0:00:00 > 0:00:10Welcome to Wales Today. Two babies die in an E. Coli outbreak linked
0:00:10 > 0:00:21

0:00:37 > 0:00:41Secretary. Our best hope for London 2012 says football should be left
0:00:41 > 0:00:45out of the Olympic Games. I don't think the football team should be
0:00:45 > 0:00:51there in the first place. I hope those begins to not overshadow
0:00:51 > 0:00:58people who have trained for that one moment. These guys are becoming
0:00:58 > 0:01:02Olympians. It seems out of place. I am wishing there was no change she
0:01:02 > 0:01:07-- Team GB in the first place. Alan Sugar has got his apprentices,
0:01:07 > 0:01:11now we're getting ours. The boot camp for tomorrow's entrepreneurs.
0:01:11 > 0:01:13This is it... D Day has failed, Britain under Nazi control. Michael

0:01:23 > 0:01:23
0:01:23 > 0:01:27Abergavenny. Good evening. Two premature babies have died in an E.
0:01:27 > 0:01:30Coli outbreak in Swansea that's been linked to three other cases.
0:01:30 > 0:01:32The local health board believe two people, including one of the babies,
0:01:33 > 0:01:37contracted a strain of E. Coli resistant to antibiotics in
0:01:37 > 0:01:47Singleton Hospital. A major investigation is underway tonight
0:01:47 > 0:01:51and restrictions have been put in place on admissions to the unit.
0:01:51 > 0:01:55Let's talk to our health correspondent, Hywel Griffith.
0:01:55 > 0:02:01do not yet know the links between the five people involved, including
0:02:01 > 0:02:06the premature babies, or the exact chronology. But I can confirm that
0:02:06 > 0:02:12one of the babies was hope Aaron Evans, and she died five days old,
0:02:12 > 0:02:16having been born on 21st October. One of the two babies, possibly
0:02:16 > 0:02:19hope, contracted the infection inside Singleton Hospital and that
0:02:19 > 0:02:23is important because there are strict measures that are meant to
0:02:23 > 0:02:29be in place in any hospital and particularly when dealing with
0:02:29 > 0:02:33young babies. We know that one of the other cases, a mother who also
0:02:33 > 0:02:37contracted the infection inside the hospital, and we're told the other
0:02:37 > 0:02:42three cases are not directly linked to that hospital although there is
0:02:43 > 0:02:46something to link all five of them. What has the hospital said? They
0:02:46 > 0:02:52have lodged a major investigation and they have defended their record
0:02:52 > 0:02:57on hygiene. They have given us a statement within the last hour.
0:02:57 > 0:03:00These appear to be isolated incidents which have been contained.
0:03:00 > 0:03:06And there is no evidence of the infection spreading further.
0:03:07 > 0:03:11Cheques have been taken from patients, equipment and areas in
0:03:11 > 0:03:17the maternity and neonatal units and no evidence of E. Coli has been
0:03:17 > 0:03:21found. On top of the tests, they have put in restriction measures
0:03:21 > 0:03:25and have restricted people who can go into that unit now that they
0:03:25 > 0:03:29have carried out at deep clean and they will need to make sure that
0:03:29 > 0:03:37all of the infection control measures foreign players with every
0:03:37 > 0:03:41possible barrier. Hiya, are cases like this? Very rare, simply. In
0:03:41 > 0:03:48South Wales, we would be very familiar with E. Coli but this is a
0:03:49 > 0:03:57different type, it isn't like 157, which was spread across 147 schools.
0:03:57 > 0:04:01There have been other cases. Notably, in 2008, sadly, to a
0:04:01 > 0:04:05premature babies dying at a unit in it and so there might be
0:04:05 > 0:04:10similarities for the team to look at. In that case, an official
0:04:10 > 0:04:14concluded that probably it was a risk of infection passing between
0:04:14 > 0:04:17the hands of staff or shared equipment that probably pass the
0:04:17 > 0:04:20infection and there was no definitive evidence. You will need
0:04:20 > 0:04:24to see what happens with the investigation. Thank you very much
0:04:24 > 0:04:32for the moment. Professor Hugh Pennington chaired inquiries into E.
0:04:32 > 0:04:38Coli outbreaks here and in Scotland. He's in our Aberdeen studio. Tell
0:04:38 > 0:04:42us more about the strain of E. It is relatively new. It appeared
0:04:42 > 0:04:47in Britain two years ago, it is notable because it is resistant to
0:04:47 > 0:04:51so many antibiotics and it has not nastier than any other master E.
0:04:51 > 0:04:55Coli infections but it is different from the one that causes food
0:04:56 > 0:04:59poisoning. If it gets into small babies, they will have problems
0:04:59 > 0:05:04because their immune system isn't developed so it is absolutely
0:05:04 > 0:05:10important to keep these bugs away from babies. What do you think
0:05:10 > 0:05:12happened? Past experience would tell us that neonatal units
0:05:12 > 0:05:18occasionally have outbreaks and they're quite unusual but they do
0:05:18 > 0:05:22happen. We heard about one earlier. It is quite difficult to know
0:05:22 > 0:05:27exactly what went wrong but something went wrong, it got to
0:05:27 > 0:05:30places where it should not have. By the time we and two -- we do the
0:05:30 > 0:05:35investigation, sometimes it's very difficult to say what and wrong.
0:05:35 > 0:05:39Hands perhaps were not wash. The bodies would be good at hanging
0:05:39 > 0:05:43around the environment. They do live in normal people's intestines.
0:05:43 > 0:05:50They're quite clever at getting through the defences but generally,
0:05:50 > 0:05:55the defences work. What about the risk to others? That is very low.
0:05:55 > 0:06:00The outbreaks we have seen can be stopped by to link all the things
0:06:00 > 0:06:04that we heard about. Deep cleaning and all that kind of thing. They
0:06:04 > 0:06:09run out of steam quickly. I would be optimistic but on the other hand,
0:06:09 > 0:06:15lots of things have to be looked at to see if it was a problem and even
0:06:15 > 0:06:23if nothing was found, there has to be renewed emphasis on hand washing
0:06:23 > 0:06:27and cleaning. They are there already, I know. Thank you. There
0:06:27 > 0:06:37is a helpline set up for women who are due to give birth at Singleton
0:06:37 > 0:06:40
0:06:40 > 0:06:45Hospital and they might be worried. The number is on the screen.
0:06:45 > 0:06:48They've fought for justice for 24 years. Today, the family of
0:06:48 > 0:06:52murdered Welsh private investigator Daniel Morgan were told they will
0:06:52 > 0:06:56finally get to meet the Home Secretary. He was killed with an
0:06:56 > 0:07:03axe in a pub car park. No one has ever been convicted and his family
0:07:03 > 0:07:06want a judicial inquiry. Daniel Morgan's mother, Isobel, is 83.
0:07:06 > 0:07:13She's leaving her home in Hay on Wye for the Home Office in London.
0:07:13 > 0:07:23She wants a meeting with Home Secretary, Theresa May. I have to
0:07:23 > 0:07:23
0:07:23 > 0:07:28do it. We have been going for 25 years. It has been so haphazard and
0:07:28 > 0:07:31awful and dramatic. Isobel has been fighting for justice for her son
0:07:32 > 0:07:35ever since he was killed with an axe in this pub car park in South
0:07:35 > 0:07:42London in 1987. There have been five police investigations into the
0:07:42 > 0:07:50murder but no one has ever been convicted. Nothing will bring down
0:07:50 > 0:07:53your back. But there is so much that can be revealed. -- Daniel.
0:07:53 > 0:07:56Four men were charged with murder, but after 18 months of legal
0:07:56 > 0:07:58argument, the prosecution collapsed in March this year. All the
0:07:58 > 0:08:00defendants were cleared. Outside the Old Bailey, the police finally
0:08:00 > 0:08:09admitted what Daniel's family long suspected about the original
0:08:09 > 0:08:12investigation. It is apparent that police corruption was a
0:08:12 > 0:08:17debilitating factor in this investigation and this was
0:08:17 > 0:08:19unacceptable. The murder case also has links to the News of the World
0:08:19 > 0:08:22scandal. After making a Crimewatch appeal, the man then heading the
0:08:22 > 0:08:31murder inquiry was tailed by the newspaper along with his wife and
0:08:31 > 0:08:39children. It dominates your life. Everything you do, everywhere you
0:08:39 > 0:08:41go is done with one eye over your shoulder. Tom Watson MP, a member
0:08:41 > 0:08:47of the committee that's investigating hacking, is backing
0:08:47 > 0:08:53the family's demands. The Morgan family have not only gone through
0:08:53 > 0:08:56hell, but justice has yet to be done. The Met themselves admit
0:08:56 > 0:09:00there was corruption at the heart of the investigation and I think
0:09:00 > 0:09:05it's really important we have a public inquiry to get the facts.
0:09:05 > 0:09:09Daniel Morgan's family have many unanswered questions. They now feel
0:09:09 > 0:09:14the only way they'll find out the truth about the murder is through a
0:09:14 > 0:09:24judicial inquiry. I don't have time on my side. The years are going by
0:09:24 > 0:09:29
0:09:29 > 0:09:32quickly. What have we achieved? So far? Nothing. Really. Nothing.
0:09:32 > 0:09:38Home Secretary agreed to meet Isabel and her family in early
0:09:38 > 0:09:45December. We have more on the story in week-in week-out at 10:35pm
0:09:45 > 0:09:48tonight, here on BBC One Wales. A man has appeared before magistrates
0:09:48 > 0:09:55charged with four counts of causing death by dangerous driving after a
0:09:55 > 0:09:58car crashed into a reservoir in April. Gordon Dyche from Llan-bryn-
0:09:58 > 0:10:01mair is charged with causing the deaths of Phyllis Hooper as well
0:10:01 > 0:10:03her son-in-law and his teenage foster sons. They died when their
0:10:03 > 0:10:06car went into the Llyn Clywedog Reservoir near Llanidloes. The
0:10:06 > 0:10:08coastguard station at Swansea will close, the UK government has
0:10:08 > 0:10:11confirmed. The Transport Minister, Mike Penning, told MPs that the
0:10:11 > 0:10:13station at Mumbles would close by 2015. Stations at Holyhead and
0:10:13 > 0:10:23Milford Haven, which were originally earmarked for closure,
0:10:23 > 0:10:24
0:10:24 > 0:10:27have been granted a reprieve. Around 150 people have packed into
0:10:27 > 0:10:30a meeting warning MPs of the dire consequences of replacing the
0:10:30 > 0:10:32Disability Living Allowance. Representatives from a number of
0:10:32 > 0:10:38charities said the longer wait for benefits could make claimants
0:10:38 > 0:10:41suicidal. The meeting was held in the Neath Port Talbot area, which
0:10:41 > 0:10:48has one of the highest number of claimants of the benefit in the UK.
0:10:48 > 0:10:52Mark Hannaby reports. They came to put the views of people with a wide
0:10:52 > 0:10:57spectrum of disabilities. MPs on the work and Pensions Committee
0:10:57 > 0:11:01were left in no doubt of the deep anxiety over plans to replace DLA
0:11:01 > 0:11:07with the new evidence called -- allowance called Independence
0:11:07 > 0:11:10allowance. At the moment, people have to wait for three months to
0:11:10 > 0:11:17claim DLA. It is plan they will have to wait for six months for the
0:11:17 > 0:11:21new benefit. We regularly deal with old people who are suicidal because
0:11:22 > 0:11:27they have been diagnosed and their desperate, they need help quickly.
0:11:27 > 0:11:30That is one of my primary concerns, this period. It must be as short as
0:11:30 > 0:11:35possible. These people know the Government wants to radically cut
0:11:35 > 0:11:38the budget. This does not give them the confidence that the assessment
0:11:38 > 0:11:45will be fair and it is argued that some conditions like mental health
0:11:45 > 0:11:50problems will not be easy to spot on a test. The likes of my son, he
0:11:50 > 0:11:55has to be prompted to put his clothes on. He has to be timed with
0:11:55 > 0:11:58a stopwatch. If he does it in under two minutes, it is an achievement.
0:11:58 > 0:12:04Standing in front of a board and having somebody else giving
0:12:04 > 0:12:09questions? It will not work. Hannah is blind and her friend is severely
0:12:09 > 0:12:14visually impaired. Both fear the impact of assessments. It could be
0:12:14 > 0:12:19very socially isolating, not being able to get out and about because
0:12:19 > 0:12:22you cannot afford to. The UK Government says it remains
0:12:23 > 0:12:26committed to supporting disabled people and the new benefit is
0:12:26 > 0:12:30targeted at those who face the greatest barriers to living
0:12:30 > 0:12:33independent lives. The committee's chair says a members will make
0:12:33 > 0:12:37ministers aware of people's concerns. Because the Government
0:12:37 > 0:12:42wants to save money, they're looking at areas where they think
0:12:42 > 0:12:47they can cut back on expenditure. Unfortunately, that means the
0:12:47 > 0:12:51benefits and the welfare system. 18 billion coming out of that. And
0:12:51 > 0:12:55some of that will fall heavily on the most disadvantaged. Close to a
0:12:55 > 0:12:59quarter of a million people on delay in Wales and they're scared.
0:12:59 > 0:13:02They don't believe their needs will be fairly assessed and the for the
0:13:02 > 0:13:07poverty, social isolation and personal deterioration will be a
0:13:07 > 0:13:09Wales's top athlete has entered the row about the Great Britain Olympic
0:13:09 > 0:13:13football team. World Champion hurdler Dai Greene says football
0:13:13 > 0:13:16should not be in the games at all. Greene, who is from Llanelli, says
0:13:16 > 0:13:19the presence of players like David Beckham will take attention away
0:13:19 > 0:13:24from athletes who see the Olympics as the pinnacle of their sporting
0:13:24 > 0:13:28careers. More now from Ashleigh Crowter.
0:13:28 > 0:13:32Dai Greene knows his football. Before switching to athletics he
0:13:32 > 0:13:36was a youth play at Swansea City where he showed off his were chum
0:13:36 > 0:13:41Richard muddle over the weekend. He is setting his sights Olympic gold
0:13:41 > 0:13:43in London but he is concerned the success of people like him in more
0:13:43 > 0:13:47minority sports will be overshadowed by the presence of
0:13:47 > 0:13:52Great Britain's star-studded football team. I don't think the
0:13:52 > 0:13:56football team should be there. I hope those big names don't
0:13:56 > 0:14:00overshadow those people who have trained for four years for that one
0:14:00 > 0:14:06performance. These guys have five weeks after the summer and are
0:14:06 > 0:14:11Olympians. I am for them representing T GB, I just wish
0:14:11 > 0:14:15there was and 18 G being the first place. In football, the greatest
0:14:15 > 0:14:20prizes the World Cup. By comparison the Olympics as low-down on the
0:14:20 > 0:14:28priority list of the world's top players. Because a team GB's
0:14:28 > 0:14:34decision to enter a squad full of international stars, the
0:14:34 > 0:14:38competition is already generating a lot of interest in the media.
0:14:38 > 0:14:44somebody wins a gold medal in badminton or swimming, they wanted
0:14:44 > 0:14:48to be about them. Sadly, some of the papers might be overshadowed
0:14:48 > 0:14:52with what David Beckham had for breakfast. That's not a great story.
0:14:52 > 0:14:58When it comes to track and field, this the biggest moment in Welsh
0:14:58 > 0:15:03Olympic history. Mefin Davies leapt into world Olympic gold. These days
0:15:03 > 0:15:07he is the president of UK Athletics and he thinks footballers are the
0:15:07 > 0:15:14sports there should be axed from the Olympics. The tyres for the
0:15:14 > 0:15:22guardians of the Olympic Games is to cut down on the number of sports.
0:15:22 > 0:15:27-- the challenge. The Olympic Games is their platform. Let's not
0:15:27 > 0:15:31detract from that with tennis, golf, rugby pool have their great
0:15:31 > 0:15:34platforms to compete on. economic case for a Great Britain
0:15:34 > 0:15:39Olympic football team is obvious. Top-flight players will help fill
0:15:39 > 0:15:43grounds like the Millennium Stadium come the Games. The sporting cases
0:15:43 > 0:15:46much more less obvious and there are those like Dai Greene who think
0:15:46 > 0:15:53the footballers big stage should be somewhere that and the Olympic
0:15:53 > 0:15:56More to come before 7 o'clock. One of our areas of Outstanding Natural
0:15:56 > 0:16:06Beauty just got bigger but not everyone is happy in the Clwydian
0:16:06 > 0:16:07
0:16:07 > 0:16:10A row has erupted over how we might elect Assembly Members in future.
0:16:10 > 0:16:13The Electoral Reform Society has said the policy supported by the
0:16:13 > 0:16:15Labour Party is anti-democratic and good news only for aspiring Labour
0:16:15 > 0:16:23candidates while the Labour Party has dismissed the report as partial
0:16:23 > 0:16:32guesswork. Strong words, so what is behind it? Let's talk to our
0:16:32 > 0:16:36political Editor Betsan Powys. What is the background to this row?
0:16:36 > 0:16:41UK Government wants to cut the numbers of MPs to 30 so this row
0:16:41 > 0:16:45was about what would happen to constituencies here in the Assembly.
0:16:45 > 0:16:50The answer to that say Welsh Labour and Carwyn Jones is nothing.
0:16:50 > 0:16:53Nothing more to happen, they should stay as they are less the people
0:16:53 > 0:16:58say differently. They have gone a step further and say if it does go
0:16:58 > 0:17:03down to 30, they should alike two Assembly Members but each
0:17:03 > 0:17:06constituency both by the first- past-the-post system. That is what
0:17:06 > 0:17:13has set them facing strongly against the Electoral Reform
0:17:13 > 0:17:21Society. What is the society's conclusions? They have asked the --
0:17:21 > 0:17:25in academic to look at May's election. While Labour won for to
0:17:25 > 0:17:28the sense of the vote it would have got 70% of the seats, but is anti-
0:17:28 > 0:17:37democratic and is a bad thing for everybody other than aspiring
0:17:37 > 0:17:43Labour voters. That has made some senior Labour sources very angry.
0:17:43 > 0:17:48Where does this leave us? The other party says it lease Labour facing
0:17:48 > 0:17:54against the people. Once Labour is clear they are fighting for the
0:17:54 > 0:17:57people's say-so and this leaves them on the people's side.
0:17:57 > 0:18:00Recruitment has begun for a graduate boot camp run by one of
0:18:00 > 0:18:03Wales's richest men, Sir Terry Matthews. Ten young people selected
0:18:03 > 0:18:07from across the UK will live and work together in Newport to try to
0:18:07 > 0:18:11build technology companies. Sir Terry's run a boot camp like this
0:18:11 > 0:18:13in Canada for a number of years but this is thought to be the first of
0:18:13 > 0:18:18its kind in the UK. Here's our business correspondent, Nick
0:18:18 > 0:18:25Servini. The former is known to millions of
0:18:25 > 0:18:30fans of the The Apprentice. A house full of young entrepreneurs work to
0:18:30 > 0:18:36please a multi-millionaire businessman. With regret, you are
0:18:36 > 0:18:40fired. Now a real-life version of sorts is coming to Newport with a
0:18:40 > 0:18:46boot camp run by another multi- millionaire, Sir Terry Matthews.
0:18:46 > 0:18:51They are calling its alacrity. There are striking parallels
0:18:51 > 0:18:54between The Apprentice and the boot camp. They were not be charging
0:18:54 > 0:18:59around South Wales for the purposes of entertainment. This is a serious
0:18:59 > 0:19:04business, partly funded by the taxpayer. The ambitions are clear,
0:19:04 > 0:19:09to get the brightest graduates in the UK to set up companies here in
0:19:09 > 0:19:13Wales. One of them men in charge of says youth is the key.
0:19:13 > 0:19:17experience of working with young people is they are really good if
0:19:17 > 0:19:21they are given the right mentoring and opportunities. The other great
0:19:21 > 0:19:25thing about graduates as they can work hard. They don't have to go
0:19:25 > 0:19:31home at 5 o'clock every night to trip off -- drop-off the kids up
0:19:31 > 0:19:36ballet school. Finishing work has been carried out on the boat can he

0:20:40 > 0:20:43Wales. Wales has five areas of outstanding
0:20:43 > 0:20:47natural beauty. Gower, the Wye Valley, the Llyn Peninsula, the
0:20:47 > 0:20:50coast of Anglesey and the Clwydian Range. The latter has just been
0:20:50 > 0:20:52extended to include Llangollen and parts of the Dee Valley. It means
0:20:52 > 0:20:59extra protection for the environment but some landowners
0:20:59 > 0:21:04within the new area say they will face tighter restrictions.
0:21:04 > 0:21:07From the slopes of Moel Famau to the Age Of the Dee Estuary, the
0:21:07 > 0:21:11Clwydian Range is 62 square miles of beauty and has been recognised
0:21:11 > 0:21:14as such since 1985. This afternoon the Environment Minister announced
0:21:14 > 0:21:19it would double in size to incorporate Corwen, Froncysyllte
0:21:19 > 0:21:24and Llangollen. It is well- documented that you get increased

0:21:48 > 0:21:53will be planning implications and that is a fact. They will be extra
0:21:53 > 0:22:01cost, there will be extra hoops to jump through. It could go as far
0:22:01 > 0:22:05as... Ou de well heeled could go for planning in future.
0:22:05 > 0:22:09Williams says the landscape on Anglesey is different from the

0:22:22 > 0:22:26The Llangollen International Eisteddfod is known for his

0:22:31 > 0:22:37location it is close to the aqueduct which is a World Heritage
0:22:37 > 0:22:43Site. We have had many tourists there who can enter man:. We have

0:22:56 > 0:23:02designation will mean changes. The Countryside Council for Wales say
0:23:02 > 0:23:09them vast majority will be positive. With -- what will not change is the
0:23:09 > 0:23:12beauty of this area. Football - Both Cardiff City and
0:23:12 > 0:23:16Wrexham are in action tonight. Wrexham have a FA Cup first-round

0:23:19 > 0:23:24occupied by Nazi soldiers. That is the plot of Welsh film, Resistance,
0:23:24 > 0:23:30which opens in cinemas across the UK later this week.
0:23:30 > 0:23:371944, D-Day has failed and Britain is under Nazi occupation. It is
0:23:37 > 0:23:42this alternative for it to history which is the base of Resistance. It
0:23:42 > 0:23:48was shot in and around Abergavenny. The budget was tight for the film
0:23:48 > 0:23:53of this scale are 2 million. It has a five week shoot, very
0:23:53 > 0:23:59intense. We needed incredibly good professional actors who perform in
0:23:59 > 0:24:06the way they do. Sometimes it was only one of two takes so I am very
0:24:06 > 0:24:08lucky. Resistance is a work of fiction but the storyline of the
0:24:08 > 0:24:12secrets British army which would have been mobilised if Germany had
0:24:12 > 0:24:18won the war is based on fact. In Monmouthshire, you can still see
0:24:18 > 0:24:21the bunkers and hideouts which the covert army had built. Mixing the
0:24:21 > 0:24:27deal with the imaginary was one of the talking points at this school
0:24:27 > 0:24:34and Abergavenny. As a special event pupils had a chance to quiz the
0:24:34 > 0:24:37author about how felt like Resistance get made. You don't get
0:24:37 > 0:24:43to see past students making anything of themselves. Someone who
0:24:43 > 0:24:48has gone and written a novel which is now a film, it is encouraging me
0:24:48 > 0:24:51to go and try and do the same thing. At the Baker Street cinema in
0:24:51 > 0:24:56Abergavenny last night there were plenty more film fans preparing to
0:24:56 > 0:25:01brave the autumn weather. The stars took to the red carpet for the
0:25:01 > 0:25:09royal premiere of resistance -- Resistance. It was attended by
0:25:09 > 0:25:15Prince Charles. We have been able to punch above our weight.
0:25:15 > 0:25:19Submarine was a budget similar to theirs. It has a great North
0:25:19 > 0:25:24American sailor be great in the UK and Wales. Hopefully it will be the
0:25:24 > 0:25:28same for Resistance. Film critics have given the film a thumbs-up but
0:25:28 > 0:25:38you Kate cinema-goers can make up their own minds when it goes on
0:25:38 > 0:25:38
0:25:38 > 0:25:42There has been some welcome sunshine for a change. The dry
0:25:42 > 0:25:47weather continues tonight but it will be cold with some ground
0:25:47 > 0:25:53frosts. Tonight will be the coldest for over two weeks. Tonight is is a
0:25:53 > 0:25:59dry story with clear red skies for a while. Temperatures inland
0:25:59 > 0:26:02falling close to freezing. A slight air frost in some rural areas. This
0:26:02 > 0:26:06is the picture for tomorrow morning. They will be some patches of low
0:26:06 > 0:26:11cloud around with a bit of missed making for a great start. Feeling
0:26:11 > 0:26:16chilly but it will be mild on the coast with a freshening south-
0:26:16 > 0:26:20westerly breeze in north-west Wales. There will be some bright intervals
0:26:20 > 0:26:25tomorrow but not everywhere. It will be largely cloudy in Gwynedd.
0:26:25 > 0:26:29Most places dry but it will not rule out a few spots of drizzle and
0:26:29 > 0:26:32Snowdonia. Top temperatures about 13 degrees Celsius. The wind
0:26:32 > 0:26:40becoming strong and gusty in the north-west. In Monmouthshire
0:26:40 > 0:26:45tomorrow, dry with some sunshine. Thursday will be mostly dry and
0:26:45 > 0:26:50breezy with a strong wind. On Friday, rain first thing will clear
0:26:50 > 0:27:00followed by a clearer and colder weather. Saturday may start dry
