:01:03. > :01:09.operate their fields here and the working hours are a frustration to
:01:10. > :01:12.business. They will only operate Monday to Friday from half past nine
:01:13. > :01:19.until half past four in the afternoon, civil service office
:01:20. > :01:26.hours. The reality or business, especially aviation, is that it is a
:01:27. > :01:31.seven day per week operation. In this week's enterprise committee at
:01:32. > :01:37.the Assembly ministers said the problem is being addressed. The
:01:38. > :01:43.private company has been set up to extend the opening hours. We
:01:44. > :01:47.acknowledge it has been difficult for the businesses there but it can
:01:48. > :01:52.be very difficult sometimes taking things through the MOD which is a
:01:53. > :01:56.vast organisation in terms of the chain of command. We are committed
:01:57. > :02:03.to getting this right and hopefully from April it will be got right and
:02:04. > :02:07.attract further businesses. The ministers assurances on extended
:02:08. > :02:13.flying hours will be welcomed aboard this businessman argues they will
:02:14. > :02:15.have to go further for this enterprise zone to reach its full
:02:16. > :02:18.potential. A 28-year-old man has been charged with murder, after a
:02:19. > :02:21.body was discovered partially submerged in a river in Cardiff.
:02:22. > :02:25.David Alun-Lewis, from Ystrad Mynach, was found in the River Taff,
:02:26. > :02:27.in Grangetown, in the early hours of Thursday morning. The man will
:02:28. > :02:30.appear before magistrates tomorrow. A consignment of animal feed from
