:42.and suspension will be lifted if children are no longer at risk.
:03:43. > :03:47.We do know that police arrested a 37`year`old woman on Saturday.
:03:48. > :03:49.She was questioned and then released on bail.
:03:50. > :03:52.Police have not said any more about the detail of
:03:53. > :03:57.the investigation and nothing about the nature of the allegations.
:03:58. > :04:03.The BBC has spoken to the owner of the Little Angels Nursery School
:04:04. > :04:07.She has issued a statement saying she has not been arrested
:04:08. > :04:12.and that she and her staff are cooperating with the investigation.
