:00:12. > :00:15.Good evening. They were set up to generate jobs

:00:16. > :00:19.and boost the economy but tonight there are concerns over one of the

:00:20. > :00:21.Welsh Government's Enterprise Zones. An entrepreneur claims businesses

:00:22. > :00:25.are struggling and ministers are failing to deliver at an Enterprise

:00:26. > :00:27.Zone in the Vale of Glamorgan which is responsible for improving the

:00:28. > :00:38.aerospace industry. Bethan Lewis reports.

:00:39. > :00:41.They are meant to help the economy take-off, seven enterprise zones

:00:42. > :00:44.across Wales which the Welsh government says will attract new

:00:45. > :00:52.businesses, jobs and small -- more well. Sean Llewelyn secured a grant

:00:53. > :00:56.to set up his business importing and selling light aircraft. He rents

:00:57. > :01:02.space at the airfield within the Aerospace enterprise zone. The MoD

:01:03. > :01:05.still operate the airfield. The working hours are a frustration to

:01:06. > :01:11.business. They will only operate Monday to

:01:12. > :01:17.Friday, 9:30am until 4:30pm, office hours. Civil servants office hours.

:01:18. > :01:23.The reality of business, of course, and especially aviation is it is a

:01:24. > :01:27.seven-day week operation. In this week's enterprise committee the

:01:28. > :01:30.Minister said the problem is being addressed. Private company has been

:01:31. > :01:34.given a contract to extend flying time from nine until five Monday to

:01:35. > :01:38.Saturday with Sunday is available on request. We acknowledge that has

:01:39. > :01:41.been difficulty for the businesses there but I think we have also got

:01:42. > :01:44.to acknowledge it is difficult taking things through sometimes with

:01:45. > :01:49.the MoD which is a vast organisation in terms of the chain of command, we

:01:50. > :01:55.are absolutely key to getting this right. The ministers insurance on

:01:56. > :01:58.extended flying hours will be welcomed although this businessman

:01:59. > :02:03.argues they will have to go further for Wales' enterprise zone to reach

:02:04. > :02:06.its full potential for the --. A 28-year-old man has been charged

:02:07. > :02:09.with murder after a body was discovered partially submerged in a

:02:10. > :02:12.river in Cardiff. David Alun-Lewis, from Ystrad Mynach, was found in the

:02:13. > :02:15.River Taff, in Grangetown, in the early hours of Thursday morning. The

:02:16. > :02:18.man will appear before magistrates tomorrow.

:02:19. > :02:21.A consignment of animal feed from farmers in Cardigan is heading to

:02:22. > :02:26.Somerset to help farmers still affected by flooding. Around 90

:02:27. > :02:30.tonnes of donated hay and food will be given to farmers struggling to

:02:31. > :02:40.feed their stock. It was organised by the Farmers Union of Wales. We

:02:41. > :02:45.are repaying the favour that was paid to us in mid and North Wales

:02:46. > :02:49.last year when this nose hit, a year to the weekend, -- when the snow

:02:50. > :02:55.hit. That is all we are doing, paying that back.

:02:56. > :02:59.Hundreds of people have gathered in Cardiff for a fun run in aid of

:03:00. > :03:03.Sport Relief. The event was one of many taking place all over the UK.

:03:04. > :03:10.People were able to run one, three or six miles and there were some

:03:11. > :03:15.familiar faces there too. It is all raising money for a good

:03:16. > :03:19.cause, I am all about giving back. Watching everything that has gone on

:03:20. > :03:23.the last few days, I wanted to play my part, discredited family people

:03:24. > :03:26.have come out. This is the first time I have ever done. Any

:03:27. > :03:30.opportunity to come back home and see an atmosphere like this,,

:03:31. > :03:35.friends and family here, I could not miss it. Every year I hear it gets

:03:36. > :03:38.bigger and better. I can wait. -- I couldn't wait.

:03:39. > :03:41.Rugby and a big blow to the Dragons' hopes of being in Europe's

:03:42. > :03:44.top-flight next season. They lost by 24 points to eight to Connacht at

:03:45. > :03:47.Rodney Parade. They conceded four tries while Tom Prydie crossed for

:03:48. > :03:48.the Dragon's only try. The weather for the week ahead,

:03:49. > :03:59.here's Sara Thornton. The temperatures are really falling

:04:00. > :04:03.away now very sharply indeed. Tomorrow we will be greeted with

:04:04. > :04:09.scenes like this. A sharp frost through the night tonight, a very

:04:10. > :04:13.cold night come. The blue areas of prevalent towards the east. The West

:04:14. > :04:24.a bit more in a wet of cloud. Still a cold night. Below zero in the

:04:25. > :04:27.towns out towards the east. The coldest night potentially since last

:04:28. > :04:31.November. As we start my morning plenty of sunshine towards the east.

:04:32. > :04:35.Towards the west we have got cloud and rain will stop that could cause

:04:36. > :04:38.us a slight headache with the temperatures tomorrow. It is

:04:39. > :04:41.possible that we will not have much time for damages to get as high as

:04:42. > :04:48.seven or eight, because cloud and rain will move into quickly. Now 10

:04:49. > :04:53.Celsius, a lot of triumvirate weather. Still feeling quite cold.
