:01:14. > :01:17.Stadium. Michael Dye, from Cardiff, died from a head injury before the
:01:18. > :01:21.England versus Wales Euro 2012 qualifier in September. Ian Mytton
:01:21. > :01:24.pleaded guilty to his manslaughter. Today, Mike Dye's widow said part
:01:24. > :01:33.of her had died alongside him. Cemlyn Davies reports from the Old
:01:33. > :01:37.Bailey in London. Mike Dye's widow was at the Old
:01:37. > :01:43.Bailey today to see the man responsible for her husband's death
:01:43. > :01:47.sentence. Mike Dye was a popular Cardiff City supporter. Flowers and
:01:48. > :01:52.tributes were left for the 44-year- old outside the club's ground after
:01:52. > :02:00.news of his death broke. He had been to London to watch Wales take
:02:00. > :02:04.on England. But he never made it to his seat. Just before kick-off, he
:02:04. > :02:09.was punched to the floor outside the stadium. He was taken to
:02:09. > :02:13.hospital but was pronounced dead shortly afterwards. Three days
:02:13. > :02:18.after the incident, Ian Mytton went to the police voluntarily. He later
:02:18. > :02:23.pleaded guilty to manslaughter. In court today he wept as he was
:02:23. > :02:27.sentenced to three years in prison. We respect the decision of the
:02:27. > :02:33.courts but it does not take away from the consequences of Ian
:02:33. > :02:41.Mytton's actions and the catastrophic effect it has had. Our
:02:41. > :02:47.thoughts are with them. It is his actions which has led him receiving
:02:47. > :02:51.the custodial sentence today. sentence read out in court, she
:02:51. > :02:59.said, since I lost my wonderful husband, my world has been crushed.
:02:59. > :03:03.It has been a living hell. The defence said its clients remorse
:03:03. > :03:09.for what he did and the suffering he caused the family is real,
:03:09. > :03:16.genuine and heartfelt. His Honour, Judge Anthony Morris QC said this
:03:16. > :03:20.case on any view is a tragedy. Most of all for family and friends of
:03:21. > :03:26.Mike Dye who have lost a husband, a brother, a father and a friend. It
:03:26. > :03:29.is also a tragedy for you and your family. Ian Mytton will spend at
:03:29. > :03:34.least 18 months in prison and he has been banned from attending any
:03:34. > :03:38.football matches for six years. A GCSE exam has been postponed
:03:38. > :03:40.because details of questions could have been revealed to teachers. The
:03:40. > :03:42.Welsh Education Minister, Leighton Andrews, has told the WJEC exam
:03:42. > :03:48.board to re-write the Information Technology paper planned for
:03:48. > :03:51.January. It comes after two examiners were suspended after the
:03:51. > :03:56.Daily Telegraph said it had filmed them telling teachers at a seminar
:03:56. > :03:59.which exam questions to expect. The two history examiners have denied
:03:59. > :04:09.breaching any rules or guidelines. Our Political Correspondent Tomos
:04:09. > :04:13.Livingstone is outside the WJEC offices for us this evening.
:04:13. > :04:16.This all follows from that secret filming that we have been seeing
:04:16. > :04:20.from the Daily Telegraph, the newspaper had an undercover
:04:20. > :04:24.reporter at a seminar in London where history examiners and
:04:24. > :04:27.teachers were talking about exam questions that might come up in the
:04:27. > :04:32.future. You can hear words like cheating been used and jokes about
:04:32. > :04:36.being told off by their regulator. To port macro examiners have been
:04:36. > :04:40.suspended and they have had a chance to explain themselves to a
:04:40. > :04:44.committee of MPs. WJEC then conducted an investigation and a
:04:44. > :04:48.new problem has come to light in a completely different subject,
:04:48. > :04:51.information technology. But the central problem is the same. It is
:04:51. > :04:57.teachers and examiners getting together to discuss exam questions
:04:57. > :05:02.in advance. But the Welsh Education Minister has said this investigate
:05:02. > :05:06.-- information technology paper has got to be rewritten. We have acted
:05:06. > :05:13.swiftly to protect the integrity of the examination system in Wales.
:05:13. > :05:17.This has affected one subject. We ensured yesterday that the WJEC
:05:17. > :05:24.undertook to postpone the January exam so that it can be sat probably
:05:24. > :05:26.by all others in March. He was keen to stress that swift access --
:05:26. > :05:30.action has been taken but the Conservatives are saying there are
:05:30. > :05:33.still questions to be answered by the WJEC about the checks and
:05:33. > :05:37.balances they have to make sure this sort of thing does not happen
:05:37. > :05:44.in future. Having to revise over Christmas is
:05:44. > :05:53.bad enough without this uncertainty. How many pupils are affected?
:05:53. > :05:57.Some 450. The WJEC are stressing that only 1.75 % of the marks
:05:57. > :06:02.available in this subject are affected. The problem for the WJEC

:06:10. > :06:13.process is over. A pensioner found beaten to death

:06:46. > :06:51.believe that the person or people responsible for such an horrific
:06:51. > :06:53.attack are unlikely to have kept it to them sums -- themselves.
:06:53. > :06:55.The former county coroner for Carmarthenshire has been arrested
:06:55. > :06:58.for alleged financial irregularities at his solicitors'

:08:33. > :08:36.in a critical condition, the other is said to be stable. Police say
:08:36. > :08:39.there are no suspicious circumstances and they are caught
:08:39. > :08:42.in an investigation with the fire service to find out exactly what
:08:42. > :08:45.happened in this house. This morning, fire officers in breathing
:08:45. > :08:55.apparatus checked the house for carbon monoxide and, to reassure

:15:52. > :15:56.felt a huge shake and everybody was evacuated. I work in the downtown
:15:56. > :16:01.area of the city so people were evacuated and were on the streets
:16:01. > :16:07.and all the electricity and gas and water had been turned off. The next
:16:07. > :16:15.day, a BBC team arrived here where we made our base. From there we
:16:15. > :16:21.moved down and Laura and her partner came with us. Nine months
:16:21. > :16:31.later we are making the same trip. A round of the year was that bake
