:00:58. > :00:59.realise that the encryption option needed to be turned on to protect

:01:12. > :01:16.The Ministry of Justice, through the Prison Service customer must treat

:01:17. > :01:20.personal information properly and they must keep it secure and failure

:01:21. > :01:23.to do so in this negligent we simply will not be tolerated by us as the

:01:24. > :01:25.information Commissioner 's office. And what's more, the Prison Service

:01:47. > :01:51.gained access. Although the Ministry of Justice said this was not in the

:01:58. > :01:59.The investigation discovered that information was being insectrely

:02:00. > :02:08.handled at all 74 prisons in England and Wales.

:02:09. > :02:11.The target numbers of badgers which have to be shot

:02:12. > :02:13.during the forthcoming cull in the West have been announced

:02:14. > :02:15.Natural England has issued authorisation letters

:02:16. > :02:18.for a new round of culling in Gloucestershire and Somerset

:02:19. > :02:22.The companies carrying out the culls will have to kill a minimum

:02:23. > :02:25.of 615 badgers in Gloucestershire and 316 in Somerset.

:04:37. > :04:38.A second Free School for Swindon is being proposdd

:04:39. > :04:47.It would have a Christian ethos but be open to all.

:04:48. > :04:54.The church has a successful record nationally. When people unddrstand

:04:55. > :04:58.the need, they will be very pleased to know that there is an outstanding

:04:59. > :05:00.church secondary school as part of the mix within the town.

:05:01. > :05:03.For Free Schools to get Govdrnment approval, they need the backing

:05:04. > :05:07.700 must show their support for each school by the deadline in October.

:05:08. > :05:10.That is to prove there is both a need and a desire for thel.
