:00:43. > :00:48.The victim and the alleged abuser were not police officers
:00:49. > :00:51.A year later, a complaint was made about how the
:00:52. > :00:55.And now it's been claimed that the detective inspector
:00:56. > :00:58.and a detective constable whthheld information from the complahnants
:00:59. > :01:06.It?s also claimed Patrick Gdenty, in his role
:01:07. > :01:08.as assistant chief constabld, also kept back information `nd
:01:09. > :01:18.I am shocked by the allegation that I attempted
:01:19. > :01:20.I welcome an open and transparent investigation
:01:21. > :01:24.I am committed to serving the people of Wiltshire and protecting
:01:25. > :01:28.It is vital that we listen to complaints and learn from them.
:01:29. > :01:31.Mr Geenty remains at his job as chief constable today.
:01:32. > :01:33.But the inspector, who hasn't been named,
:01:34. > :01:40.The detective constable has been removed from operational duties
:01:41. > :01:43.The IPCC said it was vital the public are confident th`t
:01:44. > :01:45.police forces take their complaints seriously
:01:46. > :02:01.Elsewhere, Chief Constable Nick Gargan remain suspended following
:02:02. > :02:08.allegations of inappropriatd behaviour with two female mdmbers of
:02:09. > :02:15.staff and data protection offences, which he strongly denies. And desert
:02:16. > :02:19.Davenport is still part of `n inquiry about her part in an
:02:20. > :02:20.investigation before she johned the force.
:02:21. > :02:23.As in all matters surrounding chief constables, any decision on their
:02:24. > :02:25.employment is made by the individual police and crime commissiondr.
:02:26. > :02:28.A former Mayor of Weston`super`Mare has been sentenced to 14 months in
:02:29. > :02:32.Philip Judd, seen here in the baseball cap, had pldaded
:02:33. > :02:34.guilty to 12 charges, including making indecent photographs

:04:28. > :04:29.The River Avon has seen its fair share of tragedy over
:04:30. > :04:34.As the search continues tonhght for clues, all hope Sam will be

:04:42. > :04:50.People living within the cull zone in Gloucestershire
:04:51. > :04:53.have been speaking openly at a community event tonight, about
:04:54. > :05:00.During the last cull some pdople said they were left feeling
:05:01. > :05:03."under siege", as the markslen and protesters descended.

:05:14. > :05:17.of the more determined camp`igners had affected this community.

:05:51. > :05:54.our communities ` both the residents that live within Gloucestershire
:05:55. > :05:59.to identify the issues they are experiencing at this tile.

:06:02. > :06:04.a partnership approach throtgh the County Council,
:06:05. > :06:06.district and borough councils and other agencies that we `re
